Location is excellent in Cameron Fair building. You can find most of essential in the mall.

The balcony door cant be locked. The chairs at balcony already broken or almost broken.

The atmosphere and interior design was calming and comfy.

A bit smell of damp fabric plus no ventilation. Upon check in, and switch on ventilation and window, the smell resolved.

Good location, easy access to other attractions, very near to eateries and other convenience stores/mall. The house was clean. check-in/out process was clear and easy. Got WiFi. Parking was also very easy and felt safe because it was inside the compound.

Although the staff/owner were fast to respond, they couldn't resolve the issue with microwave. We can not use the microwave as the buttons weren't working, even the owner not sure how to . Disappointed that we can't reheat our food. The sink also had bad water flow looked like about to clog. The refrigerator need to be closed from bottom, otherwise the door won't close properly.

it’s very humid and cold. the air inside is very damp and smells bad, especially the dirty old sofa

-The location was strategy -Towels are clean -Nice bathroom -provide pail and mop

-Late check in time waited for 30 mins. -The mattress cover are maybe not clean. Me and my mother got itchiness and allergy during the trip. - No toilet rolls, cracked and stain mugs -Cheap shower gel. -prices are considered high -sofa a bit smelly compare to 2019. -i need to bought own toilet rolls at my news.

Spacious studio. Suitable for a small family.

The living area had a leak through the ceiling and caused an unpleasant smell to the entire room. I need to buy an air freshener to reduce the smell. The water heater also didn't function well. I had set it to the highest level of the temperature but it was still slightly warm. Got a bunch of ants at the sink area.
