Aesthetic and comfort of hotel
Some ventilation for pool, however not a big deal as didn’t spend too long there.

Staff were wonderful and the hotel was very clean
I wasn’t given the wifi password and free wifi was included
There was no sort of information in the room as to what was available at the hotel, only found out at checkout about bowling and my grand daughter would have loved that

We had room service not happy with the meals arriving without being covered I rang and complained apparently the lids were taken off just before delivered. The breakfast bakery basket was stale very disappointing. The pool was very small for a big hotel

Coffee is unexpected. Melbourne Coffee should be more tasty.

It was quiet and had a relaxed feel. The bar area is a perfect space to relax, great views and decor. Liked the bathroom design, works well in a hotel setting. Staff were friendly and efficient.
Bed was very firm. Minimum air conditioning setting was 19 which for me was too warm for the bedding provided.

The rooms are beautiful and clean. Love that there are no little plastic bottles everywhere and they have thought about sustainability.
Amazing location and parking is easy with valet available if you would prefer
Breakfast - Scrambled eggs were cold, buffet areas were not kept tidy and stocked.
Arrival - Stood for 20 minutes in the queue to check in with heavy bags. Finally got to the check in desk and no apology for being kept waiting. Explained very politely that we needed to check in quick as we had a booking at a table. Met again with no apology just "sign here" no please or thank you. Not used to being treated in this manor when we pay to stay in nice hotels.

Loved the room, beds, location and the pool was amazing. The social quarter in chadstone has great meal options and of course so many shopping options right on your doorstep
Only one small thing that could be improved is in room breakfast options. Just more items for children like pancakes or simply toast with something other than jam.

My friend and I stayed at the chadstone hotel. We absolutely loved it. We felt the hotel was beautiful and the staff were lovely. The breakfast was amazing.
The sinks in the hotel room were very modern but water went everywhere when we used it.

It was close to great shopping, everything I needed was in one location.
The room decor is amazing
There wasn’t a lot of seating in the pool area it was all taken by three families.
The HVac system wouldn’t go lower than 19degrees.

Beds and room were modern and new.
Bathroom seemed dirty and smelled.
Pool was not available and closed on our only full day and night there. Can understand if maintenance is required but given it is the school holidays, this should be sorted well in advance. Could only use it the next morning before needing to check out.
Phone was not working so had to use mobile to contact guest services. We requested for some dental kits and they never arrived.

Lovely hotel. Nice clean rooms, with a very comfortable king bed. We would stay again
I feel saddened that the hotel was not built with soundproofing or double glazed windows given it is on Nepean highway and that is one of the busiest . At night you could hear cars hooning down Nepean highway until 4am. We struggled to sleep and did not bring any ear plus.

Parking was annoying as the layout was confusing for a first time visitor.
