We loved the quiet and clean neighborhood! The house was great and our kids loved all the awesome unique rooms. The pool and hot tub were great too! I would definitely stay here again.

This house was perfect for our family and friends of 12. There was plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone with enough of towels for everyone. We were in Anaheim in one of the hottest weekend in August, so the pool was an added bonus! Communication with the host was great for even the littlest questions I may have had. We will definitely being staying here again.

The property was spacious and accommodated all 15 of us nicely. Beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean and stocked. The kitchen had everything needed for all of our meals (we cooked), and the large dining room table was a huge plus. The backyard space was very nice- pool was a bit dirty on the bottom but it was nice to have with the addition of the hot tub. Neighborhood was safe for morning walks and beautiful. We would stay again! Thanks

The house was great and met all our needs as a family. Lovely backyard and neighborhood. The only problem was the refrigerator water and ice were not working. I reported the problem but it was never taken care of and I never heard back.

We chose this property because of its location relative to Disney, the pool, and house size for a family of 12. The benefit of VRBO is that many of “household amenities” are generally there and make it convenient and comfortable. The house amenities are average or below average at best and needs some major improvement. The master bed is sunk out and uncomfortable. The kitchen isn’t well equipped and of low quality. For example the cutlery was inadequate for a group of 12, all mismatched, only 3 wine glasses. the dishwasher barely cleaned the dishes (all rinsed prior to putting in). For a family rental, There should be more cutlery for children like plastic cups (all provided appeared to be a collection of children’s cutlery left behind). The cleanliness was ok but many of the cabinet fronts were dirty and could use a good cleaning (especially above the stove where the grease was visible on arrival of our stay). The kitchen lacked the amenities that are often needed for VRBO stay - good big bowls, or food storage containers. Most of the kitchen knives had broken tips and were dull. The lack of kitchen dish cloths and dying towels was annoying - and 3 of the blue “rags” that appeared to be better place mats didn’t serve any useful purpose. The hot tub had way too much choline and a ring of film around the inside. I would look for a better place to stay next time for the $$ and overall value. The place needs to be upgraded on the details.

This is such a fun house, especially the pool it was amazing. In fact the entire back yard was so great!!! Pool was warm and hot tub was hot! Nice sitting area and grill was nice, we ended up grilling hotdogs and hamburgers! House is older and needs a little upgrade but otherwise nice and clean. Kitchen is big, awesome and fully stocked. The neighborhood is ok, it’s older but otherwise fine. Only 10 minutes away from Disneyland so very convenient. Tons of shopping close by, you’ll find anything you need. Stayed with my big family and it was really great, definitely recommend.

This was a fun themed house. My granddaughters loved their princess rooms. We had some minor issues, but they were quickly resolved. Communication was awesome! Thank you to the host and Funtierland!

My family of 13 (4 families) stayed here for a few days and it was GREAT!! The location of the house was convenient for us and enabled us to explore Hollywood, downtown LA, Disneyland, and Westminister. The house is very spacious inside with cute decorations in a quiet residential neighborhood. Wish we would've came during the warmer months so that we can use the pool but the backyard view is beautiful with the palm trees and neighbor's lemon tree! We were even lucky enough to catch some fireworks from the backyard that Disneyland was doing for their 100 Years Celebration!! Easy check-in and check-out. Great communication with management! We left a game console and they were kind enough to ship it back to us. We paid the shipping fee, of course. Would definitely recommend!!

Overall very happy and would do it again. House was dirty, toothpaste in sink, dirty bed sheets, bedroom door upstairs wouldn't open from the inside.

We have rented this house with two families (family of 4 and family of 5) mainly for the location (close to amusement parks including Disneyland, Six Flags, Universal Studios, ...) and the swimming pool. The garden furniture was not clean and there were too few chairs (1 chair not usable due to broken seating area so only 4 chairs were usable). Not enough for 9 people. The placemats also needed a thorough cleaning (water with which they were cleaned was brown-orange and only gone after 4 soaps). There were also too few glasses and cups. There were 4 cups in total which is far too few - cups are ideal and safe for the pool. The number of glasses was also, in function on the capacity of the house, far too few (3 wine glasses and 2 water glasses). There was no umbrella for the outside table to give us some shadow . The first night we stayed there we also got to chase and destroy two cockroaches (photos are available if desired). The kitchen cabinets were not clean and were sticky with grease and splashes (photos also available). The jacuzzi has known better days - no headrests and rust spots in the jacuzzi. Not inviting to enjoy this. Regrettable is also the element of the 'Quiet Rules'. We were aware of this in advance (in a nutshell; no noise/conversations after 10 pm until 9 am and also no use of the pool/jacuzzi during that time). We have of course taken this into account with one exception: One evening we sat outside until 10.30 pm with 4. This was an offshoot of a late BBQ and we lost track of the hour. This was of sound only a conversation between the 4 of us. Certainly no drinking, use of swimming pool or anything of that kind. The neighbourhood/neighbours do not take this into account: There is a loud barking dog on one side of the house that continues barking heavily until midnight. On the other side of the house they started working in the garden (with loud petrol hedge trimmers and trucks with shredders) at 7:30 am with the 'Quiet Rule' spreading until 9 am.

