Sehr schönes etwas außergewöhnliches Zimmer. Das Frühstück war sehr abwechslungsreich. Man konnte seine Eier selber die gewünschte Zeit kochen.

Wir waren nach einem Konzert in der Bar. Es gab kein Eis und die Getränke waren schnell vergriffen.

Comfortable rooms, very clean, good location (bus line 9 to the city centre in a few minutes), good Pizzeria around the corner.

No own car parking, no EV chargers closeby, breakfast a bit minimalist for the price.

I want to thank the hotel administration for the attentive service, clean and comfortable rooms. The hotel has a very convenient location. I will recommend it to friends and acquaintances.

Everything was wonderful.

Very clean and looked a new hotel. The bus stop is in front of the hotel and the bus is free! It was about 15 minutes from the station. The staff were friendly and answered all the questions ( my husband asked about education but she answered it with smile. Of course, we could use English so I could understand what she said. I really liked this hotel because it was so clean and comfortable room. It wasn’t too hot but humid warmth outside. I was so glad that the room has an air conditioner. I could sleep well!

This hotel is modern, very clean, and has excellent links to Luxembourg’s free transportation. The bus stop to and from the Old Town are located immediately outside the hotel.

Breakfast was extremely limited and absolutely not worth the money (€20). All I ate was a coffee and cereal. I would not have paid for breakfast if I realised what the options were. It is much better to get breakfast in town for less money and more options.

Modern and nice decor

Kids travel cot and extra bed were very uncomfortable. I ended up sleeping in the extra bed and it was sinking! I woke up with a bad ache in my back! I can’t immagine sleeping on it for a kid also the travel cot had no mattress and it was extra hard

While the property’s exterior highlights Luxembourgish architecture, the interiors are fitted with updated furnishings perfect for the modern traveler. The rooms are of a decent size considering the hotel (if you can call it one) itself isn’t big. There are various light fittings for those that prefer moody lighting. The bed/ linen/ towels are all decent, comfortable and clean. The housekeeper was really nice and did a stellar job. The location of the hotel is around 5-7 minutes from the airport by cab. Very convenient The toiletries were of good quality East check in - out

No restaurants/ no room service. Housekeeping start their shift at 9am. Staff are new and aren’t well trained. Management / staff in charge aren’t helpful as such. Every time we required something we were asked to come get it from the front desk. ( which btw is a counter in the bar ) Bring your own toiletries. You’re only provided with shampoo/ conditioner and hand soap. No bathrobes/ slippers etc Iron/ lotion were provided upon request Limited supply. 1 bottle of water/ tea-coffee sachet etc. Extras are chargeable

Effortlessly smooth. Everything was laid-back, yet functional. No hassle at all. The room was also very tastefully decorated. Plus the breakfast was exquisite!

The room was well-designed and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and calm. I'd stay here again when I visit Luxembourg in the future.

Beautiful room. Comfortable bed. Very quiet room (no noise from the hallways). Spacious bathroom with all necessary facilities. Excellent breakfast with many different choice options!

You need to climb a large flight of stairs to reach Kirchberg.

Location Quiet hotel

The breakfast area is a bit crawded. In the room, the window cannot be opened, it is fixed.

Everything. I was given the last room in the hotel which obviously was not used in ages. The room was for disabled guests which was inconveniently done as the shower floods. Dirty bed sheets, stains on the carpet, walls are scratched, the room had serious issue of smell. The bedsheets and room particularly smelled like mould and damp.

The room was very big, comfortable and nice . The bus stop was right in front of the hotel.

No restaurant at the hotel and facilities. The reception team were polite but could do a better job in going the extra mile to solve information requested . No amenities such as tooth brush , body lotion etc in the room . You would need to request and collect it on your own from the front desk .

wonderful hotel, perfectly located near the bus which stops every 20 min. In my opinion it is very nice and modern and in reasonable price (looking at Luxembourg prices). Also breakfast is very good. The choice is not that large but quality of ingridients is extremely high in comparison to other hotels in the world.

Beyond the usual good level of service, I particularly appreciated that the valuable earphones I left behind in the room were found and handed over to lost-and-found.

Bus stop outside the door was extremely helpful, airport not far from hotel and only about 10 mins on bus to city centre. Hotel was clean warm and comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful
