Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. There was plenty of room for all 8 of us to have our own beds and bathrooms. The house is within walking distance to so many great restaurants and attractions. We absolutely loved it.

Beautiful place and so close to everything in Chattanooga! The location is called “Southside” and is full of places to eat and entertainment housed in revitalized buildings…all just a short walk away. The condo is super clean and beautifully decorated with every amenity needed. It has 2 covered porch/balconies just outside of the 2nd floor guest bedroom and another off the 3rd floor hallway. We enjoyed the private back patio each morning and the garage was very nice too. Street parking is free and plentiful for any overflow. There’s a TV in every bedroom (including the bunk room). Candace had great communication throughout our booking process/check-in/stay/check-out. This is a must stay place in Chattanooga!

Fantastic location in a bustling area. Great time all around. 3rd floor master is a bit of a hike for “middle age” parents! 😅 Area didn’t slow down all weekend. Overall, great place, location, and hosting.

The layout of the home was perfect for us. It is beautifully decorated and extremely clean. We were able to walk to all of the bars and restaurants. We would definitely stay there again.

My husband and all four of our parents (ages 69-75) and I had a wonderful stay at this property! Absolutely as pictured here. Beautifully decorated, well-appointed, and so much space! I wish the weather had cooperated for us to spend time on the ground floor patio or the top floor balcony. We certainly made use of the coffee bar with K-cups provided (and went through a lot, being six of us). (I'd actually brought coffee grounds to use in a drip machine, but there was not one.) Our parents were not too sure about the gentrifying neighborhood, as there were still some houses with bars on the windows, but we didn't see any evidence of there being any real issues. It was generally a quiet area EXCEPT that there must have been a party or club nearby and the night that it was not raining, the music could be heard from 11pm-3am. Hopefully just a one-time thing? I was in a bedroom on the front side so did not know about it until the next morning. I do note that there is a garage and our check-in materials accurately described it as best for two small cars. We did get our two medium-sized SUVs in, but we did not move them without thinking long and hard about it because it was a tight squeeze to get in or out! Street parking was available sometimes but not always.

Chattanooga and our vrbo for our “siblings get-together” did not disappoint! Candace makes you feel you have made a new friend immediately and she was prompt and accurate with all shared information. So many restaurants, even within walking distance, which really suited our schedule. Street parking for the extra vehicle felt much safer than we expected and the neighborhood was very quiet. This floor plan was perfect for three couples, both the living spaces and bedrooms. Need I say any more?😊

House was GREAT. Tons of space for us to call home during our stay in Chattanooga. Candace was super easy to work with, very helpful and sent lots of suggestions for things to do and places to eat.

We stayed here for 5 nights as a home away from home during our daughter's wedding in Chattanooga. Everything about our stay was perfect - location, furnishings, space, etc. And Candace is awesome. We would absolutely stay again and would highly recommend.

My family and I drive from Alabama through Chattanooga yearly on the way to New York to visit my family and I have always wanted to stop in and stay in Chattanooga to experience the city and let my kids hike into the Lookout Mountain etc. We found this place on VRBO and the location is right down in a cool part of town, close to most everything and quite convenient! With private garage parking and on a quiet street this rental in one we would like to return to sometime for sure!

Absolutely ideal location and incredible space! Walking distance to Guitar Museum, Chattanooga Choo Choo, Chattanooga Distillery, great eateries and pubs and shops. All a short walk away.

This is an awesome place. Not only beautiful but well appointed. Perfect location to enjoy downtown festivals, waterfront, and can walk to excellent foody restaurants. And excellent communication with host. Will stay again when visiting Chattanooga!

This review is long overdue but I really wanted to make sure that I got to it...that's how great I think this place is. FYI...we stayed for a whole week. The home is perfect for a stay with many people - the rooms are sizable and each room has its own bathroom and television. It's really cute and very clean. The location is what really sets this apart. We were in town for a softball tournament and while most other families were scrambling with chain restaurant choices (or very few restaurant choices) our location had plenty of great restaurants and bars within walking distance. Also, we were super close to every softball field in the tournament and could come back to our vrbo to rest in between games. The owner is super responsive...we had a pretty major issue (nothing that was due to neglect or that could have been prevented) and she had someone come out to the house at 11pm to take care of it. Her follow up was impeccable and she was super helpful and spot on with restaurant and things to do in the area recommendations. Two things to note if you're coming from out of town...the area looks a little unsafe but once we were there for a day we realized that the area is gentrifying...we walked to all the restaurants and shopping and felt totally safe. The only downside, which is a downside for all places in the area, is that there is a chicken processing plant in Chattanooga and when the wind is blowing in the direction of the vrbo it really can smell quite bad. Nothing anyone can do about that but it's helpful to know what the odor is and then it's not emanating from sewage or anything like that. Hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did!
