- Relatively Cheap - Good location if u come with the ferry - Restaurant Downstairs if u need to grab a quick bite -Rooms have a good size - Big TV with streams

- Slow check in in the restaurant, waited 15 min to someone to get to me, the girls were busy making burgers while i was just standing at the check in counter. - The cleaning was not satisfactory: Hair in the shower, not dusted, and sticky floor all over the place. In the manual stated that at checkout, to put the "cleaning" sign on the handle outside the room. This sign was not to be found anywhere.

Unfortunately WLAN connection did not work, they did not get it fixed during my stay over several days

Great and easy check-in. Private entrance to the hotel. Free parking on site. Price was really good comparing to other places in Turku. Room was big and spacious. Beds were comfortable. Good and spacious bathroom.

Smell of fat coming from the restaurant below in the hallways. (No smell in room though).

The room was excellent.

Was there for a week. No housekeeping. No internet. One person in the restaurant at least tried to help, which was appreciated, otherwise staff are working at a fast-food joint, not a hotel reception. Consider a dedicated hotel contact for issues as email and chat submissions went unanswered.

The space of the bedroom was pretty good. The infrastructure of the room overall was also good. The car parking was for free if you are a hotel's guest. The Wi-Fi was fast and it had good quality. I would say it's a good cost-benefit.

The check-in was, let's say, exotic. I was feeling as if I was ordering a burger in Hesburger, but it's fine. It would just be good if we had a separated spot for the check-in, as I had to wait for the regular queue of the restaurant to do my check-in. And something else wasn't positive was the floor bedsheet cleanness. The floor had lots of dust and hair near the bed. I had to remove the bedsheet cover as soon as I arrived because it had some hair there. It was clearly not washed and used. Besides that, the rest of the room and bathroom were clean, and my experience overall was positive.

We booked through Booking and found it difficult to find, a local explained that the reason is we had the address in Swedish when the map had the street names in Finnish. From the Train station walk straight until you reach the parallel road and from there you have the bus number 12 that just stops in front of the hotel (the Heseburger will be more visible). There you need to go to the Heseburger staff to ask to be checked in. Once you have your key you can get in and out the hotel using your card without going to the Burger place and when you check out just leave your key (card) in the mailbox. The room was big,very practical and bathroom was great. We have enjoyed our stay (2 nights) in Hese Hotelli and would love to come back on our next visit! Kiitos

Very peculiar location, over a fast food facility. In fact hotelier services been provided by the cashier at the fast food. Poor amenities and overall overpriced.

Great location for a great price within walking distance of central Turku

A little strange checking in at the burger counter but other than that no issues

Very clean and comfortable. Everything was as expected. No problems at all. The location is quite good. I recommend this hotel.

Maybe the reception was not very good because is in the same place that the hesburguer place.
