Renovation work to property belonging to our host at rear of our bungalow work started at 745am each morning until 3.30pm no prior notice warning was given or apology when I spoke to the host

The lounge outdoor space was lovely. Location was great and the complex felt safe for the kids with a lovely pool

Absolutely a lovely house! Very comfortable to stay (washing maschine, dishwasher, oven, coffee maker etc etc - just everything there what you might need during your stay) and wifi works well. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Beautiful livingroom-diningroom. Outside you have a sitting area to enjoy evenings and also a dining area on the other side of the house. The pool area is very close with easy access. Actually there are two pool areas, but only one of them was now in use. We enjoyed days by the pool a lot!

The bungalow had everything you could ever need for a relaxing holiday, plenty of kitchen equipment, different areas on the outside, we have stayed in many places in Playa del Ingles on many occasions and this Bungalow was the best by far

There is nothing not to like

The location is very good and the house is comfortable

The pans and kitchen utensils have had better days and it would have been nice to have sunbeds in the garden

This property fells very homey, it contains a lot of kitchen stuff that were very helpful in our long stay, they were nice and provided us baby crib, baby high chair and replaced the broken hairdryer (everything else was functional in the house) everything was appreciated.

It looks like it is been more than 10 years since the last renovations ( especially the bathrooms, the doors, the walls). About 20 minutes until you reach the beach sand, it seemed far to me. The street sidewalk of the outside door was dirty daily, and the area is not a quiet one. On the Booking facilities section there were some misleading information (a heated pool and a playground) - these do not exist.
