Hosts met us, showed us round and very helpful. Apartment had everything we needed and was spotless Washing machine, free powder and dryer - useful for us as we were cycling.

Everything went great and the host was very friendly, making it easy to check-in earlier. The facilities and house location are great.

Amazing apartment. The pictures do not do justice to this rental. There is a large living room with comfortable table and couches. There is a huge kitchen with all appliances you may need. Attention to detail is given to include the smallest items, like cooking oil and coffee. There is a lovely bathroom with floorheating and full washer/dryer. The bedroom is great with a lot of closet space and a nice bed. I think there are several bedrooms so you can book it for more people. There is private parking up front. I messaged the host my arrival time and he was there shortly. I chose the location Vadso for bird photography and northern lights. I saw the aurora every night I was there. You can take a short drive out of town for less city lights. There are nice birds right in the harbor of Vadso (king eider, longtailed duck, steller's eider) and you have easy access to ekkeroy for huge numbers of kittiwake and other birds. On the drive over I saw many reindeer. The town of Vadso is rather small. Many stores have limited hours. My visit to Varanger was a last minute addition to my lapland itinerary and couldn't be happier with my choice. It's amazing. I want to come back in summer as well.

Perfect value for money in Vadso. Using the washing machine and a dryer was a relief during a long road trip. A small terrace is available where you can even spot the northern lights!

We were alone so having the whole apartment for ourselves was a nice bonus. Otherwise there are 3 rooms sharing the facilities. Huge and comfy living room is nice to relax. It is clean and quiet and close to everything We needed. We would definitely stay again :)

Beds were comfortable and room was clean.

Modern, tasty and functional apartment. Plenty of space!

In this two weeks trip and from all the nine places we stayed there was none that could come close to how much we enjoyed our experience this apartment. It really blew my mind, the place went beyond any expectation: it was BIG, super clean, the bathroom was amazing, the kitchen spacious and well equipped for you to use, the living room super comfortable and the beds even more. The owners attentive and friendly. And it was just in the middle of the town for one to just go out and enjoy the quiet Vadsø. I really would have liked to stay one more night.

Very nice and cosy apartment on the second floor in a peaceful area near Vadsö centrum. I made a last minute reservation and that was no problem. The hostess was very friendly and she showed me where everything is. From living room and one bedroom there is a lovely view to the sea. There is also a washing machine and a dryer. They are renovating the house. The apartement is ready, the staircase is still in process, but that was no problem to me. I can warmly recommendate this for a short and also a longer staying in Vadsö.
