Rapport qualité prix incluant le petit déjeuner!

Le pommeau de douche laissait couler qu’un petit filet d’eau. C’était impossible pour nous les filles avec les cheveux épais de se laver les cheveux. Manque de table de chevet.

Nice and clean property

La courtoisie du personnel partout dans l'hôtel. La propreté remarquable des lieux. La propreté incroyable de la salle de bain. La tranquillité de l'hôtel. Le petit déjeuner qui offrait plusieurs choix.

À la piscine, plusieurs éclaboussures l'eau qui a séchée sur les murs et les vitres ce qui donne l'impression que ce n'est pas très entretenu. Ceci m'a énormément surpris parce que le reste de l'hôtel est extraordinaire.

Location as well as staff is very helpful. Parking is available in the hotel premises as well. Breakfast is included and is delicious too. Gym and swimming pool is there as well. The front office guy Philip is excellent he provides all the information and is best in providing the hospitality services.

Excellente prise en charge malgré tous les incidents

Bonne gestion du personnel à l’accueil qui a dû gérer un problème de communication entre Booking et l’hôtel, la réservation n’était pas conforme. Heureusement que des chambres étaient encore disponibles, un stress dont on aurait pu se passer

Very clean, very quiet, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, all time coffee, good location, Walmart is nearby.

I wish the breakfast had more choices. One of the staffs wasn't that friendly which is a shame for such a nice hotel.

Breakfast was good

Tiny fridge in the room and it was not working properly, I asked to check it and the answer was "it's working but the fridge is not good quality"; only a coffee maker in the room (no microwave, no kettle); because hotel is far from downtown Quebec (10 min by car) they should think in have microwave and a better fridge; windows could open.

The location is great,and it’s new

It’s should be 10 but the comforter is not clean.

Breakfast was ok. Stay was great. Very clean hotel.

The price has really gone up. As we use to frequent this chain of hotels, but at the rates recently, we made a switch. We prefer to stay here, at Hampton In , as it is what we are use too.

Close to shopping, spacious, well appointed room. Appreciated having a small fridge. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good - nicely set out and replenished as needed.

The shower didn’t work properly, the valve didn’t work so both shower heads worked at the same time.

The AC in our room didn’t work, they keep giving us excuses and it wasn’t working. They couldn’t give us another room , it was 28.9 degrees in the room. We weren’t selectors sleep. At checkout, the manager was to busy to talk to us and they charged us the room with our a discount or credit.
