The house is a perfect set up and super cozy feeling! Only downfall is the WiFi is not good.

The house is absolutely fantastic, fully equipped kitchen. Very clean. Now the not so good. The wifi is horrible, drops off constantly and then you have to log back on, sometimes it's there and sometimes not. The hot tub was a big reason why we rented. But it was in need of some serious help. The temperature of the tub when we arrived was 108°, dangerously hot and couldnot be controlled. No chlorine in the floater and the water was very cloudy.

The house was well kept and beautiful. The location was lovely and the service good. We only wish that the Wifi was better. It kept dropping.

House was big, clean and full of everything you'll need to have a great time. I'd give it a "7" if I could. WiFi and the Vacasa internet portal need attention however. City bear boxes on the property are used for trash and are small. Keep that in mind.....

the location was superb, the home furnishings excellent. the hot tub and space terrific. the only issue was not being able to check in early despite multiple calls - this early checkin system needs better customer service.

This beautiful house is situated next to a national forest, is surrounded by hiking trails and beautiful views, but it is still within a five minute drive of shops and restaurants in South Lake Tahoe. We enjoyed every minute of our stay.

Nice home, but…
First of all, the house itself is nice with lots of space. However, the drive way was a solid sheet of ice, which was dangerous. Due to the driveway being downhill, we couldn’t park cars on the driveway without them getting stuck. Several members of our group had to pay for parking elsewhere due to this. When we called the property manager, they just told us we should have 4WD/AWD (which we did). We then received a call from their “local team” who dropped off ice melt and told us to use shovels to chip away the ice ourselves.
We were also not informed that the hot tub would be unavailable during our stay, so we were surprised to find it completely inaccessible (appearing to be brand new, still in the shipping materials). All in all, nice house, but terrible property management and awful communication.

If you are trying to find a place where you can relax and forget about everything, this house is the right choice. Location, beautiful view from the window, quiet and cozy place.

This property is Gorgeous. It's close to all the attractions in South Lake Tahoe and yet feels very private. It has a very scenic surrounding. House is very beautifully planned and nicely decorated. It's well kept and well stocked and immaculate when we entered. Hot Tub is definitely a plus. It was so thoughtful of the owner to call and check on you during your stay. Which was a nice touch.
Overall we had an amazing experience and very comfortable stay. Will surely come back and recommend this to others.

This property is Gorgeous. It's close to all the attractions in South Lake Tahoe and yet feels very private. It has a very scenic surrounding. House is very beautifully planned and nicely decorated. Great House and Close to South Lake Tahoe Activities
Stayed here in mid July. This is a really nice and well-appointed two story house with master upstairs and two bedrooms downstairs. Although there really is no view of the lake, the back deck is still a very scenic private place to relax in the mornings. It's a little too warm in the afternoon because of the sun exposure. The house has AC...which is a must in the summertime, but we found the upstairs to be warm in late afternoon anyway. Downstairs was always nice and cool. Kitchen comes with just about everything you need, and the family room is super comfortable. Two car parking garage was a big plus! We really liked the place and would sure consider staying here again. Giving it 4 stars instead of 5 stars because of upstairs being a bit too warm in the afternoon (and into the evening) and no view of the lake, but this is not a deal breaker. I would recommend this place and would stay here again.

Great family getaway
The house was bigger and nicer than we even expected and was a perfect getaway for us to all spend time together as family. Wish we could have used the hot tub but we will be back and hopefully the Covid situation is under control and we can take advantage. The grill was a great thing to have and we used it to make a great dinner! Very nice and really comfortable.

Perfect home in perfect location
We loved this house from the moment we stepped inside! The absolute cleanest property we have stayed in. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook up meals every day. The outdoor fire pit was perfect for our end of the day s’mores. Close to trails we biked and hiked on several days. Can’t wait to return!

A gem of a retreat !
This home was all that we expected and more. Our family of four (2 adults, 6yo and 1yo) had a very comfortable stay. We arrived at a very clean house that had everything needed for a laid-back vacation. Grill on the gorgeous deck was clean and functional with spare propane tanks. A propane firepit was a hit during cool summer evenings and for s'mores night. Kitchen has all the kitchen gadgets and pots/pans/cutlery/variety of glasswares that you would ever need. Pantry had assortments of spices etc. Comfy beds, clean bathrooms, fast internet and lots of entertainment options (boardgames, streaming services etc). You can't go wrong with this listing.
I wanted to dock a star because we were told only at the time of check-in that we wouldn't be able to use hot tub (allegedly due to covid-19) which was a bummer since hot tub was one of the main reasons I chose this over other similar places. Listing on vacasa didn't mention this fact. We were promised $25/day refund for this inconvenience which is professional on their part.
Oh, one evening we saw a bear stroll by through the adjacent property in the back ! Little ones were very excited to see this unexpected neighbor !

Confusing
The place is nice. I liked it. Clean and next to nature. Critical note: signs everywhere informing us of rules and consequences AND not one note on how anything works. Hot tub took two days to get it to heat up. Tv had 3-4 remotes without instructions. Upstairs was warm but no downstairs thermostat and freezing. We did end up with everything working. I just wonder if management cares Enough to right out a book of instructions.

The Perfect Christmas
This gorgeous home offers comfort and quality with plenty of space for gathering yet private bedroom locations. The view out the back was like a Winter Wonderland. Just beautiful.

Thanksgiving Stay
We just stayed with our adult son for Thanksgiving week and found the house to be absolutely lovely and exactly as pictured. The home was immaculate and very well appointed. We had a little trouble getting the hot tub to work at first, but Vacasa responded quickly and after a little follow-up, dispatched the maintenance guy to check it out, on Thanksgiving Day. Mani the maintenance guy, was very efficient and personable. He went out of his way to make sure that we were well taken care of and had everything that we needed. It snowed pretty heavily, while we were in Tahoe and Mani made sure the driveway was plowed and kept the driveway and walkway as free of snow as possible. All in all, our stay in this home, was everything we had hoped a week in Tahoe would be. We were cozy by the fire, enjoyed use of the hot tub and were able to prepare and enjoy a wonderful Thanksgiving meal. We would LOVE to rent this home again next year!

Great Tahoe home
One of the best homes we've stayed at. Vacasa's customer service always great. The hot tub is nice and big. We also used the grill and the fire pit. Just amazing. Only thing is we encountered a few spiders in the house, which may be annoying to some people.

Fantastic view, privacy, multiple jet hot tub, spacious master bedroom , very nice equipped kitchen, comfortable living room, wii game downstairs, all added to our wonderful stay! We even added an extra night. Only suggestion I would make, take electric heaters out of bedroom closets downstairs & get them going, otherwise quite chilly downstairs. Also wear robe or coverup to stand in front of fireplace, as front door is glass that can be seen through. I will definitely stay there again!

Amazing location!
Awesome house with all the amenities. Master is upstairs with a great 2 bedroom (studio like) space downstairs. Garage fits two cars very comfortably and how can you beat the hot tub on the patio?

This cabin is perfect! Awesome location close to everything but private. Walked up the street to hiking trails galore and watched the sunset. Deck and Hot Tub a definite plus. Kitchen well stocked and spacious. Clean and the Vacasa staff was helpful and quick to respond. Would stay here again for sure.
