Area was beautiful, help were excellent. Had a wonderful time

Our first time staying at this resort and we loved it! Friendly staff and beautiful clean facilities

Servers were nice but clearly not trained well at all. Sophomoric at best. Had to call and order room cleaning the night before. This resort is a 5 star wannabe with 3 star service and ammenities.

It was so peaceful

Our stay was a challenge and work. Our room gradually started getting ants and on the 2nd evening of our stay we requested for house keeping services and reported the ant issue. House keeping informed us that they would report to maintenance because that was not their area but they knew that department very well. On the 3rd evening of our stay house keeping serviced our room but only beds were made. Counters and vanities were not cleaned, room was not vacuumed and mirrors were not wiped and bed sheets were not changed and more ants were visible all over counter tops, stove, and master bedroom bath room. Toilet sink and floor. 3rd and 4th morning also power outage distrusted sleeping due to medical device that is needed to sleep. It shut down and kept me up. 8/15 we were at pool area, we went to sit down and asked couple near us if anyone was sitting in the area where we were going to place our belongings. They said no but told us we should have a bracelet on. When we arrived we were not given any bracelets to be in the pool area. We explained to the couple that we had been here since last Saturday. The couple saw a security guard called him over to report people in the pool area without wristbands. The security guard immediately went to guests sitting in the pool area to question them, then went back to the couple to tell them that they checked everyone and if they were fine with the outcome. The couple said yes. There is more to this issue but limited space.

The hotel was located in a great location just south of Santa Cruz and right on a private beach.

I can't say enough good things about the Seascape! Our trip was fabulous from check in to check out. We arrived a few hours early and were able to check in early and enjoy the resort ammenities. The beach is fabulous! The hot tubs/pools are lovely and very clean. This place is huge so there is a lot to see and explore. Next year I will stay longer. The weather was glorious. I love the morning fog because you get a chance to walk around on the pathways and sneak in an early morning soak or swim. The ocean view suite was immaculate. As a former house and hotel cleaner I can tell you I look at everything when I check into a hotel/resort. Especially floors, baseboards, tubs ect. The housekeeping staff did not miss a thing. The front desk staff was extremely helpful and kind. I arrived on a Friday and was pleasantly surprised by the free wine in the lobby. The concierge was a lovely woman who just exudes joy and hospitality. We dined at their restaurant, Saunderlings on Friday. The poke and calamari were fabulous and did not dissapoint!

Would come back! Loved this for our anniversary!

The location and the grounds are beautiful. It was very family and pet friendly and there was so much to do without ever leaving the resort

This property is so beautiful. Every staff member we crossed paths with was friendly and greeted us with a smile. We will be back many the end of the month.

Easy parking, clean, beautiful ocean views.

The place offered amazing ocean views! Location was perfect. The villa had everything we needed. My only “complaint” would be the balconies…we spent lots of time sitting, bbq’ing and we noticed lots of spider webs. I think it was just an oversight, because the rest of the place was immaculate.

The appartment was very nice inside however the outside of the rooms were very dirty, spider webs EVERYWHERE, and just poorly kept. The restaurant looked beautiful online but in person looked like a Dennys or a retirement homes dining area. We canceled our reservation after seeing it. I would expect a place like that to have a restaurant with decent tables, decent ambiance, and good food.

The views the amenities the location and the hospitality was great ! This one of our go to’s going forward.

Great couple of days. The property looked newly painted and in very good shape

I have stayed at this resort many times in the past. With a great experience. This time was disappointing. First there was pizza crust in the fold out couch bed? Was it even cleaned? The beds were lumpy. And very uncomfortable. There was an old chip bag tucked in the couch cushions. The Restaurant on property had 2 of the 8 entrees available for dinner at 5:30 pm. They were out of everything! I was impressed by the extra security on property.I have been bringing my family to this resort for over 10 years. I am sad for the money spent i dont know if we would come back?

Property very nice. Room was nice but bathroom needs updating. Fireplace didnt work which was disappointing after sitting outside for dinner. Needed some warmth! All in all good experience.

This was our first time staying at Seascape. Very family friendly place. The beach felt a little far to walk with littles, but it is a short golf cart ride. I would highly recommend paying the extra $ to do a personal bonfire. We thoroughly enjoyed that experience.

This Hotel was Ok. It looked nicer from the Advertisement than when you arrived there. The Rooms were comfortable but the outside of the Buildings could have been cleaner. The Staff was very Nice. The location was Nice but not worth the Cost of staying there.

First, this is a gorgeous resort. Right on the beach, pools in every pocket. A full kitchen with multiple sofa beds and rooms is perfect for a family like ours with so many kids. Unfortunately our room had a complete ant infestation. I’m talking hundreds if not thousands. Everywhere. Bathrooms, kitchen, bedrooms, crawling on you suddenly… I alerted the hotel and they were apologetic about it and gave us a complimentary bonfire which was great and gave them another star for that. But I remain pretty disgusted.

We had a 2 bedroom with patio. Kids loved it. Easy beach access, delicious restaurant, comfortable swimming pools, even a little grocery market across the street. Great service, this will be our summer family spot from now on 😊

The restaurant was excellent!

Room was ok, both the shower and the toilet broke while we were there - they fixed them both reasonably promptly. Restaurant has decent food but is very slow. For the money we expected a lot more. Beach is nice.
