I know there were loads of places to eat in and around hotel but it would have been nice if they had served some food

La ducha se inundaba un poco, la terraza de la habitación sin encanto. La puerta de la terraza difícil de abrir debido al césped artificial mal puesto. Necesita un poco de mantenimiento en algunas instalaciones. Precio algo elevado para ser Laos

El trato del personal y la rápida respuesta cuando les pregunte algo antes de llegar. Fueron muy atentos en toda nuestra estancia.

La habitación familiar era un poco vieja, creo que era una de las habitación que quedaban por reformar y se notaba. El baño también estaba muy antiguo.

Helpful staff , nice location

Absolutely gem..a real oasis. Tucked away from the main road yet only a short walk to the night market, this hotel is a real find. Our family of 4 loved the breakfast (great smoothies!) overlooking the lily pond, the warm big swimming pool and the sweetest staff ever! We didn't want to leave.

Great location, clean tidy small room , good shower. Only stayed one night so unable to expand and comment for a longer period stay. Staff very helpful and well spoken English . Good money changer close by at one of the gold shops.

The property was simple but lovely. The location was excellent close by the town. And the staff were very helpful.

Very mixed impressions with some awesome features and some less favorable. Firstly, the staff were just fantastic. If there were a Nobel Prize for hospitality, I would nominate them. Second, I loved the complimentary bicycles. Made it easy to just hop on and ride around without worrying about how many hours or days to book for. Location was fantastic as well: Short walk to many sites and shops, but in a very quiet location with lovely grounds with the lotus ponds. Breakfast was decent and our room was nice sized as well. Now for the drawbacks...

The family room was nice and big, but a bit dusty when we arrived with a couple of insects we had to sweep away. The fridge looked dingy and the bathroom was kind of spartan. The kids really felt that the soap had a strange smell. We didn't have hot water (although we should have asked right away if there was a switch or something) and one evening the water pressure was minimal. The pool was so simple as to be kind of uninviting. Overall, based on the reviews and photos, I was expecting just a little more luxury. Don't misunderstand, we enjoyed our stay and when we had an extra night in Luang Prabang we just extended our stay rather than move to another place. So it was fine, but again, just not as good as I had expected. But the staff (and the bicycles and location) were just great.

Staff were exceptional, always smiling, friendly and so helpful. They really made our stay excellent. The property is really nice and situated close to restaurants and shops. Room was nice.

WiFi is TERRIBLE. I couldn't even send photos to my family.

Love literally everything about the place. Extremely professional, kind, welcoming staff. During the day we got fresh, delicious lemonade. Staff also helped us book our train tickets. Delicious breakfast. Room was very clean and comfortable. At the end we got gift from the hotel - beautiful handmade bag. Recommend this place.

Everything was great!

A great friendly hotel close to the centre of town. Staff were outstanding, especially the reception staff members. Offered a free drink each time we arrived back from sightseeing.

Unfortunately, there were issues with the air-conditioner, which wasn't great in 40-degree days. They did fix it though, and the hotel is currently going through some renovations so I am sure it will be fine.

The staff were really friendly and helpful and the location was perfect for the night Market, Wats and other tourist sites.

We booked a room with a balcony but didn't get one and the WiFi in the room was weak or non-existant. The breakfast was OK if you were early but there was little replenishment throughout the service.

Lovely quiet small hotel set back by a tranquil lily pond, I enjoyed watching the fish at breakfast. Welcome drinks daily which was very thoughtful and upon check in staff went through a map to recommend places to visit etc. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Only a 5 min walk to the night market. Free bikes to use. Staff quickly arranged us a waterfall tuk tuk and to the train station. Special mention for Sang who really seems to be working very hard!

It is a little dated, but that doesn't take away from all the positives mentioned above

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay. The staff were exceptionally nice and friendly, and helped us book tours and transport. Room and amenities were very clean and well-maintained. Our family suite was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent (just be sure to be up earlier as it is a buffet). Laundry service was good too. The location was within 5-10 minute walk of all major attractions. The night market is really nearby. Highly recommend!

Everything was great. One small thing - maybe the hairdryer in our room could be replaced as it no longer functional.

Great location and staff. Breakfast was good - tip - if buffet running low you can ask for, or they may offer, a menu. Beers standard pricing - imagine other drink similarly priced. Short walk to the nigbt market and main Wats. Pool pleasant with towels.
