Dieses Haus hat eine tolle Aussicht und ist super nah am Golf! 6 Schlafzimmer mit 1 Kingsize-Suite, 3 Schlafzimmer mit Queensize-Betten, 1 Schlafzimmer mit zwei über Etagenbetten, 1 Schlafzimmer mit zwei über Etagenbetten und einem zwei über Etagenbett mit einem Rollbett und einer Ausziehcouch mit einer Queensize-Matratze. Eines der Queen-Zimmer befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und erfordert einen Zugang von außen. Es ist sehr privat, hat aber ein eigenes Vollbad (siehe Bilder). Die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss kostet extra. Es ist 175 Dollar pro Nacht extra. Allerdings vermiete ich den Raum im Erdgeschoss nicht an verschiedene Gruppen, während Sie dort sind, sodass das Anwesen komplett privat ist. Owner of property was beyond excellent in communication and really helpful in our larger groups needs. The home is in a perfect location a 3 minute walk to the beach. Wonderful backyard pool. We will definitely be back.

We had a very nice time with family. The water was great. The house leaves a few things to be desired but for the price it is a very good deal. We had 8 adults and 6 children ranging in age from 14 to 20 months. We had the apartment as well as the house. It was a full house. There are 5 bedrooms upstairs but only 2 bathrooms which is a little bit inconvenient, but it didn't stop us from enjoying the week. It is an easy walk to the beach.

Well, I've wrestled with what to say, mainly because we all had varying degrees of opinions regarding this property.
I initially thought I'd title this, "If you think you'll need it, bring it!" To say that it was minimally stocked is almost an understatement. Maybe we've been spoiled with other rentals, but we did expect at least a roll of toilet paper to start the week.
Don't list the place to accommodate 19 (we for three days had 18) and only have room for 8 to sit and eat.
Have a few dish washer tablets on hand to start the stay, and have a note saying the dishes in the cabinet won't fit in the washer...too big. Not too fun to find out after the fact!
We also rented the downstairs unit...it was loud since the window unit ran constantly. The bathroom had one stool next to the sink on which to put toiletries, which was quite inconvenient.
Because of the property's situation it was impossible to find shade on either small deck. There was ample shade under the back deck, next to the small pool.
And to say that there are gorgeous views is seriously misleading. The view from the deck was into another's backyard...almost impossible to glimpse the ocean.
Dan seemed like a nice guy when we communicated by phone and text. There was a slight problem with the wifi code, but that was finally resolved.
As I said, this isn't our first VRBO, and maybe this is a better rental for a group of college guys looking for a pad to crash for a few days, but for a larg family, it lacks too much.

We had a wonderful week for our family vacation! There was plenty of room for our whole family. It was just a short walk to the beach and it was not crowded like a big Condo site would be. The pool was an enjoyable change of pace too. We cooked most of our meals there and had everything we needed. Communication was on point. This was our first visit to Pensacola and we will definitely be back!

A BLOCK FROM THE BEACH! We went with 10 adults and 4 kids. This property had ample room, high ceilings, large kitchen and always hot water for showers and laundry. The pool was crystal clear and refreshing. The communication with the property host was unbelievably responsive when I had questions. I know we will be back!

There is truly nothing negative I can say about this beach house or our week vacation there! My entire family had a blast from the moment we walked in. The home comfortably held all of us and we are a big family!! Dan the homeowner was quick to respond to any questions we had or fix any repairs. The private pool and outside shower was the icing on the cake!! I recommend this home 100%

This is an amazing property. Dan is a great host. The house is a little older but it had features that make it special.
Bathrooms Bedrooms Kitchen were great! The house was clean but stuffy and stale when we arrived so If you are staying for a while, open everything up to get air flow, get some air freshener, and change the air filter on the HVAC.

The place was clean(totally doesn’t look like the pictures) place is smaller than it looks like, neighborhood is great and near the beach, overall I would not recommend to book with this property manager “Dan” his online accuracy is not what he says. It’s not correctly placed. TV fell off the wall while the kids were sleeping since it was not placed on the wood. Tried charging for cleaning while you already pay for cleaning service when booking. It says 6 bedrooms had to pay the “separate one” at the bottom since when booking it “I didn’t pay for it” which it doesn’t give you the option on there to put it on or off, so i payed everything in full thinking it was already payed for. Apparently not though i had to pay him through ZELLE for the 6th room they day i got there and he gave me the pin till the next day. If there’s more options, this wouldn’t be my first again.

