Diese vier Schlafzimmer, zwei Bäder Hause ist nur zwei Straßen von Rio Del Mar Beach in Aptos entfernt. Das Haus wurde komplett umgebaut. I could not have been happier with this property. It is correctly advertised regarding how close it is to the beach. The walk to the beach was easy. There is also a cute bakery on the way to the beach. We would walk to the bakery for coffee early in the morning and then take a pleasant walk down the beach. The house is perfect for what we needed. We never felt cramped or on top of each other. The property owner communicated with us regularly when we had any questions. I would absolutely stay here again!

Our family had a wonderful time at this home. It was a very short walk to the beach. The home had just about everything we would ever need. I spoke personally with the owner and was reassured about the check in - which went very smoothly.

They had me at their rainbow hued champagne stopper! I summerize the home as unpretensious and very well appointed. A wagon full of beach toys, boogie boards, and chairs. And outside shower to get the sand off.

Great location with plenty of natural lighting. Kitchen is wonderful for preparing family meals. Plenty of items for kids including beach toys (we brought our own, though), high chair, pack n play, and kids utensils. King bed upstairs is very firm and hard to sleep on; it could use a memory foam pad to make it comfortable. Floors had not been mopped so the baby was quickly dirty, crawling. Would recommend having a single set of bath towels for each bathroom to make the stay easier.

Great spot for a family beach trip
Location was terrific as it provided an easy walk to the beach. House and rooms were spacious and clean. Kitchen had everything we needed and Aptos offered plenty of great choices for dining. Great spot to escape to for a weekend or longer!

This place is great. It’s in a perfect location if you’re looking for easy beach access.
We liked the set up with rooms downstairs and a master upstairs w the kitchen in case you have an early riser. There was great access to Netflix for the teens and there were some classic DVDs that were fun to watch. Overall, our family enjoyed our stay. Thanks!

Great Beach Location
This is a very comfortable place to stay with 4 adults and 3 kids. We had a wedding to attend in the area and then spent a day at the beach and a day at the Boardwalk. The living areas are upstairs, but that wasn't a problem. We ended up doing only light cooking, but there's a fully stocked kitchen. It's super fun to walk 5 min to the beach.

Weekend get away!
Had a great time spending Mothers Day weekend at this property! The house was very clean and had a fully equipped kitchen with everything needed for cooking and cleaning up. Great location was a very short walk to the beach! Kirk and Diana were quick to respond and very informative. Can't wait to visit again!

You can't see the beach from the house, but you can hear it and feel it in the air! Amazing long walks along the beach, and convenient access to some restaurants and a small market.

Great location with lots of amenities!
This house has a great location to the beach with a lot of beach chairs, activities, and toys for kids. We were able to just pack the essentials and enjoy our weekend. Diana is very responsive before and during our stay to answer any questions and ensure the property was ready for us.

Great Home Close to the Beach
Had a great time at this property! It is literally just 2 blocks from the beach. So if you plan to spend a lot of time at the beach, this is the ideal location. Kitchen and family room are centrally located upstairs. Everything was great and the property is within a short drive to many restaurants and shops. Only drawback was that the beds were just ok and we had to bring our own towels and pillows due to COVID.

Nice Beach House in Great Location
The property was perfect for our two families. The location couldn't be beat - two blocks from a great local beach. Diana was quick to respond to any questions and was really great in helping us get some clothes back that were accidentally left in the closet! We will definitely return to this property.

Great Aptos beach house
We've been going to Aptos for 28 years as a family. This house is in a great location, there is privacy and room for lots of people-(we had ourselves, three adult children and one partner with us) and the kitchen is well equipped. We had brought our own beach gear,but didn't need to-the owner has boogie boards, a sand wagon, beach chairs and an umbrella ready to go. Owner's are very easy to reach and gracious. Will be back- a great choice for families.

Aptos Stay
Our stay was more than wonderful, the beach was not far from reach and the weather was perfect. It was great to come to a house that had a shower outside and two showers inside; perfect for a big family covered in wet sand. Not only was the house convenient, it was also easy to navigate through and cozy to be in. This is a great place to bring your family for a weekend and a good place to come back to.

We enjoyed a great week in a very comfortable home. The kitchen is well stocked with room for several cooks as we prepared our Thanksgiving meal. The bedrooms are quiet and comfortable. The beach decor is calming and restful.
The walk to and from the beach is easy and the neighborhood is quiet. The owners are very accommodating and are quick to respond. Great family time for all.

Exceeded expectations - tastefully decorated and upgraded, remodeled and well themed, nicely maintained property within a very short walk to the beach. Floor layout worked perfectly for us - best place we have ever stayed at in Aptos (we have stayed in Aptos every year for 10 years).

It was a very nice place to stay. Little harder on older people to walk up and down stairs to kitchen living room. Would have like to see the ocean from balcony but was very close to walk to beach. Very nice property.

Clean, great location, kid amenities
We loved our stay in Aptos! The beach was a flat easy walk, even for a 2 and 4 year old. Having a nice beach wagon and toys (and high chair and pack n play) saved us a lot of space packing, and all the toys were new and exciting. The owners were very responsive when we were there and gracious in letting us check in a little early. There were a lot of breakable decorations, but they were easily moved above little hands. The other downside was the table wasnt big enough for all of us to sit at, but there isnt really space for a bigger table. The only other issue we had was ants getting in our food and backpacks at night, but the owner was going to call an exterminator the day we left (after hearing from us there was a problem). We would definitely stay here again, we enjoyed the proximity to Santa Cruz and Capitola with the quieter streets and beaches of Aptos. It was nice to walk past the cars circling the beach parking lot and not have to deal with that! The house was very clean, kitchen was well stocked, and the owners answered every question before we came and after we were there within a few hours.

Perfect for our family vacation!
This house was absolutely perfect! Quiet neighborhood. Short walk to the beach. Lots of games and puzzles. A wagon full of sand toys! They even had a high chair and a playpen so we didn’t have to pack ours!

Very close to the beach, with plenty of room for everyone. Everything you need for a good beach vacation, chairs, toys, umbrellas, etc. Lots of games in the house for family get togethers. Balcony a nice place for morning coffee.
