Ottima posizione per chi cerca relax, in quanto lontana dalla parte più caotica e rumorosa di Puerto del Carmen.
Il centro è comunque raggiungibile a piedi e anche i negozi sono vicini.
Con la macchina è facile raggiungere tutte le parti dell'isola e avere un parcheggio privato è l'ideale.
Il WiFi non è il massimo - avendo avuto la necessità di lavorare, la connessione non reggeva e dovevo sempre usare il router del mio cellulare per connettermi al computer del mio ufficio.
Le foto che mostrano l'appartamento con vista piscina non sono veritiere - l'appartamento non da sulla piscina ma è in altra zona.

Quiet area. Everything explained when we arrived. Has everything you need for your stay.
Quite a bit of a hill to go back. Unfortunately the fans provided didnt help much in the heat we got.

Loved the apartment clean, cosy and functional.
Location a bit too far out and very hilly partner has a bad knee.
We thought the apartment overlooked the pool from the pictures on line.
Would have liked more info ref complex eg where did we get rid of rubbish? Overall complex looks tired and needs some TLC

Lovely little apartment, clean and comfortable. The bed was extremely comfy and fab shower. Excellent hosts would definitely stay here again.

Lovely clean, very comfortable bungalow. Ample storage space and very well equipped. Oliver met us at the gate and showed us around, which was lovely. The bungalow is very conveniently situated. It ticked all the boxes for us

Location was perfect for everything, the bungalow was lovely with everything we needed. The bed was soooo comfortable. Was like been home from home. Would highly recommend it.

Caroline was wonderfully helpful and friendly. Very nice of her to meet us at the property and show us how everything worked. I don’t think that anything would have been too much trouble for her. I feel as if I have a new friend in Lanzarote now.

The apartment was spotless clean, modern, bonus of a washing machine and smart tv. Sandra and yohann where lovely and left water in apartment for arrival . Great stay and will be back. Pool was not overcrowded and always had a breeze .
We loved it , but might be hard for mobility issues as it’s up a hill and In the heat . But for us it was no problem

A modern and spotlessly clean bungalow in a quiet location near to the old town and the harbour. The bungalow has everything you need for a very comfortable stay. A well equipped kitchen for cooking. Comfortable lounge area with a beautiful sofa and smart TV so we were able to log onto Netflix !! The bathroom has a washing machine, and an excellent powerful shower. The bed was very comfy and the bedroom has plenty of storage space.
The pool area is clean and well kept and extremely peaceful.
Our hosts Yoann & Sandra were lovely. They were there to greet us and tell us about the apartment and the surrounding area. Complimentary beer, wine, water and juice in the fridge was very thoughtful. They are always available if you require clean towels and bedding, (just a text away)
A hidden gem in a great location. We loved it and have decided to make this our holiday home whenever we visit Puerto Del Carmen

owners met us on arrival very kind and friendly also helpful apartment clean and spotless bit of a gradient to the approach if you have walking problems but otherwise fine. Need to insert a safe like most holidays lets do other wise fine
