A pleasant family hotel, very friendly, helpful and professional hosts. The room is modernly furnished, comfortable, we could park our motorbike right in front of our terrace. There is a very well-maintained swimming pool with clean water within the accommodation. The town beach is about a 20-minute walk away. Gouvia is an excellent starting point for some beautiful beaches in the north of the island. The breakfast was very tasty, as was the rest of the food in the restaurant. Since we left early in the morning on the last day, they allowed us to have breakfast earlier.

The pool was fantastic especially during a heat wave. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly ; always willing to go out of their way to please guests. The air conditioning was the best we had encountered especially during an intense heat wave cooled the entire room beautifully ! The delicious food at their restaurant was an added bonus.

he owner Michael was very good and accommodating, we were only there for one night and 1.5 days as we were then off onto a catamaran trip but would deffo come to this hotel again

The property has single entrance off of a side road so felt very safe and secluded at the same time. the owner also very kindly offered to drive me to Gouvia on his way to Corfu town when I told him I was planning on walking the 3km. very kind man

The Breakfast, location, beaches, hosts and services were simply wonderful! Everything was well organized, the people were also very friendly...it was the best citybreak me and my family could ever get! The pool was great, the had a adecvated temperature. Michael gave us all the information we needed and togheter with his mother, they gave us the best experience. they were undertanding, even when we came until the moment we left.

Located a bit far from the city, but very comfortable cozy apartments with all facilities. Very good night’s stay if you’re looking to transit in Corfu for a ferry to Albania or the airport. in a day or two. Family owned place and very friendly people. They also organise some Greek nights etc. So definitely worth the money.

Nothing specific to not like about the property. May be only that it’s a bit far from the centre and takes a good 45 mins to reach by a public transport.

Quick and pleasant communication. The host was very helpful, e.g. met us at the bus station by car, we always got quick answers to our questions. and we were allowed to stay in our room longer. The grocery store is very close and the bus stop is a pleasant walk away. There are also various options for eating out in the neighborhood.

The kitchen could have salt, sugar and oil for guests to use. The floor could have been cleaner.

Extremely friendly family owned property. We couldn’t have been made more welcome. Michael and his mother who are the owners were such lovely people, and couldn’t have been more helpful. End of the season so quieter than high season, would love to come back when it is in full swing, but still plenty of places open. Bar and restaurant on site, a supermarket a couple of minutes away, and restaurants 5 minutes walk away. Loads of bars and restaurants 15 minute walk in Guvia. A good location with excellent pool. Sadly the main cooking facility was broken. The manager said it would be fixed within 2 or 3 days. It was not fixed during our 15 day stay. After 12 days the Hotel claimed that we had not booked in and the booking is shown as cancelled on the Booking. com website. This has prevented us from leaving a normal review so that we could tell others about the managers incompetence and his refusal to return some of our money. We had been promised a working kitchen!

Booking.com were informed after 12 days of our 15 day stay that we had not booked in. I would like a clear explanation as to why this happened and why the booking is still shown as cancelled. The manager assured us that repairs would be done within 2 or 3 days. We were left with unusable cooking facilities for 15 days and deserve a substantial refund which the manager has refused to deliver.

Apartments are very comfortable and clean. Location is perfect to visit the island and 15 minutes from Corfu Town center. Breakfast is abundant and good. But overall we have appreciated the kindness of the staff and the owner, they really made us feeling at home. Absolutely recommend.

Accommodation buildings spread around large well maintained gardens. Plenty of parking. Room was clean and beds very comfortable. Swimming pool area offered plenty of sun beds Bar and dining staff very friendly and attentive. Great coffee and choice of breakfast items. Fortunate to be there Thursday night for Greek night to enjoy music, dancing and spit roast

the rooms were lovely and fitted out to a great standard. there were good cooking facilities and a good sized bathroom and shower

The breakfast was superb with breads and jams every morning along with a main of your choice, all of which were fantastic. The room was spotless and really well furnished too - we really loved the shower! There was even a Greek night with dancing and a live band which we attended and loved. The host (and all of the staff) were incredibly kind as well, taking the time to direct us, find out information for us, and even treated my partner on her birthday. I cannot thank you enough for your kindness and for giving us such a wonderful time.

Absolutely nothing!

Good location, clean and in very good condition apartments.

Light in toilet and near the door inside- it switched automatically from movement, but did not turned off- so was turned on all night without possiibility to turn it off.

the accommodation was exceptionally large clean and comfortable to in both bedroom and lounge walk in shower outside large patio area with furniture absolutely superb. The owners went over and beyond to make you feel welcome even giving us a lift after asking to call us a taxi and would not accept the taxi fare absolutely genuine people we wished that we had booked for longer and we will definitely be back.

The confortable and accessible (bus stop nearby) apartment as well as its views and surroundings were beautiful. The pool was nice and right next to the delicious Spyridoyla Apartments taverna with traditional Greek food and drinks. Most importantly, our hosts were extremely helpful, generous and friendly. We would love to come here again.

We would have enjoyed having a few more ustensils (hand and dish soap, sponge, serving bowl, salt and pepper)
