Muy linda pileta y espacios en comun con vista al mar. La habitación muy comoda, la cama tambien. El desayuno muy rico.
No queda tan cerca del centro pero en moto es muy facil llegar.

Given the remote location, you rely a lot on the staff to give you accurate information and organize transport etc. Well, the staff couldn’t help at all and was extremely greedy.

staff were sweet and the ac was really good. the view was fantastic and the location a little op the hill made it a quiet place.
the restroom wasn’t too good. not too clean and only hot water for 5 minutes. there were no refrigerator to store cold water or other foods.

It wasn’t very clean and the facilities were a bit worn and the bathrooms were a bit smelly.

Very comfortable place. they provide towels and food. the view is also very good and the wifi is decent
the location is on a mountain so you need to drive up there. we went with scooters and luggage so it became a bit difficult.

The staff is really friendly and the pool overlooking the sea and the mountains was really nice!
The bathroom is really run down. The water pressure is bad and there’s limescale everywhere. There is no fridge in the room, but the nice staff allowed us to store some drinks in their fridge.

Breakfast was super small. There was no mini fridge but they have it on the room description

1. They accept only cash and No cards.
2. Few Lights (Especially the light near mirror) were not working in the room and the room had a broken almirah.
3. We need to cater for dinner and lunch as there is no restaurant , and the breakfast provided were mediocre.
4. Dont expect any assistance in terms of rent a bike or hiring a taxi.

Beautiful view on Mount Agung and super friendly and helpful staff. Rooms and bed were clean and comfortable. Pool is small but still nice. Breakfast ist absolutely fine and the location in general is great for winding down and even working remotely for a few days. Nothing really to complain!
The location isn’t really the best if you consider nearby restaurants or business in general. But if you’re looking for a place to wind down, you’re all good. You can also always rent a scooter for a fair price and go whenever/wherever you want to. Also, if you arrive at the Buyuk Harbour it’s actually located very well and even walkable if your traveling with light luggage (it’s a little uphill, but better than taking an overpriced Taxi)

Didn't have a hot shower, only cold. Although with the hot environment it's not that terrible. Breakfast wasn't really good.

The bedroom was large and bright. The pool and view is nice.
The staff were incredibly rude, unhelpful and dismissive during our stay. Our presence felt like an inconvenience to them. The bike they rented us broke 3 times in 24hr. They did not give us any local tips or helpful advice as they didn’t want to talk to us. The pancakes they serve at breakfast appear to be shop brought as they were so chewy and poor every day. All in all the staff ruined our stay there, the facilities were okay and would have been much improved by friendly staff.
