This is a great home for a family or group. The backyard has endless amenities, heated pool, jacuzzi, putting green, games like darts and cornhole, a large table for dinner and more. It's very clean and in a great location with lots of restaurants and hiking options nearby. Dean is great with communication and readily available via phone, text, or email if you need him. As an added bonus, this house was well stocked with toiletries and the kitchen was stocked with pantry items and condiments. We had a very enjoyable stay here!

Great homeowner greeted us with cocktails at arrival. He made changes to the house to accommodate my wife’s disability. He cleaned pool every three days. He communicated well and often, but was never intrusive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We booked the property for our 20 year anniversary boys weekend golf trip. Dean greeted us with his world-famous prickly pear margs and made sure we knew where everything was located. Great cozy layout with upgraded everything and super clean. Can't wait to come back next year!

Dean was great and property was as advertised. Clean, comfortable bed rooms. Kids loved the game room , pool and hot tub. Only knock was the check in process, I’ve never had the owner present and it took a bit longer than expected. Appreciate the pool system walk thru, all good, just different. 5 minute ride to old town and highway.

Dean and Megan are the best. The house is so well-appointed, with everything you need and more. Great location with an easy 5 min drive to old town. Dean was so accommodating the whole time - we felt safe and so well taken care of! The beds are absolutely some of the most comfortable beds we’ve slept in - one girl is legit ordering one for herself she liked it so much. Pool is awesome, hot tub heats up on command, yard is perfect for bags & putting contests. Thank you Dean and Megan - we will be back!

The house is beautiful. What made our vacation so much more was the amazing support and wonderful communication from property manager, Dean. He went over and above to provide my friends and I with a terrific stay. Dean went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed and more. I will look to use them again for all of my AZ vacations.

The property had great amenities including a pool, putting green, and games for the whole family to enjoy. The kitchen had all the tools needed to be at home while away and cook for everyone. We enjoyed the visit and would stay again.

Had a bachelorette party of 8 girls this weekend. Great place to stay. Dean was awesome! The listing says walking distance to old town, but it most definitely is not. About $12 Uber ride so not bad. Nice, quiet, clean and had everything we need. I would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend.

Well appointed property, pictures portray it perfectly. Has everything we needed, fun game room, outstanding outdoor space! Dean was the perfect host and very responsive! Would rent again for sure. This rental would also be a great family getaway. Close to old town.

From the initial booking through check-out, Dean and Megan were very responsive and great hosts. Dean greeted us at check-in for a brief walk-through while sipping on the freshly-made house specialty margaritas (awesome way kick off the weekend). The property comfortably fit my group of 7, the amenities were great, and you can't beat the location (close to the airport, golf, and Old Town). The check-out process was a breeze as well. If I ever go back to Scottsdale with a group, I'll be staying here again for sure!

My 12-person co-ed bachelorette group enjoyed this property for a 4 day, 3 night trip. The house was super clean and wonderfully functional for a bachelorette trip like ours. The pool was definitely the highlight of our stay! So many fun amenities and extra little touches to really make one's stay special! Dean, the host, was incredibly accommodating and great at communicating, even amongst a frightening family emergency. He is an absolute delight and a wonderful host! I'm not sure if the group right before us broke the air conditioning unit in the game room, but it was not functioning properly during our stay...we planned to sleep 4 women in that room and they ended up sharing beds in the main house/sleeping on the couch in the living room where there was STELLAR central AC. Dean offered a lot of advice to fix it and offered to come by and work on it as well. The hose to the unit was cracked in multiple places and after trying to sleep in that room one night, the girls didn't trust the unit even if it was tinkered with. If you have a group as large as ours in the heart of an AZ summer, keep that in mind! Otherwise, we absolutely loved our stay and we'd come back in a heartbeat!!

