The location of the property is brilliant and overall the property is spacious. The bed is extremely comfortable and the flat ticks all boxes for a base.

Some of the areas needed more attention to detail with minor issues. All the doors got flagged a while back, but still haven’t been sorted. So unfortunately all doors remain open including the bathroom.

Very clean and fresh and warm. Best pillows ever slept on in a holiday home! Nice & quiet.

None of the doors closed so if you were on the toilet the door would slowly open and reveal you to the hallway & front door! Seemed the doors were just a bit too big for the frames they were in. Otherwise great

Very comfy bed, very homely and welcoming. Oil and a few other bits were provided for cooking with which was a nice little touch. Decor was very modern and was in a great central location. The owner was lovely and let us have a later check out time as well

The bathroom door doesn't shut, there was a whole in the wall in the hallway and the fridge had a child's drink in.

The flat itself is in a good location, the town is pretty boring but that isn’t anything to do with the property- it’s near the beach with some good local chippies nearby. There is on street parking too which is free, so no complaints with location.

The property itself needs work done. The bedroom and bathroom doors don’t close, which is actually quite dangerous in the event of a fire, I see someone noted this previously but owner said the doors were settling in, but I think it could be a case of poor maintenance as we are no longer in lockdown, so a joiner probably could attend. Luckily my boyfriend and I didn’t need to shut the door but I imagine it would be slightly awkward if you weren’t with someone you were comfortable with - maybe worth mentioning! Everyone is entitled to privacy. If I was the owner I’d be getting my money back on that job! The decor is dated, the sofa wasn’t made when we arrived and was as if someone had been sitting on it, it was also extremely uncomfortable. There was a used bottle of fruit-shoot in the fridge and no tea/coffee or anything welcoming. The bed was made the wrong way round too, minor things that make all the difference. Also had to text for the wifi, but it didn’t work as it said the connection was poor. I only knew to text for the wifi as someone had complained about it on another review. Bathroom was grubby, no mirror in there, soap or any decorations etc. Cheap office blinds too, no curtains. Flat has potential as it’s airy and spacious, just a bit run down and neglected. Totally not worth £78, we actually left early. Maybe half the price yeah but wouldn’t recommend unfortunately. Bit of a disgrace..

The location was very good for the town and beach. No problem with on street parking. would book it again

We did not have the key code or realise there was one not made clear in the communication. when i phoned the owners there was no answer the first time and we were concerned, but someone answered the second time

Obtaining the keys and dealing with the host was great
