We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was fabulous! We made good use of the kitchen and balcony and Gio was very helpful with anything we needed 😊 highly recommend staying here, great value for money. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Gio was the best host we have ever had which made our stay unforgettable. He provided us the best hints for hidden gems and helped us to discover properly the region. On the top of that the accommodation was very cozy, we had everything what we needed, including a balcony with a wonderful landscape.

The room was very nice and clean, as was the whole house. It had everything you need from kitchen tools to a washing machine, which Gio has offered to use as if it was our home. That leads to Gio who was an exceptional host from the start, directly taking time with us when we arrived to help us out even with question not directly connected to the house or Signaghi. He gave us nice tips for what to do in Signaghi and organized a wine tour for us and helped us with early morning tranaport from Signaghi to Mestia, even calling the bus driver in Tbilissi to make sure everything works for us. We recommend this highly and look forward to returning soon!

Excellent accommodation option, we stayed for a few nights, everything is nearby, the historical center, 10 minutes on foot, everything is nearby and within walking distance, we walked a lot here, a quiet and cozy place, very thoughtfully equipped, everything was just fine.

Nice house just outside Sighnagi, beautiful view over the city and the walls from the balcony. Big rooms, good bathroom, good kitchen and livingroom to use. All modern and clean.

The House is absolutely beautifuly furnitured, the room was comfi and spacious and the balcony was a great place to have a glass of homemade wine from the host Gio, who also had time for a friendly chat. He also told us about some must sees you won't find on the Internet.

Lili was extremely nice to us and made our trip very pleasant for us. She gave us advise about where to go to, which was very helpful. We also really appreciated the information she gave about the country. We advise everyone who stays here to opt for the breakfast as it was the best we had in Georgia. We will definitely stay there again, and will recommend it to everyone.

This is by far the best bed and breakfast we have stayed in, in Georgia. Gio and his mother run this place smoothly. They are extremely helpful and kind. You will not have an ounce of a complaint when you are here. The breakfast is a must try and amazing! The place is well kept, clean and beautiful. If you are in Sighnaghi, this is the place to stay! You will not regret your decision :)

There were stunning views from the balcony, the hosts were great and managed to help us throughout the whole trip. The guesthouse itself was empty when arrived therefore we were able to have it to ourselves making it even more enjoyable.
The breakfast selection lacked a little bit, it was quite light, would recommend bringing some snacks of your own for breakfast or for snacking on, there are not many, if any shops in the area.

The location was feasible to all the nearby sites. Although it was not in main city but city is about 5-7 min walk from this location. The host was really nice and helpful to us. Although our room was booked in the ground floor since it was cold he offered to give us the room on the top floor. He also offered us breakfast although our booking was without breakfast which was really delicious. Overall enjoyed our stay.

Breakfast was amazing. The view from balcony as well! The owners are super nice people, was lovely to meet them! Communication via booking was great, got answers within half an hour.
In the bathroom was a smell that we couldn't get rid of. Because of that we couldn't leave the door open, so the bathroom was always cold.
When showering, the water runs under the shower tray on the floor.

Room is in general was cosy. All utilities were working well, including hot AC. There was a heavy rain and cold weather during our stay for one night, and we were warm enough.
Breakfast was very good, nothing is better than a hot cup of filtered coffee in the morning..
Bed was not quite comfortable, can be enhanced.
