Everything was great from the location, to the staff and the inside of the hotel and hotel rooms. Another thing we liked was our bartender Gerardo he made a delicious Michelada a perfect night cap.

Location, receptionist , (very nice and friendly) Restaurant ambiance, food price, but good.

Cleanliness and maintenance. From the hallway to the room entrance. Carpets could have use a vacuuming. Stain and scratched walls , and mirrors, broken dresser edge . Missing bulb on night light, yellow stains around and in the back of toilet and bathroom floor.

The location was perfect because it was close to many restaurants. Night clubs and the border.

Nothing that I liked

Bad condition of the room . The door was not closing properly and I couldn’t see outside to the hallway, hear everything and the breakfast was $30 when they told me it was $22. I had to argue and hassle like a gypsy with all the stuff , managers and receptionist for an $9 espresso that was not included in the breakfast .Don’t stay at this hotel. Too expensive for what they offer. Everything is super bad.

Location was next to our venue.

No towels were left in the room both days. When I called to request towels an hour later I had to go down to lobby for them since they weren't brought up to the room. Rooms were not available at 3:00 waited 30-40 minutes for our room.

We asked for handicap accommodations. Looks like they didn't read the message. Bathroom light didn't work at all.

Great location, This is our second time at the hotel Real Inn , we love the hotel so much the 1st time that we decided to come back but oh surprise our Room 1409 was so dirty , shoe marks on the wall on the side of the bed, the bathroom needs some deep deep cleaning so dirty and deteriorated. We had two full beds that where bend, overall I think we had a really bad room but we were so tired since we check in late and we where there for only one night that we did not call to change rooms.

we love the staff, always so attentive ! this is what I think makes the hotel keep in business ! their staff is amazing and polite

when pulling out of the parking lot into the one way street there needs to be better signs showing that’s a one way street

They should set up quiet hours we travel to relax and chill but the neighbors across the hall were super noisy firts time at 11 pm than at 3:30 am

Great location with good restaurants nearby and Marcus. satisfactory room, relatively quiet for the area. OK then when emergency vehicles arriving by with your loud sirens.

for me, I like a softer bed, these were two firm, hard, and the pillows, very uncomfortable, too big and firm, hurt my neck. Floor was a bit dirty.

Heating and air conditioning ventilation system. also, the elevator smelled like hydraulic fluid. I stayed in two different rooms. Both of them smelled like chemicals through the ventilation system.

I like the location. Only reason I stayed there was because it was walking distance to my doctors appointment.

Our room was very dirty. There was no trash can in the bathroom. It looked like the bathroom had mold. The whole room didn’t look clean.