Family loved the Disney decor. Very comfortable furnishings. Kids enjoyed the pool. Perfect for large family.

The house was great - fun Disney theme. Pool was great. House was very clean. Close to Disney. Trash cans were full when we arrived. Paperwork for registration, etc with Funtierland was a pain to go through.

We loved our stay. The home was creatively decorated and spotless! We would most definitely stay again.

The house and neighborhood was amazing. We arrived early, the cleaning crew were still there cleaning, there were a few small mishaps. got them cleared up right away. Large house, which, because there were 3 separate families made it easy to spreadout. The common areas were large to equip of family of 9. We traveled with my mom, her boyfriend, my husband and myself and our daughter, her husband and their 3 kids. We were able to put my mom in the masterbedroom and the other end of the house, the kids rooms, which were not used all were themed rooms, very cute. There were also two rooms upstairs, which is where my daughter and son in law stayed with their 3 kids with their own bathroom and then my husband and and stayed in the other room upstairs with its own bathroom. The kitchen, dining room, and living room were large and as I said ealier, able to accomdate all 9 of us with no problem. Beds were very comfortable. kithcen was great, I think owner's could invest in some new pots and pans and sharpen some knives. Lots of cupboard space, and for the convenience, a bathroom off of the kitchen. Hot tub was nice, my husband, daughter and son in law used it. At first it was not clean, but as soon as I contacted the office, quick to answer and very apologetic thqt the hot tub was not clean, they got right on that. Overall, I would certianly recommend this house. One last thing, becaiuse we were there for Christmas, we had brought some gifts with us to open. Well, my grandchildren, I guess, thought it would be funny to hide one of the gifts. Just so happen, the gift that was hidden was for my 5 year old grandson. We never found the gift and I thought that I must have left it at home. We were at the other VRBO house that we rented for Universal Studio's and the office contacted us to let us know that the cleaner's found the gift while cleaning the house and asked if we would like to pick it up or have it sent. We went back to Anaheim the following day and picked up the hidden Christmas Gift. Anyhow, again, I would certainly give this a 5 star rating! We usually stay at a Disneyland hotel or a hotel that’s walking distance from Disneyland but the haunted mansion was perfect for us now that our children are older and need privacy.

The space is large and can accommodate a great number of guests. Loved the Disney theme throughout the house. The kitchen and dining area are open and great for many people to enjoy at once. There is a very strict noise ordinance in Anaheim, one night we lost track of time and we received communion that we needed to go inside. So if you are looking to night swim look in a different city. The pool was very nice and cool, which was great because it was hot. The outside space was nice. Safety gate around the pool in case of little ones. There were a lot of spider webs around the outside, but it is summer. They also have pool floaties. We loved the space and would stay here again.

My Family and I are very happy with this place. It has all the things you need to have that home feel, things like a crockpot or a blender, even good shampoo in bathrooms, much better than I would have expected.

This house was laid out nicely for all of to stay together but still have our privacy. One side of the house has the master bedroom with a sliding door to the backyard and two rooms with bunk beds. The other side has one downstairs bedroom with a bunkbed and two upstairs bedrooms, one with its own bathroom. This is a great house for families with children as there are strollers, small table, and other amenities available. The check-in process was smooth, no issue with house code, welcome binder available, hot tub and pool in the backyard. It was a warm winter day and we used the hot tub. The fence around the hot tub is sturdy, but the downstairs master suite has direct access to the pool, so be careful of little ones staying downstairs. The house was clean, plenty of dishes, cups, and utensils in the kitchen. Large refrigerator and dining area. The dining chairs are no longer wooden as shown in the picture. The pantry contains a few items. I'm guessing they were left by previous families. The neighborhood was quiet, although some of us heard train whistles at night. I can understand why the quiet time rule is enforced. There is a shopping center nearby that has a Wal-Mart for groceries. Big screen TV and large sectional sofa in the living room. Getting to and from Disneyland was easy! We turned right on West, left on Lincoln, and right on Harbor for a straight shot to the park. We parked at the Toy Story lot. During check-out, the property management asks that you start a load of sheets for them. Washer and dryer is very easy to operate and they provide laundry detergent.
