Excellent location. Very near the MARTA. Host answered questions very quickly

Apartment Lighting was very dark and probably needs rethinking. A lot of homeless people in the immediate area

Our goal was to visit venues in downtown Atlanta and this location was just what the doctor ordered! So many entertainment and dining options within walking distance, we only wish we had more time to explore more of them!

We found the location very safe and secure, but must admit, the number of homeless camping out on the streets and in the park across the street was a bit unsettling. We would have loved to enjoy an evening stroll through the park, but frankly did not feel comfortable doing so.

Location!! Safety!! Everything about this place was absolutely awesome!! Better than staying in a hotel!! I will absolutely be back and plan to stay here again!!

A little difficult to find the building and find a place to park until I could get in to check in… but once your in, this place changes all of that!!

Great apartment in downtown Atlanta! Great price! Host was great and having the parking space in a garage very close by was very convenient!

There isn’t anything we didn’t like.

I showed up at the address given at the time of booking. THERE WAS NO SUCH BUSINESS LOCATED AT THIS ADDRESS. No signage identifying said location. I then went to the address next door to the one given, which looked to be an apartment building. The person behind the desk in the lobby replied that she knew nothing about Socially Savvy Atlanta. She had never heard of them. I then checked my documents received from Booking.com. There was no phone number to call for problems. After hitting a dead end I gave up after an hour and a half. At 8pm at night I began looking for a hotel with 3 suitcases in tow and on foot. Found a nice Marriott about 2 blocks away. The following day (maybe 2) I got a call from the owner of said business wanting to know how my check in went and if I liked the room. I shared with him the problem for which he had a host of replies but none of which addressed the core issue. I asked for a refund. He side stepped the issue. To date I have not received one. Still have all the documentation I received to verify everything. I'm out over $500. A most unpleasant experience.

the unit was very cozy and quiet! perfect size. the owner was very nice and helpful due to my anxiety over the location. the use of a parking card was awesome. the bed was extremely comfortable for my husband and I. very conveniently located to downtown and a Walgreens across the street.

the location was a little sketchy, very dark at night. I would not stay here alone. The refrigerator was not clean had rotten shrimp from previous occupants. the bathroom light went out first night we were there, so we just used a lamp. the garbage can was not clean either. the smell of marijuana in the hall from other tenants was very strong. did not bother us, but may bother others.

Close to where I needed to be. Well furnished.

Futon was not hugely comfortable to sleep on, but it's served its purpose as an extra bed.

4 C's Calvin's Condo is the best-stocked place I have been to. You have a headache, no problem - Calvin's Condo has something for that! Forgot your phone charger, no problem, Calvin's Condo has it! Hungry - no problem Calvin's Condo has enough food, TV dinners, etc. By the end, we were trying to find something that they do not have. We discovered it! They do not have European electricity plugs - HOW RUDE!

It is not a room with a view. One cannot open windows. We came during winter from Chicago, and being out, feeling the warm air, was one of the nice things for us in Atlanta. So maybe to us, it means more to be able to open windows and feel the warm air come in, than it would to someone, say from Florida. Having said that, if we visit Atlanata again, we would stay in 4 C's Calvin's Condo.

It was clean, cozy, and stocked with almost anything we needed. It's also within walking distance of plenty resurants and entertainment. Definately will be booking again for our future trips.

Our stay was wonderful. The communication was great from start to finish. The condo was within walking distance to the Mercedes Benz Stadium and many other downtown attractions. The entire time we felt safe and taken care of. The condo has so many little extras that made our star even more comfortable, like bottles of water, coffee, and snacks. The free parking was a huge plus for us and the parking garage is very close to the condo. What made our day was when Calvin answered his phone at 9:45 pm after we had already checked out that morning. we had left our car in the parking garage on the day we checked out and purchased a ticket to do so. But we didn’t know we had to keep the ticket with us. When we returned to the garage at 9:45 pm that night to get our car and drive home, the garage doors were shut and we had no way to get our car. In desperation, we called Calvin and not only did he answer, he immediately offered to help and within 10 minutes we had our car and were on the road. Calvin went over and above the call of duty to help us with a huge smile and it made our day. we couldn’t be more grateful for this family and the way they care for their guests. We were so delighted to meet Calvin and we are eager for our next stay!

Very secure building, many amenities. A parking pass was a big plus!

this was such a great get away spot! Everything was clean and organized! Even though this is a building with other people staying in it, it was so quiet and felt like a getaway! The best part is the customer service that is provided! Calvin was attentive and responsive to all my questions. A tip!!! Please request the parking! It was a great add on for us and made the stay easy and less stressful. It was hard to find parking outside but we didn’t have to worry about that! This property was also conveniently stocked with everything you need from cotton balls to wine! This won’t be our last time here!

Very comfortable and clean accommodations. The building felt secure and parking garage was just a block away. Condo is in walking distance from most downtown attractions and restaurants. We would definitely stay again when visiting Atlanta!

The park across the street has a large homeless population. However, we did not encounter any issues.

I liked that the host was very detailed and attentive in giving us directions as well as helping us when we needed it. The place was in a great location considering we were attending a concert at the State Farm Arena. The complimentary snacks and other supplies were very thoughtful and accommodating.

Security into building, key fob to unlock outside door and use elevator, roof too view, comfortable furniture, king bed, dining table, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom just right-good water pressure, welcoming warm feel, nicely decorated, location easy walk to downtown and access to public transportation, we used Uber, Lyft, rail, our legs (ha ha). Atlanta downtown is clean, lovely, well patrolled without feeling like it is.

Truthfully we couldn't think of anything we didn't like. It was probably the most comfortable places we have stayed in thirty years.

I loved the layout of the condo and all of the amenities. Calvin is the best host out there and I have zero complaints about my stay! He's very communicative and accommodating, 10/10 I will try to stay here again my next time in Atlanta.
