As I was outide most of the time with an Ukrainian friend living close-by, and was in the apartment only for sleeping, it was exactly what I was looking for beforehand. My expectations were also fully met. It was very nice, comfy and spacious for one person. Moreover, I especially want to highlight the cooperation of the ower, who was there in person to give me a friendly welcome despite my relatively late arrival at the first day, and we also quickly found a solution for my departure time in the middle of the night.

Overall, there was no big negative at all! But if I have to state something, it probably would be the (at least for me) quite loud refridgerator, which was a bit disturbing during the night, because the living room/bed room is connected to the open kitchen without any door in between.

The apartment is in a very good state, perfectly equipped and clean. The place is air-conditioned, which is not common in Ukraine. Very comfortable, cosy and good both for individuals, couples and for stay with a kid, like in my case. Nice view. Two new playgrounds near the house. Easy access to the downtown and all other parts of the city by metro. Plenty of shops around. Good communication with the owner.

The house where the apartment is located is in communal ownership. The condition of staircase is ugly: dust, cigarette butts, empty bottles, and even excrements can be seen at every floor. So, the only way to go is by lift.

It's a clean and bright apartment in a very good area. Close to all amenities. Excellent view!

I liked this apartment, everything was very good here, I also stay here the next time, the location is excellent, the metro and supermarket are nearby, clean, top level accommodation, the hostess is friendly, quick check-in.