Our Granddaughters Beach Wedding
Our original plan was to have a beach wedding and then a reception at the beach house. When we arrived late on Thursday PM, the pool was dark, slimy green. We contacted Dan Ball, the pm and he immediately took action. By Friday morning the pool cleaner arrived and by Saturday morning the pool was beautifully refreshed and able to be used. Dan also returned a portion of our price to us since the pool was unusable for a portion of our stay. The sand surrounding the pool looks great for boys who like to dig, but beware , one of our children were cut by a piece of broken glass. Also found in sand are roof nails, metal chards, and many other things that can cut and puncture. We had planned to use the grill, and bought a new propane tank, but the grill lid was not in tact, with the window being broken out. I gave up and found a griddle in the house and made that work and cooked several breakfasts and dinner inside this pretty house. The house is pretty and the beds are clean and comfortable. The shower outside and in are excellent and I heard that the bathtub was quite wonderful and big and relaxing! Dan, the homeowner, was fun to get to know and to deal with and even though our wedding and reception plans had already happened in April, here in our hometown, we went ahead and came to Pensacola beach for our first fam vaca in years, and I'm glad we did. It offered my family time a way, together, and we loved it but were glad we didn't have a reception since the pool and yard area would not have worked for that at all. Also, there is only a tiny beach view from this house due to large homes and a new build that are between the house and the beach. To get to the beach use access 22 instead of 21. Twenty one has too much build trash, stickers, and many obstacles on the path.

Perfect house with a very short walk to the beach. The beach was perfect not crowded at all. The house was great, no major issues. It could have been cleaned better before check in but it wasn't anything terrible. The hall bathroom ended up having a clog in the sink/tub. Dan was super fast to get it fixed though. Overall great experience. Thanks!

Family Vacation
Nice house with a lot of room for all of us to spread out. The room downstairs was an extra bonus, perfect for Papa when he needed some quiet time. The location is perfect if you can't be right on the beach this house is the next best thing. You can still see and hear the ocean and a very short walk to get there. Dan was a super nice host very easy to communicate and work with. If our family ever vacations in Pensacola beach again we would definitely stay at one of his 3 properties.

Great Location, Needs some TLC
Overall the property is nice however, it could definitely use some love. The owner was great to communicate with and was overall quick to respond. Unfortunately when we arrived for checkin the property was not ready and with 6 kids under the age of 6 who had been in a car all day was definitely not ideal. Cleaners had been running behind so we would of appreciated the heads up so we could of planned accordingly. Once we were able to get in the property the clean job was subpar at best. We spent additional time cleaning because we had lots of little kids and ones who also crawl. After we mopped the floors they were pitch black. There was dust on everything in the house. The pool had also not been cleaned and was full of sand. There were also dirty utensils with food still on them in the drawers. Neighbors were very nice and again location was great!

There is so much to say about the pain the butt renting this home but Sorry in a time of a pandemic, feeling like a house you rent is not even been cleaned is sick! With the amount of energy the owner put on me to sign his contract and send the rules of his house and treating it good, he should take his own advice and live in this filthy place for a week. Upon walking in the home it smelled like I’d just flown back into Mexico-musty, moldy, not Fresh.
My husband was the 1st to notice layers of dust on the fans and light fixtures. We had to wipe down fans before we could even turn them on, The “clean” dishes in the cupboard had old food caked on them. We rewashed all dishes and glasses before we could use, Crumbs & dried food in drawers and on cupboards. Yuck!
Hair in bathroom drawers is so seriously gross! Shower still had hair on walls and drain! Sorry super yuck! One toilet still had dried poop under the lid when the guys lifter it to pee.
The owner just wanted to argue all of this from his 2 miles away home instead of showing up to see and make things right! He offered to send his house keepers in but seriously - they need to be fired! Super sad and for this price-so not worth it!

The property was well maintained location was excellent, the customer service awesome, we really enjoyed our time there. We had a big group of 22 and the house was big enough for all of us. The pool was a great size. Does need some landscaping with kids we trying to play in the sand there was a lot sandbur.

This property is a great location just one road off of the beach. My family enjoyed this house very much. The description was accurate as to wear and tear on the property but it was a little more wear than I expected in person. The only other thing I could add is some curtains/black out curtains would be nice for the owner to add or you can just bring a sleeping mask. The sun comes through the blinds very very early in the morning.
Those are the only things I could find to nit pick for this property. The owner was extremely quick to reply when we needed any information and again, the house was good and a great location. We very much enjoyed our stay.
