Plenty of space for a family of 6. Amazing pool for all of us to swim in and an outside shower to rinse off afterwards. Quick response from property manager. We would love to stay again. If I was to fault it, it would be with the cooking facilities. Only one stove top worked, and ants loved the outside bbq.

Spacious home, great neighbourhood, close to shops and supermarkets, short drive to darwin city and waterfront precinct, 5min drive to casuarina beach..very good location close proximity to everything but cleanliness in property needs to improve for comfort of future guests. House was dusty, covered in animal hair, fridge and freezer hasn't been cleaned since bought, dishwasher smells like roadkill, washing machine and dryer are old and smell musky. Got charged a decent rate for our stay so i would urge the owner to use some of that payment to hire decent cleaners to give the property a deep clean for the comfort and satisfaction of future guests, improvements MUST be made to clean and disinfect the property.

We enjoyed our stay, it's a quiet neighbourhood within Darwin, quite a way out of the CBD, but that didn't bother us. Side and back gardens really need 2-4 days of cleaning up, but that didn't impact on our stay. The house is not modern, in other words contemporary, it's an unusual lay out, but it was fine. Christine, the owner was very good with her communication.

Amazing location central to so many attractions. Prefect atmosphere for chill days chilling around the pool . Super easy to check in and out yourself and host was super quick at responding. We even were able to check in early . Can’t wait for my next Hoilday to Darwin. To stay at this beautiful home again !!

My family and I had a wonderful experience at this holiday house. There was plenary of room and an entertaining area. The pool was amazing and crystal clear, with pool toys to utilise. The fencing accommodated for pets and allowed privacy. We enjoyed the mixture of options with cooling being aircon and ceiling fans. The house and yards were clean and presentable and we were located close to shops

Great communication with owner alway reply back. House was in great location very close to shopping centre. House was clean and tidy, air-conditioners work extremely well, pool was a treat after a day out. If back in Darwin again will definitely stay again 😀

Great property, great location and the owner was very accommodating and responsive to any questions we had. The house had everything we could ever need during our stay and was well located, close to a shopping plaza and an easy drive into Darwin city.

Comfortable, well set up house with a great outdoor area
We had a great stay with our young adult sons. The house is well located with a large shopping centre around the corner. The kitchen had a great range of appliances including a large sandwich toaster which we used a lot. The pool is lovely and we made good use of the outside sitting area. Great host who is friendly and responsive.

Terrific House
This was a very clean comfortable house, close to beach and shops. We had a car, and it took no more than 15 minutes to get anywhere in Darwin. We were 3-minute drive from friends living in neighboring suburb, so the location for us was ideal. Lots and lots of towels. Clothesline and washing machine and dryer were all fabulous. 2 toilets were very handy. Christine was exceptional in getting back to us with any enquiries. We'd rent again if coming back to Darwin. We didn't use the pool as we were out every day, but the pool size was fabulous.

good family stay
Christine’s place was wonderful place. The location was fabulous for a family: near beach, shops and cinema, easy drive into or out of town. Great having undercover parking. Loved the way the beds were dressed and towels rolled. It was handy having the second set of towels. The little plants were a pleasant feature too. The pool was a fabulous temperature and clean. It was useful having the clothesline and pegs as well as a dryer. The stay has been lovely and we look forward to coming back to the Territory.

Renting the property for four nights was excellent choice. Plenty of open fenced area for pets, very clean and quiet neighbourhood,the accommodations provided every thing for day to day use, close to casuarina mall. I’d definitely recommend this property. Just needs a night light at the entrance.Totally a five star rating.

Fantastic stay, super relaxing
A great place to stay in and relax, lovely living room with a huge TV (the kids were thrilled!) and big pool to cool off after a hot day exploring Darwin. Comfy beds provided a great night's sleep for all. Thank you, Chris, for being a great host

Home Away From Home
Our stay in Darwin was helped immensely by renting this property, there was plenty of room and natural lighting all throughout the home. The 2 Bathrooms were a Godsend with 3 small Children and 3 Adults. The bedrooms were very inviting and comfortable beds. I loved the huge lounge area as did everyone else on Family Movie night when our trip was winding down. The outdoor entertainment area ticked all the boxes, as we are usually an outdoorsy type of Family with an in ground swimming pool at our home in Qld. The location was perfect as we were central to all Family members who live in and around Darwin

Darwin Vacay
The house was nice but the over all cleanliness left much to be desired. The pool was great, couldn’t get the kids out everyday! There were issues with two air con units during our stay but communication with Chris was great and she had them fixed right away. Overall it was a great stay.
