The pool was cold..not enough toiletries on arrival but promptly restocked by the owner

Sergio, the property manager was fantastic with communication throughout, prior to us leaving England and upon us arriving in the airport. We simply text him as we were getting into a taxi and he was at the entrance to the hotel to greet us, he was great to deal with and showed us all around the apartment and grounds.

The location is fantastic. There is a supermarket close to the complex, which was a big help. I was happy, that I could have my dog with me.

The sofa was old and dirty.

It was really poorly cleaned, dust, hair (human and animal) on the floor. Just 3 cups (we are family of 5). Smell of cat urine on the terrace.

Convenient Location and proper maintained resort. Pool was a bit cold, but very clean.

The villa was generally ok, but could have been better cleaned when we arrived. The grass flooring in front had some dog's hair and was not well cleaned. The cutlery and equipment of the kitchen was already old and not of good quality, but we could manage and make the best out of our stay. All in all the price/offer was acceptable, but we recommend strongly to buy new cutlery (forks, spoons and eating knives) and 2 new frying pans.
