Very good location and nice staff, we got a room upgrade for our last night, the pancake for breakfast was delicious!

Value for money was not good, for the average comfort proposed by this hotel you can find less expensive rooms in the same neighbourhood.

旧市街まで徒歩圏内なので良かったです。しかし、夜出歩くと道に灯りがあまりなく危険を感じました。雨が降った日であったので、店舗が早めに閉まった為かもしれませんが。

L’architecture extérieure. La situation dans la ville.

Les chambres et notamment la literie ne sont pas à la hauteur du prix. La pelouse est totalement laissée à l’abandon. Le ménagement général est assez étonnant. Il faut demander demander et encore demander parce ce que vous aviez demandé a été oublié .Pas grandes commodités pas de vélos. Aucune aide spontanée à part pour placer des packages. Je suis allée dans les guesthouse voisines pour louer scooter et prendre certains billets

La posizione è ottima, si trova in centro, in una zona molto silenziosa e tranquilla che però resta a due passi dalla parte più movimentata di Luang Prabang, dove trovare ristoranti e locali di ogni tipo. Vicinissima al tempio principale di Luang Prabang, si trova davanti al fiume, ha anche un giardinetto in cui viene servita la colazione, per cui super rilassante il contesto. Lo staff è stato estremamente disponibile aiutandoci per ogni necessità, un vero punto di forza della struttura.

Der Manger Mr Bo war sehr bemüht.

Kann die positiven Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen. Ich hatte im Vorfeld um ein großes, lustiges Zimmer. gebeten. Bekommen haben wir ein kleines muffig riechendes Zimmer im Erdgeschoss. Nach 2 Tagen haben wir auf wiederholte Nachfrage hin ein Zimmer im ersten Stock bekommen. Viel bessere Qualität und durch natürliche Belüftung des Badezimmers auch kein muffiger Geruch mehr. Aber ein Preis von über 50 Euro pro Nacht ist nicht wirklich angemessen.

The view to Nam Khan and the staff

Beautifuly rebuffed colonial building with a nice view over the Nam Khan river. Nice location relatively calm, and a few minutes away from the best attractions in town. Rooms spotless clean and well furnished. Most of all: Mr Bo makes the whole experience in his hotel blissful, he always says yes to anything you ask (funny paradox when you know "bo" in Lao means: no) and always joyful.

Prefer the upper rooms that are less humid, with less mosquitoes and comfy balconies (but a bit more expensive of course).

We'd seen this hotel on our first stay in LP so when we had to go back there for one night we read the reviews and thought why not - it's lovely looking and in a cool location and, even though it was a bit 'pricey' compared to similar hotels, we decided to try it. Good points - location and looks pretty; Bo on the reception desk was super helpful and always pleasant. Nice balcony with great views of the river. Lovely garden area.

The room and its furniture were very tired-looking and 'worn out' - it needs a major revamp/refurb. There were stains and the remains of squashed insects on the walls. The walls were very thin - we could clearly hear the people next door talking and even snoring. The mattress was very soft and the pillows were very hard. The bed made a loud creaking noise every time we moved, as did the bathroom door. The flush didn't clear the toilet, it needed 3-4 attempts. The breakfast choices were on a menu and very limited. There was a dangerous step in the bathroom from the sink area into the shower area - very hard to see in such a restricted space. Poor value for money - we stayed in far superior accommodation in Laos for the same or less money.

Great location. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Block out shutters kept room quiet and very dark - easy to sleep. Gardens and grounds well kept.

Smell from bathroom drain which owner said he would address. Local pub next door which could be noisy if you are in one of the end rooms close to it.

We stayed here 9 nights. The hotel has a very nice Lao style architecture. The location is wonderful, with a view to Nam Khan river, with lots of trees and greenery around and 3 minutes to Mekong. The triple room is big and all rooms on the second floor have a great balcony with view. It was a pleasure to meet Bo, the manager. He is very friendly, intelligent and pragmatic. He has helped us with everything we needed. For breakfast there is a big plate of fruits in addition to your choice of breakfast. The bathroom is new and beautiful.

There’s no desk in the room, which I needed for my work. But Bo arranged a provisionary one for me. Some of the information on booking.com page is not correct, it should be edited.

Excellent quiet location over the Nam Khan river, very pleasant wooden buildings, very helpful staff.

I was lucky to be in the first floor and therefore have a balcony, but ideally the rooms could be a tad bigger.
