I liked that all needed stores and restaurants were walking distance. Not just the restaurants in the plaza, but the restaurant Boka in the hotel has delicious options to choose from! Not to mention the bar that's also downstairs by the lobby. They have so many other amenities to offer that I have yet to experience.

I have no complaints about the hotel, and I have yet to stay there and experience the spa, pool, and garden.

The staff were very helpful and respectful. They answered all of our questions. The pool was amazing, we enjoyed it.

I don't like that I need to carry on my credit card each time I pay; the hotel didn't open an account for me during my stay, so this takes unnecessary time.

Absolutely do not stay at this property. If you are an American traveler or otherwise, staying at this property is ultimately dangerous and the security on hand is a joke. So from the basics let’s start with the Body Wash / Shampoo /Conditioner dispensers in the shower, well they don’t dispense at all and or are empty on arrival. That’s a surprise when you hit the showers. TV channels are not available or cut in and out. Paper thin walls, you hear everything in the other rooms and in the hall ways. I was woken at 2am on 05/13/23 with a large crowd in the hall way. I called security twice that overnight to no avail. They did nothing about that the next day at the front desk. No one was held accountable, no concessions. It’s ridiculous. No manager on duty, no call backs but you can expect excuses for the lack of service and accountability. I paid for two nights on booking dot com… I purchased another night on my own and I totally regretted it. I did not stay that 3rd night because of a security issue and I headed back to the states immediately. Do you think they returned my funds for the added night? Absolutely not! I strongly urge and encourage you… DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY. It’s not safe, they are not professional. At Quartz it’s not the hospitality industry, it’s the hostility and rip off industry. Go elsewhere.

The heater wasn't working, the TV wasn't working, I ask to reception and they said they would come check it out, but they left us waiting and never came.

Hotel was nice. Staff was unfriendly and breakfast was included, but was asked to pay. Ate at restaurant 4 times, 2 breakfast, 1 dinner and 1 lunch. All orders on days were wrong Table of 4 of us at breakfast, children ate adults did not. They bought 1 order of French toast out and had to ask for other child's order 20 minutes after receiving 1st child order. By than it was too late for child to eat, as we were getting picked up by cab at a certain time. We asked before ordering if food would be ready and enough time to eat without missing pickup ride and they said yes. They cleaned room 2nd day and left one bath towel for 4 people kleenex box was empty We paid 700 USA dollars for 2 nights I expected better service Will not go back
