We all really enjoyed our stay. Great location right on the beautiful beach. Walking distance to most amenities. Beds were very comfortable. The only downside was the elevator was out of service on the morning of our departure. We were on the 13th floor. Lots of luggage to carry down that many flights.

Enjoyed our third time at Long Beach Resort. Alway look for walk in shower and recliners. So comfortable. Bed comfortable and the view of the ocean, beach and the sunsets were enjoyable. Easy to work with Bill. Having a list of his condos is a keep! Hope to visit PCB again and stay at LBR.

The property is exactly how it is listed pics in all! Loved! looking out the windows of the gulf from the bedroom. It was amazing! The water views are magnificent! This property is good I would rent it again it just need some small tweaks and it would be perfecto! I reached out to the property manager about concerns and he responded immediately! Absolutely loved the views!

We had the best week! It was our second year in PCB for our yearly vacation, and this definitely topped last years stay as far as a condo goes!
Most importantly It was clean!
It had everything you could possibly need as far as cooking goes!

Pool was super nice being the ocean was a bit rough. It was nice having 3, made things a little less crowded.
The only problem we had had was with the dryer, it would only run for maybe five minutes no matter what setting you put it on, so it took quite a while to dry one load of clothes.
Other than that minor thing everything seemed to be great! We will definitely be back!

This property has the most amazing views of the water. We even saw dolphins from our balcony while drinking coffee! The unit is located close to the pool and outdoor snack bar. The condo could use a little updating but still a wonderful place to stay. We had great weather and s great stay. Wish we could stay indefinitely.

We have stayed at this resort for 10+ years. This condo is one of our top favorites. It was very clean and well stocked with all items needed. It was updated with nice furniture, a very nice master shower and no carpet (yay!) The owner was kind and very good at communicating all the information. We will definitely book again in the future!

The condo was beautiful with nice furniture and decoration. The layout was nice and the condo was very spacious. The cleaning crew could do a slightly better job it was a little dusty and the washing machine was a front load and it was a little gross. But over all it was a great stay and I would definitely take my family back to this condo.

My family stayed at this condo the third week in March. The views were outstanding, with a full ocean view from both bedrooms and the living room/kitchen. It was nice to have a gated community with all of the spring breakers in the area. We always felt safe and had to provide a pass every time we entered the parking facility. Parking was in a lot right outside of our building. A few beach stores were across the street which was convenient for souvenir shopping. Some restaurants were within walking distance. The white sand and teal ocean water reminded me of Cancun! Three pools and hot tubs were available. Two of the pools were heated. It was never terribly busy around the pool which was nice. The pool bar had delicious food and great service and everyone was extremely friendly. The grounds are immaculately kept. Our property manager immediately responded to any questions or concerns and was very helpful. I highly recommend this condo and unit. We will be back!

Great Vacation
Everything was clean. Easy parking. No long waits for elevators. A short elevator ride and a few steps and we were right on the beach. Pool was nice, staff friendly. We got there a little early, called the property manager who checked with cleaning staff and gave us the good news that we could go on in. Security very friendly. Close proximity to shopping and restaurants. Nice relaxing vacation. Weather was hit and miss but we still enjoyed our stay. Definitely would go back and recommend to others!

We really enjoyed our stay at Long Beach. Great location, beach front with beach view from both bedrooms, living room and kitchen. We do plan on returning in October 2022. However, this condo could use a few upgrades.

Great condo but experienced problems
The day we arrived both elevators stopped working. We only had to climb and come down 13 flights of stairs twice. I called the condo owner who reached out to security and we were told they were aware of the issue and were working to fix the problem.
Then 4 days into our stay the refrigerator/freezer in our condo stopped working. Prior to it not working it only made a very small amount of ice. I contacted the owner who asked me to shut it off. He said he would reach out to his service man. A short while later the owner told me he had to leave a message for the repair man. However, I never heard back from anyone. We had to go the rest of our stay without a refrigerator. Unfortunately, I lost quite a bit of food that I purchased for the week. This was very frustrating.

What a beautiful condo.
Had a wonderful week in Panama city beach. The weather was a little chilly so we didn't swim but the view from the balcony was breathtaking. We had a small problem when we arrived but Bill the manager had it fixed in less than an hour. Would love to go back soon. Mary

Building has a couple of very nice pools and the beach is lovely. Great wifi and tv service as well.One major downside is that almost no-one wears masks in the building and several people tried to get on the elevator with me without wearing masks at a time when COVID-19 is surging in the country and in Bay County. I ended up taking the stairs because of the risk. There is a sign asking people to wear masks but there is absolutely no enforcement. My parents are immunocompromised and this was a major source of stress for them.However, the condo itself is very nice and the views are incredible. With better COVID-19 precautions, I would highly recommend this place but given the behavior of people staying in the building, I can only cautiously recommend.

Needs Improvements
The location is the best thing about this condo. The views were amazing. Really great! However, the condo itself needs a lot of work. The photos actually make the condo look better than it is. This is certainly not the worst place we’ve ever stayed but it was disappointing. The layout of the condo is great but the Kitchen and bathrooms need to be fully updated. The furniture on the balcony is rusted and falling apart. Still, we had a great time and would stay again if the updates were made.

Get away from gray sky's
This condo is beautiful! What you see in the pictures is what you get. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots/pans, silverware, utensils, etc. Three large flat screen TV's with plenty of channels and comfortable furniture to watch from. The location was perfect and the view of the beach and ocean was fantastic. Bill Pedersen, the property owner, was great to work with prior to and during our stay. For example, we arrived in Panama City Beach about 3 hours before check in but a call to Bill was all it took for security on the gate to let us in early - much appreciated after about a 5 hour drive. Would highly recommend this property.
