Die Links ist eine ruhige Wohnanlage in Port Royal Plantation. Unsere Villa ist eine helle und komfortable, einstöckige, offene Wohnung, die sich auf dem Fairway des 7. Fairways des Barony Golf Course befindet.
Das Carolina-Zimmer und das Hauptschlafzimmer bieten Blick auf den Golfplatz. Das große Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett mit eigenem Bad und begehbarem Kleiderschrank. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat ein französisches Bett, ein eigenes Bad und einen Fensterplatz. Das dritte Schlafzimmer hat zwei Einzelbetten und ein Badezimmer. Unsere Küche ist gut ausgestattet und die Waschküche verfügt über eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner in voller Größe.
Ein Gasgrill befindet sich auf dem Außendeck zwischen der Villa und der separaten Garage für zwei Autos. Die Terrasse ist ein großartiger Ort, um im Freien zu essen. Die Garage für zwei Autos hat den Golfwagen für Ausflüge zum Strand. Liegestühle sowie Spielzeug für den Pool und den Strand stehen in der Garage für Sie bereit.
Das Familienzimmer verfügt über eine Kathedralendecke mit einem Flachbild-TV, einem DVD-Player, einer Wet Bar mit einem Keurig und kostenfreiem WLAN. Mit der schlüssellosen Haustür können Sie bei Ihrer Ankunft direkt zur Villa fahren.
Der Strand ist nur eine kurze Fahrt mit unserem privaten Golfwagen entfernt. Der Strandpark verfügt über einen Spielplatz und Toiletten. Das Links hat einen Gemeinschaftspool, der in der Nähe unserer Villa liegt. Hilton Head verfügt über viele von Bäumen gesäumte Wege zum Wandern oder Radfahren. Unsere Villa bietet allen Komfort von zu Hause in einem wunderschönen Urlaubsort.
Wir sind in der Nähe von ausgezeichneten Restaurants, großartigen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Tennisplätzen, einem kurzen Spaziergang zum Westin Resort, Kinos und natürlich Starbucks. Tagesausflüge nach Savannah und Charleston sind ebenfalls ausgezeichnete Ausflugsziele.

This condo was perfect for our family of six! It was very nice and clean, close to beach and pool, and restaurants! The golf cart to ride to beach in was the icing on the cake! We highly recommend Links 9b for your next stay at Hilton Head Island!

Very nice property. Good location, short walk to the beach. Golf cart is a great addition to explore the nearby area. No beach towels provided so that would be a nice consideration to add in the future.

We had an awesome stay. The house was perfect for us. The place was clean and it’s in a nice area. We had a good time drinking coffee in the mornings while watching the golfers play the hole off the living room. Beach days were fun. The golf cart is a game changer! Would definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful week at the rental. The rental is very well equipped for your stay. The access to the garage, golf cart, beach and pool tools was so helpful. The communication with the property manager was very good. We had a great vacation and would visit again!

We really enjoyed our stay in Hilton Head. The area offers a lot to do for families, even with the terrible weather we had when were there! The property and home we clean, quiet and beautiful. Our only complaint is that the beds really needed new mattresses and pillows, as it made it hard for any of us to get much sleep. However that didn't hurt our ability to enjoy ourselves and all that Hilton Head has to offer.

Some of our party would like to see safety bars (hand rails) located in the walk in shower, bathtub and toilet area. Also a couple boxes of facial tissues (Kleenex) would be nice.

We enjoyed our stay so much. The home was spacious and stocked with everything we needed. It was so comfy to stay there. Good location, all the beach accessories one could need. Golf Course location was great and we loved the sunroom. Hope to come back again! Margie was so easy to deal with -always quick to answer. Great vacation and wonderful place!!!

Short One Night Stay
Owner had great communication. Place was clean. Some loose floorboards and a bit out dated but overall a nice place for a short stay. I did ask about nearby local places to eat and or recommendations and the only feedback I really got was chain places which was not what I was looking for but that's ok. Overall was a good experience. The gulf cart was awesome to explore and the pool was close. The beach was a further drive but the gulf cart could be parked there which was nice.

Fabulous tucked away off the golf course…
Fabulous stay! Margie was quite attentive, and made the experience seamless from start to finish. This home sits on golf course, and tucked away from the hustle and bustle…great option for a family! We just needed 1 night before we checked in on Saturday so this was a perfect Friday night location. Thank you!!

This house was very nice! It was cleaned and stocked with everything we needed during our stay. The owner communicated very well and was there whenever we needed them. I rate this house 15/10!!!I would definitely book again if I came to Hilton Head again. If you are looking to enjoy your stay in a clean, quiet and peaceful home. This is the one you want!

I wish I had a full week to enjoy all of the amenities: golf cart and beach access were perfect. I’ll definitely rent this house again in the future!

Everything from reserving to checking in was perfect. The layout of the house was great with adult children and the spouses. Location was perfect and easy to get to the wedding venue from the house.
