This property allowed us to fully enjoy our stay in Alameda and surrounding area very much. Our family is in Oakland and recommended Alameda. We enjoyed our visit and had a safe place to land in this comfortable home away from home..

The house appeared to be refurbished recently. It has nice appliances, washer/dryer and bathrooms. I would stay here again.

Darling little house in the West End of Alameda which was perfect for my visit with my family and visiting friends. The area is very quiet so a restful night's sleep was always had. The beds and sofa were very comfortable.
The seating in the kitchen was not very comfortable as the kitchen chairs had lost their support in the seat and the bar stools are too big and tall for eating at the peninsula island.
Lighting is not great; no task lights so reading was awkward. Ceiling overheads only.
Supplies were plenty and I didn't have to worry about running out of toilet paper or dish soap. There was coffee and filters to get me started until I could shop for myself.
The entire house was immaculate. I would definitely stay again.

This adorable little house was the perfect place for my family to stay while visiting extended family in the bay area. Very comfortable for two adults and two kids.

Clean, roomy with off-street parking. Washer and dryer were very convenient. We didn't use the kitchen, but it seemed well apportioned. Only used one bedroom, and it was very comfortable. Just outside of walking distance to Park Street in Alameda though it was still very convenient by car to dining and shopping. The neighborhood is a little tired, but we felt safe.

This home could not have been more perfect! Everything and more with bathrooms, kitchen items, etc. Perfect day tripping location, parking! We never wanted to leave! Thank you!!

My friends and I enjoyed our stay here. It was just as described and in a quiet neighborhood. The full-sized, fully equipped kitchen met our needs perfectly. Three real beds worked for three adult women. We hope to return again.

Clean
This was a cute, very clean, little house. Everything was as described. There was easy and close access to the waterfront and to Webster St shops and restaurants. It was a convenient base for our weekend wedding in the east bay.

Alameda Trip
This was a great place to stay for our visit to the Bay Area. It was well-appointed, comfortable, clean, and in a great location. We would definitely book again if we planned to be in the area.

Lovely house!
This was a wonderful stay. The house is in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to the Navy base with all its breweries, distilleries and eateries. The house is fully renovated and clean. The kitchen is very well appointed and there are plenty of clean fluffy towels. We have nothing but good things to say and nice memories to keep.

Perfect Alameda Family Vacation
This was a perfect spot for a trip to Alameda for my family. My kids were taking windsurfing lessons at the nearby beach. The house was more spacious than I expected and easily housed our family of four and all our gear. So helpful to have two bathrooms and the twin beds for the kids. Everything was clean and easy to find what we needed.

Clean, beautiful, has everything you need. We brought our own blackout curtains because we knew they wouldnt have dark enough ones. But no one does, that's normal. We would go back again in a heartbeat.

The house was as pictured, spotless, and the appliances topnotch.The beds, for us personally, were a bit too soft, and we'd have appreciated a book explaining how things worked. There may have been a book, but we didn't find one. Again, very impressed with the management and their prompt responses.
