The property was very clean, comfy, warm and welcoming. It was in a good location and we would consider staying there again in future.

Overall the property was very clean, however the bathroom had not been dusted for a while. Dust on the edge of the bath and dust webs on the wall and ceiling above the toilet.

Didnt expect to have to get taxis evrytime a lot further out from evreything than we expected.

Nicely decorated, comfortable apartment. Good sized. Parking was a big bonus.

Crockery etc wasn't clean. Felt there were far to many rules. Felt like I was going to camp instead of holiday. So many emails before our stay it was annoying.

The accomodation was great. Very clean, brilliant facilities. It was reallt a home away from home and had everything we needed. The location was great too. Around a 7 minute drive to York city centre. Convenience shops, pubs and restaurants within walking distance. Bus stops withing 1 minute of the property. I would happily stay again.

Not the fault of letting agency at all. However, some anti social behaviour from 3 youths on the first night we arrived. Running and jumping into back gardens and hurling verbal abuse at an elderly lady. We were not able to access the bin store outside of the property to dispose of rubbish.

For us it was central to everything we wanted to do. Walk into York was about 30 minutes although bus stop almost outside if preferred. Easy access to supermarkets and private parking bay ideal. Perfect apartment for a short stay. Washer/dryer ideal as no garden.

Should have mentioned building work going on next door as woken early by them starting work. We were visiting in the heatwave so a couple of fans would have been helpful. Shower needs a bit more power.

Lovely, clean two bed apartment with full kitchen facilities. Was quite warm in early June, but okay with the windows open. Parking great right outside the property, and co-op a few mins walk away.

We would have loved it if the twin room had black out blinds, as our 4yo was wide awake at 5am every morning! Also, it looks like pigeons are nesting above the skylight - they were quite noisy. Would have also been great to open this for ventilation had they not been there.

Exceptionally clean, beautifully presented apartment with everything you need for a short break. Comfortable beds and sofa, tea, coffee & sugar provided. We had a lovey time. A pub in walking distance and in Acomb there is a little village of shops and a Morrison’s for all your supplies.

Nothing it was lovely. We stayed here as our daughter lives a few doors down in Acomb, visiting York is a short drive or a good walk. The shower is the type that attaches to the bath taps but it was absolutely fine.

Lovely area, easy to find and get to, felt cosy our entire stay :)

Clean (less popsocks), functional with dedicated parking space. Good instructions of how to get to the appartment and a reasonable welcome booklet on arrival. Though the appartment is 1.7 miles fron York Centre it took 25/30 minutes to walk in, a quiet area with a CO OP a few minutes walk away. York has very good taxi's and prompt, we used Streemline to go in and jumped in a Black Cab from outside the Minster on the way out.

Initially had to remove a pair of popsocks from a previous booking from a bedroom my children were sleeping in on the first night. The shower and bath water pressure was awful, non existent. I abandoned the shower because their was so little hot water coming out of the shower head when mixed with cold went cold, and wasn't functional at all, so ran a bath which took over 20 minutes to get any sort of minimal depth. Double bed, though clean was a little cramped, would have preferred just one-side table instead of two for a king-size bed. We met the lady in the downstairs flat who knocked on our door and asked us to not walk so hard on the floor because when we did it knocked her Internet which turned off her TV. Though we have children of 9&11 and were not at the appartment hardly at all, just coming back for a rest before the next booked attraction, the children would grabbed their tablets/phones and were quite. My husband and I were considerate of the lady we'll call her Mary for this post and realised that it was not us but the floor resenating when walked on which carried through to Mary downstairs. I'm not a builder but I feel sorry for the lady if she has to knock on the appartment door whenever someone new is in the appartment and would argue that the floor needs insulation. TV Freeview when it was on kept flickering.
