We had such an amazing stay at this beautiful home! The house was spacious, well-stocked, and so comfortable. The area is beautiful and very safe, and the house was spotless upon arrival. Roger and Vicki made themselves available to reach, which was great to know during our stay. We enjoyed the pool and spa so much and it was not too far to drive to the beach and other attractions. We would definitely recommend staying here, we hope to be back in the future! 5-star stay!

This property was wonderful! We all felt very much so at home here! The house was very clean, comfortable, and came with everything we could have needed! Being close to the beach was very nice, but also just being able to relax pool side was great for the kids! We had such a wonderful time, we cannot wait to come back!

This is a beautiful home! It is very clean and well supplied. The host was very attentive and stopped by to show us some of the pool controls. It was wonderful to have our own private pool for the week! The neighborhood is nice and I enjoyed taking a morning walk to the marina each day. I hope we can return soon!

The house was comfortable with a nice pool. We didn’t get to use pool because of our schedule. We had to buy toilet paper and paper towels after being there 3 days so I would’ve liked to have had extra of those items or at least enough for a 7 day stay. The owners were prompt in responding to messages. Overall, I would stay there again.

Bowe Villa was everything a family needs for a relaxing, family vacation. The home was immaculate and provides everything you and your family will need during your stay. We enjoyed the swimming pool and spa daily. The neighborhood is quiet and everyone was very friendly. We enjoyed many bike rides. The location allows you to be far enough from crowds but close enough to great beaches and tons of activities. Had a great time and can't wait to come back.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property, my family and I have been coming to this area since I was a preteen now almost 30, we really appreciate finding a nice home that we can spend our time enjoying the beautiful beaches with our family and disconnect from everything we leave back home. This was just the place to do that, everything was very nice and clean, Vickie and Roger were really easy to get ahold of if needed and answered promptly. We definitely will be back as we are every year, thanks again for the awesome stay.

We absolutely loved our stay at Bowe Villa. It was the perfect home away from home! It's a beautiful and quiet neighborhood and we enjoyed relaxing by the pool after a day at the beach. We would definitely recommend and look forward to staying at the Villa again!

Fantastic property! Great family getaway place worked great for our family - myself and my husband as well as our daughter and her family which included a 5 year old, 3 year old and 1 year old. The floor plan worked great for 2 families - the master bedroom with bathroom is on one end of the house and on the opposite side are the other two guest bedrooms and bathroom. Owners were always very responsive and helpful to our questions. The home is very comfortable and spacious, had everything we needed. Spent majority of our time on the spacious lanai and pool area, kiddos loved it and we used the pool toys that were available in the garage. We went to the local Cape Coral beach almost every day because it was so close and very family friendly and only 5 minutes away . It had clear shallow water, nice swim beach, bathrooms, playground and the kiddos just want to go back there. Our only critique would be the master bedroom mattress was not very comfortable and would recommend replacing it. Would definitely recommend this property to others and would love to come back here some day. Thanks to the owners for making our family getaway so enjoyable!

I just finished up the most fun week at Bowe Villa with my four sisters and it could not have been more perfect! All the wonderful amenities and small touches were amazing, we literally had everything we needed there! Plenty of room, comfy beds, well-equipped kitchen, beautiful lanai with a nice heated pool and lots of seating. You can tell the owners really want their guests to feel welcome and comfortable. And the place was spotless! Well done, Bowe Villa!!

Great communications prior to arrival. Upon entering, everything was as pictured and amazingly clean. We spent a great deal of our time on the lanai and in the pool. It was very nice. Pool was well kept and heated to perfection. The beds were comfy, kitchen well stocked. We really cannot complain about one single thing and hope to return another time.

Our stay was a dream. It felt like home. We were able to work and do school as well as relax and have a lot of fun. We swam in the pool and explored several area beaches. The home itself was spacious, welcoming, well cared for, and exactly what we needed. The space was just as pictured but better. Our kids had such a wonderful time swimming in the pool. It was dream come true for them to have their own private pool-lol. The Bowes were so gracious and friendly. They were quick to help and answer questions. This property offers everything you could need or want in a vacation home. It is centrally located to fantastic restaurants, 30 minutes to the beaches, and grocery delivery right to the front door. Roger and Vicki know how to make their guests feel welcome. They anticipated everything you would need to make your stay comfortable. It was raining so hard the day of our arrival and to be able to back right into the garage and unload was such a blessing. I love how they provided pool floats and toys. We left a few extra for the next guests!! Thank you Roger and Vicki for making our first stay in Cape Coral a lasting memory. We taught our 4 year old to swim this week and celebrated our other sons 8th birthday. These memories are because of Villa Bowe! Book with Roger and Vicki, you will not be disappointed!!!!

Spent a week in Cape Coral and enjoyed it fully. Specifically at the house we swam everyday which was great for the little kids. House had everything we needed and more. Had a fantastic trip! Will book again!

Our experience was AMAZING! The owners anticipated all of my families needs and went above and beyond all of our expectations. The area is quiet, the pictures match perfectly and the communication was 100% customer service even through Tropical Storm Elsa. I can’t wait to book the same property again.

Very happy with this property, clean, quiet, great pool for the kids. Close to all necessary amwnities, short half hour drove over to Sanibel/Captiva. Plenty to do in Cape Coral as well. The price was very reasonable. A small issue occurred and the property owners were RIGHT ON TOP OF IT. Very communicative and pleasant. Highly recommended!

A fantastic vacation with family following a long year of isolation. Even though we all had vaccines, we stayed mostly on sight an enjoyed the great pool and cookout area. Sight was very clean and well equipped. Host was accessible and helpful!

I've taken the last few days to unbury my car from a huge snow storm that happened while we were here sitting pool side enjoying the covered lanai and heated pool. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by a beautiful airy, clean, and fresh home for the week. We immediately fell in love with everything about this house. It was nice to stop by the house before going shopping as there were a few things in the kitchen that others had left that we didn't need to get! We had an internet outage while we were there but Roger quickly came to the rescue to get us back online while comcast figured out the issue. My daughter was doing eLearning while we were there so internet was a must! My boyfriend caught a bunch of puffer fish off a pier with the fishing pole provided in the garage, and we left some extra hooks and gloves for the next guest too! I cannot recommend this property or it's owners any more. There was not a single thing we didn't like about our experience.

Loved the house and the location. Very clean, well maintained home with all the necessities. Roger is great at communicating and accommodating. Awesome location with walking distance to Cape Harbour Marina and village. Thank You for such a wonderful stay.
