Loved being on the ground level, easy access to resort amenities. The condo had everything we needed and was perfect for our family. Planning to come back!

It’s a great property. It’s on the first floor next to the main entrance, pool, and coffee shop. The check in process was very simple, the owner was very responsive and I would definitely stay at this property again.

Very enjoyable stay. The room was as described with great views. Onsite gym was great and the restaurant and coffee shop were spot on!

This property is simply the best in Rocky Pointe! This specific unit was great as it was on the bottom floor and right next to Coffee pointe. Hot water wasn't working in the kitchen and maintenance came and fixed it quickly. Could use some more kitchen amenities (there were no cookie sheets or pans for oven) but overall it was a great stay!

The condo is a lovely unit with a massive king bed and one do the few units that also us a bunk room with a twin over full bed that can accommodate kids and still be considered a one bedroom. The unit was ground floor which was lovely for pool and beach access. The fridge did break while we were there but the host got it fixed right away. Kitchen could probably use a few extras since it seems to have been a rental from a bit (measuring cups and spoons would be nice otherwise it was great. Be advised that resort has water restrictions so water is unavailable From 8pm till 8am next morning. The location is unbeatable though and we will def be back.

Great location, staff is always amazing the condo was as described. Cons: As others have mentioned it needs a few updates. The couches and pillows in the living area are smelly, dingy, super dirty and old. They need to be swapped out with something that can be cleaned and wiped down each stay. The patio furniture also needs to be replaced, it’s literally falling apart. Considering the condo is on the ground floor in a high traffic area I’m surprised the HOA/management company allows the furniture to remain outdoors considering it’s condition. Pros: we liked the bunk room. Our friends had the same layout but instead of the bunk room the space was a Murphy bed, we appreciated the “room”. The staff is always amazing and it’s what keeps us coming back! Sometimes our rooms smell like sewage. This room did not which was a plus. I never know if it’s the room or just luck but our did not smell the entire time, it was a huge plus for us.

So the listing was very accurate and beautiful. It was just the right size for my family of 5. I have 3 teenagers and it fit them perfectly. There is a Sam's Club in town so that made it easy to shop and cook a few meals during our stay. They had basic spices and all the cooking and cutlery needed. The Condo was amazing! I will say the property does have many rules! For example children were not allowed to play with pool toys, we could not take our mini cooler with snacks but others were allowed, and you can not play your own music (we just had it quietly playing at our beach chairs). The pricing for meals and drinks at the resort are just the same as a resort in the U.S, so don't expect to save money. We were very happy with the condo and Jaime was helpful! We would stay here again.

The overall experience was okay. Within the condo, the free bunk bed room is ridiculously small. Out of 3 televisions, only one had cable and it was in the main bedroom, not even in the living room for all to enjoy. There are no available streaming services on the televisions. The ceiling fans are set on a particular speed and the remotes don’t work to adjust the speed. The left bathroom sink has zero water that comes from the hot water side of the faucet. There was no basics like dish soap provided and the paper towels and toilet paper were incredibly thin. Bring your own paper supplies. I had to pick up dish washing liquid that I left behind for the next person. Maybe someone else left the paper towels behind for us? I have no idea. Also, the water pressure in the shower is good but the kitchen sink has zero water pressure. It’s so low that it took forever to fill up the sink even part way to wash any dishes. If you plan to cook, bring your own spices and cooking oil. The daily room cleaning was okay. I had to repeatedly ask for replacement towels as they would take existing towels and not replace what they took from the room. The condo also smelled musty. I had to buy a deodorizer to freshen the space. I also noted the living room television stand had legs that appeared to be chewed all all four corners. I would also suggest installing a ceiling fan on the patio to make the area more livable, especially during the hotter months of the year. The condo was clean.

Overall a great place to stay. Amazing views. Great location on the ground floor. Easy to access and parking right in front of condo. But just a couple damage items had to report and a bad kitchen area smell that was fixed by staff. Condo seem a bit outdated compared to others I’ve stayed in Ruby 502 very modern.

Perfect location. Next to the lobby restaurant and coffee shop. Steps from the pool. Clean and comfortable room. Will stay here again.

Right by pool

My husband and I stayed 2 nights for our 22nd Anniversary. The room was lovely, and being on the ground floor made it so easy to explore the area. Beautiful resort and beach. Thank you for a great memory!

The property was beautiful and very well maintained, we truly enjoyed our stay.

This is the first time we have stayed in November and everything turned out great. The weather was fabulous and the room was clean. We love staying on the bottom floor and to be able to just walk out the Arcadia door. The bunk room was nice as it gives those individuals a little privacy and keeps their luggage from being out in the open. Overall great trip.!

We always love Las Paloma’s, but having a ground flour unit is a game changer. It was so easy to bring in our stuff and avoid the elevators. We also loved the location by the reflection pools, away from the main busy pool. The bunk beds were a great option for the 1 bedroom unit. Would def stay here again.

The property was amazing and everything we expected! Made it so easy for access to the pool and beach on the 1st floor especially with little kids! Definitely keeping this listing in mind for our next trip.

The location of this condo is great! We really liked being on the first floor and close to the lobby and small pools. The condo was clean and comfortable and the housekeeping staff was great! I didn't expect housekeeping services since we booked through VRBO, but it was a welcomed bonus. The restaurant on property, Citron, has an outstanding breakfast buffet! The only thing that was unclear to me was the check in procedure. I didn't realize we needed to visit the front desk at the lobby. I think this is the only information that could be more clear on the check in instructions. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay and plan on coming back.
