The property is great and SUPER clean! Luciano the host is super nice, and takes care of many details for an excellent stay.

Everything was exceptional, I do not have enough words to praise this place. The conditions were great - quality and comfort -, cleaning was done every day, the garden is exquisite, the area is quiet, so you can sleep like a baby. But more than anything, I want to extend our gratitude to the host, Signor Luciano, who is without doubt the best host I've encountered in more than 10 years of travelling. He gave us a tour of the place when arriving, was always available for communication, helped us with every little thing we asked (even if he didn't have to) and was always extremely pleasant to interract with. The entire place is amazing, but him being there makes it just perfect. Thank you for a wonderful stay, one of the most memorable for sure!

Luciano is one of the kindest people I've met. He went out of his way to help us when we faced challenges due to personal reasons, and made sure that we are having a fantastic vacation! The garden view was great and, in the evening, perfect for drinking a glass of wine under the full moon. Breakfast was everything we needed, and Luciano even added our preferences. We're not coffee drinkers, but his cappuccino was delicious and a great way to start the day! The restaurant nearby makes the best pizza we've ever had, and I must thank Luciano for the recommendation. Location-wise, this is a great and quiet spot from which you can quickly get around the Southern part of the island (by car). There is a bus stop very close to the accommodation, if you're not travelling by car. If you are coming with a car, there's a big private parking on premises. The room was clean, and daily cleaned. We took the smaller room, and it was certainly bigger than in the photos (good surprise!). The bed was big and comfortable, and our sleep went undisturbed. The bathroom was also very modern and spacious. We loved everything about our stay. Thank you, Luciano!