A group of 5 of us visited this property in July. The pictures are exactly what the property is, which is a testament to the service that is provided by Dean and Meghan. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would come back again! We came for a short girls weekend and enjoyed the pool and the location to Old Town (quick Uber ride). The house has everything that you would need. The Hosts respond quickly to texts and provide clear/concise answers (for example when asking where to put the umbrella for the pool). Definitely a great place to stay for a girls weekend or family trip. Thanks again Dean and Meghan for the great hospitality and to the attention you give your guests and your property.

This property is wonderful! Clean and beautiful bathroom, kitchen, sitting areas inside and outside! It is a gorgeous property, and every inch of the house was clean and ready for us to enjoy the weekend in. Dean is a wonderful host - communicative, friendly, prompt, and made our stay so wonderful! He was there for any question we had and his home was such a fantastic place to stay in with friends! He welcomed us into his home and made sure we had a comfortable and happy stay. We had fun cooking in the kitchen, lounging in the wonderful yard and pool, and slept great in all the beds. I recommend this beautiful property to everyone! It was such a great place to hang out, relax and have fun! Dean is a wonderful property manager and this gorgeous house is just lovely!

We stayed at Dean and Megan’s property for a girls trip and couldn’t have loved the house more! The beds were very comfortable, and no amenity was overlooked. Dean greeted us with welcome margaritas (yum!), and walked us around the property to make sure we knew where everything was. The home was spacious and clean, and had everything we needed and more for our 3 night stay. We had 11 girls, and didn’t feel overcrowded in the space at all. The location was great access to everywhere we wanted to go (~5 min drive). Overall, our stay at Rancho Canzona was top notch and I would absolutely book this property again in the future. Thank you Dean and Megan for your kind hospitality and your attention to detail!

Place was amazing, very good location with plenty of things to do. Owners were kind and very helpful through out our stay.

We stayed for a family wedding! We were 10 minutes from most activities. The house was amazing and the hosts were available to requests. They went out of their way to bring us toys for our grandson, margaritas to welcome us to AZ The beds were comfortable. We had plenty of room to socialize and get work done too. We would recommend this place and look forward to staying here again!

This house has everything you will need for your stay. It was well stocked with kitchen and bathroom necessities. The owners are very nice and available should you need them. The only suggestion I have is for the pool instructions be in the house handbook.

This home is beautiful and we had a wonderful time here. The house is immaculate, Dean was very responsive, he even went out and bought us a new cornhole game because the last set was broken. The welcome margaritas were a nice start to our stay! We have 4 kids and we had plenty of space, the pool and hot tub are amazing! We would love to come back and stay here again💜

We had a fantastic time during our short stay in Scottsdale, and this home and its host, Dean, were a large part of the reason why! The pool, hot tub, putting green, numerous game tables, great beds, plush towels, well-stocked kitchen, and prickly pear margaritas upon arrival made this stay rank at the top of our Vrbo rentals over many years. Dean went above and beyond to help make our stay a great one. We enjoyed breakfast at Butters so much that we went there both mornings! Scottsdale was the "relaxing" segment of our trip, and CanaZona was the perfect place to do just that! Our only regret is that we didn't stay longer!

We came down to Scottsdale for a bachelor party with 12 guys. Place was clean and the pictures that are on the website does not do it justice. Dean is a great guy and would do anything to help if there was ever a problem. Highly recommend this place and lots to do in the backyard/games room on this property. 10/10 recommendation

We were very happy with our stay. It was clean, spacious and the backyard (pool, hot tub, tv, fire pit and more) was a big hit with the whole family. Communication with the property manager was great, and the location was ideal. We’ll definitely stay here again when we visit Scottsdale in the future.

From the comfy mattresses to the plush towels to the condiments in the kitchen, Dean thinks of everything and is the perfect host. We loved our time at Canazona. The pool, spa, putting green, air hockey table were all put to good use. This house is everything any family would need. And the location in Scottsdale is very near to the airport, golf courses, hiking and other attractions. Definitely recommend!
