The house was perfect! It was clean, nice location, and we enjoyed all the amenities (pool, hot tub, kayaks, boat dock, game room, BBQ grill, etc.). Our only complaint was that the neighbors played loud music a few nights. Regardless of that we had a great stay! We would definitely come back :)

We loved our stay. The house had everything you could possibly need to enjoy an incredible and relaxing time in Marathon. We used the boat dock which comfortably fit our 26ft boat, and enjoyed the scenic route to the Atlantic. It’s only a 10-15 minute ride at low speeds. The kids spent the time we weren’t on the boat either fishing at the dock or swimming. We’re definitely coming back! The hosts were great as well!

This was an absolutely beautiful place. The pool and hot tub were so fun and clean. The entertainment downstairs was great for kids. Plenty of beach toys and close to sombrero beach which was beautiful. We saw two manatees!! My 9 year old caught so many cool fish off the dock with the poles at the home. Close enough for a drive to spend the day in key west. Home was clean and the beds were sooo comfortable. Will definitely come again. Such an amazing week.

The house is amazing! Spending time at the house was one of the best parts of our vacation - we did a ton of fishing off the dock, kayaked, swam in the pool (too hot for the hot tub while we were there), enjoyed our morning coffee on the deck, and reading on the hammock. We explored the Keys and went to Key West for the day. We hope to return!

Absolutely loved our time at coco plum paradise! Went to the keys to elope and honeymoon and this was the perfect spot. The backyard is amazing, the master bed was so comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked (tea kettle, rice cooker, griddle etc). The location is great if you want to get out and about and there’s plenty to do on the property if you don’t! Only got to use the kayaks once due to the wind but the area was great for kayaking. Thank you so much for sharing your amazing slice of paradise.

What a fantastic house and location for our 2024 Spring Break Adventure! We chose this house not only for its location and access to all of The Keys, but also for the amenities that were provided! Everything was perfect for days of lounging by the pool, kayaking with Manatees in the bay, or simply hanging out playing ping pong or watching movies downstairs. Kitchen was fully appointed with everything you would need to cook your own dinner (even good sharp knives)! The beds were comfy, as well as, the living room! Great location to explore The Keys as we did several day trips to explore the area! Owners were very responsive to any requests and checked in to make sure everything was on point. I can’t say enough good things about our rental experience and our trip! It was one for the memory bank and I know our family will remember this trip forever!

Wonderful as usual and a great way to escape the cold this time of year. Owners always friendly and helpful but the house has everything needed for a peaceful escape so you really shouldn't need a thing. It was just a little cooler this year so the heated pool was a great plus as we used it at least once a day.

Like being at your own private resort! House is beautiful and everything is clean and seems like brand new. Very quiet and close to the beach and great restaurants. Boat rentals right down the street and you have your own dock and use of their two kayaks, fishing poles, and even a loaded tackle box. Great view over the water and of the sunrise.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with beautiful views and lots to do at the house. It was very clean and the windows for viewing were spotless. We loved watching the wildlife and the beautiful sunrises. Having the two kayaks at the unit was a real plus. Twice we took them out and both times we came across a manatee family. This was a fabulous getaway from the cold north.

This place was very clean. We had all the amenities we needed for cooking and drinks. It’s so tastefully decorated but not overdone. If you wanted to relax with a book there was many to choose from for everyone. Between the pool and hot tub we were very relaxed. Close to shopping and restaurants. The hosts are very accommodating if we had any questions. Would definitely stay again!

Heated pool in November (the bomb) hot tub and outdoor shower is the aquatic trilogy of pleasure 👍thank you for sharing Greg and Lori. We will be booking again. This was a second stay at this home from 10/21 to 10/28 and it was a wonderful week. The home is high on our list of favorites from VRBO, maybe at the very top. The setting is private and quiet. The amenities both inside and outside are really fantastic for people visiting. We will be looking to booking our next visit.

Record breaking heat, but with that backyard oasis it beat the heat. At times I felt like I was in the tropics with the beautiful palm tree giving me shade. The house was great and had everything we needed. Great location in Marathon and an easy drive to Key West. Not crazy about the people living on the boats a few yards down, but otherwise wonderful! This was our first time visiting the Keys, and our family of 5 had the best week at Coco Plum Paradise! We have 3 children (ages 8, 6, and 1), and this property was perfect. Exactly as described in listing…even better actually! The inside is spacious, clean, and the beds are super comfy. The outside is just amazing. We lived outside by the pool. I was up early most mornings with the baby and got to see some amazing sunrises from the porch! In Marathon, we ate at Island Fish Company, Burdines, Sunset Grille, and Sparky’s Landing. All were great! The coffee at Curly’s is really good (and they have a drive thru). Kids had a blast at the Turtle Hospital. We got up early one morning and spent the day in Key West, which I highly recommend! So much fun and not a bad drive at all! Our favorites in KW were the Hemingway House and Butterfly Conservatory. We also did a snorkeling excursion in Islamadora that was amazing. Saw more fish than we did when snorkeling in Jamaica. Even got to swim with nurse sharks! So many memories made. We can’t wait to come back. Coco Plum Paradise is perfection, and Lori and Greg are wonderful to work with!

We have been staying at Greg and Lori’s Coco Plum Paradise for a few years now with our kids. Our kids are now 19 and 21 and have fond memories of the quality time shared each time we come here. Although empty nesters now, the kids won’t miss an opportunity to come on this vacation!
The house is well equipped and offers a space for everyone. We love playing ping pong downstairs (family tournaments can be a thing) and we enjoy kayaking in the bay area in front of the house. We rent a boat every time from Tropical Boat Rentals. It’s nice to be able to dock the boat at the property. You walk out to the dock, go boating for the day, come back to jump in the pool and grill a nice dinner….it really is paradise!

Love this house and would definitely go back! It was like our own little piece of paradise for the week, quiet and relaxing. The owners have thought of everything down to extra outlets, magnifying mirror, binoculars, floats, fishing poles and lots of other things! We were greeted with a nice welcome basket and card for our anniversary. Loved sitting and looking at the beautiful water and boats. We were surprised to be greeted by roosters but learned that is normal in the Keys! We used a noise machine so they wouldn't wake us up. Haha. Only have good things to say!

This house was the perfect spot for our family of 4 to get some sun and make some memories. Between swimming, going in the hot tub, fishing, kayaking, and play games, we didn’t have to leave the house for entertainment. It was wonderful to watch the sunrise and drink our morning coffee. My kids loved fishing and were very successful. We were lucky enough to see a manatee and a few dolphins swim by. The house was very clean and comfortable, and was equipped with everything we needed and more.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The property was beautiful and well cared for. We really enjoyed having the pool, the hot tub and the backyard to hang out in! We love our time in Marathon and this house was a great home base for our vacation week. The kayaks were another bonus, we had to rent a couple more to have everybody included in our group, but it was nice to be able to do a family paddle through the mangroves and to the Atlantic!

Great house for spring break. Fishing every day form the dock. I think the boys caught 40 fish over the week. Everything we needed in a house. Pool, hot tub, and hammock were well used! Lori and Greg were great and super responsive. Would high recommend 30 Coco plum.!!! .
