This beautiful nice and comfy condo is even more beautiful than described! I have stayed a few times at The Marbella Condominiums because of its location, close to SJU airport and most importantly close to all types of restaurants. This particular condo has everything you need; from beach towels, beach chairs, a cooler, pots, pans, utensils, kitchen towels, bath towels, washcloths, hand soap in the bathroom and toilet paper and dish soap in the kitchen and paper towels. We arrived an hour earlier than check-in time (4PM) and when we went up to the condo the person cleaning was right outside cleaning the door and said she was almost finished but we decided to go get something to eat. Sonia called me and apologized for not reiterating that check-in was at 4pm. Which was not necessary since it was an oversight on my end. Later on when we arrived the condo smelled absolutely lovey, fresh and clean. The bedroom is quite large and in my opinion there is plenty of room for a king size bed and even a TV. My mom slept in the bedroom and I slept in the living room on the futon. Both the bed and the futon were extremely comfortable. The actual bedsheets are so soft too. Communication with Sonia was top notch! The condo has a minimum stay of 6 nights. We only needed a 5 night stay and Sonia was kind enough to make that happen for us. Looking forward to returning.

Cozy describes it! Nothing over the top fancy, but is perfect for a getaway! Clean, well kept, amazing view, and steps away from the awesome beach! Provided by host was everything you need for a day on the beach! Ubers are always close and ready to pick you up. Host is awesome with communication if any need arises; which is doubtful. Check-in and check-out both super easy. Less than 10 minutes drive to the airport was a plus! Would definitely stay again! From Husker Nation....we'll see ya next time Puerto Rico!!

The view and the balcony are the gem of this unit. Centrally located with plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops within walking distance. Communication with the host was excellent. The unit is small and the interior is dated. Can hear noise from the beach at night from late night reveling, but ear plugs from Walgreens across the street solved that. All in all a decent place to stay.

We booked this place to enjoy our Honeymoon, this place Did Not Disappoint. It has Amazing views of a beautiful beach in which they maintain and sweep the beach of trash almost every morning. From sunrise to sunsets, this place has it all..!! Walking distance to local restaurants and uber available within minutes if needed. We would definitely love to book this place on our next visit. 10 out of 10..

The apartment was very clean and very well maintained. The view has to be one of the best balcony views in Isla Verde. We lived in Isla Verde a long time ago and frequently visit since we moved to the States. This apartment is the best overall apartment we have stayed at. We will definitely be back.

The view from the balcony is amazing! Could sit there all day! Everything you need from beach towels, ice chest and beach chairs for a day at the beach.
We stayed 6 nights and due to the heat was taking 2 showers a day so wish there were more towels. We didn’t want to worry about doing laundry on vacation.
Location is excellent! Located right across from 2 24 hour restaurants which came in handy because all other places close early! Right across from Walgreens and a few Souvenir shops. Walking distance to many restaurants, casinos, shopping.
The VRBO host checked in right away to see how things were going. The free Sangria was a nice gesture also!

We had an amazing trip! The condo was exactly as shown. Very clean, welcoming with the most beautiful view! Sonia and Felix were great hosts and easy to work with. Check in was a breeze with no issues. Anything you need is right across the street opposite of beach side. We walked everywhere and felt totally safe. A short Uber ride to old San Juan is a must. We will definitely be back and stay here again.

This was a great experience from the very start. I started by asking questions before booking and Sonja was so responsive, like within the hour or less. She was so happy to answer any questions. Once i decided to book the process was so easy and she still stayed in contact the whole time. So not only are the owners amazing to deal with. The apartment is exactly what the listing says it is. And i was impressed with how clean it was. Even the balcony is clean. If you are like me researching all the different options listed in the same location, stop looking and choose this one! Its located on the higher floors and in the building that sits closer to the ocean. The balcony is big and I love to wake up and drink coffee while looking at the ocean. This is the perfect spot to sit without the sun beaming down, there is a nice spot covered and shaded. Its the perfect balcony.
She provides everything you need for your beach days. Towels, goggles, chairs, coolers and a few little toys. We stayed on the go alot so we bought some smaller beach towls that fit easy in our bookbag for travel. But the ones she provides are huge and perfect for lazy days at the beach.
If you are looking for a place to stay look no further. Sonja is amazing and so is the apartment. Oh and there is so much food and things all around. Its the perfect location! So stop your search and choose this apartment. We had the perfect honeymoon there for 10 days!

Great place for my husband and I to stay and explore Puerto Rico. Never got tired of the view of the beautiful water and beach from the deck. Nice pool area as well. Very well stocked kitchen as well as beach chairs,coolers, towels. Great location within walking distance of many restaurants with grocery stores also close by. Hosts were very responsive and friendly. Texted during stay to see how things were going or if we had any questions.

This was a wonderful property - we had consistent, clear, and helpful communication from our hosts. The location on the beach can’t be beat, with easy transportation options to Old San Juan and wonderful restaurant and bar options within easy walking distance.
The views over the ocean were amazing all day - nothing like starting off the morning with a sunrise coffee.
Definitely recommend this place for a quiet getaway!

We repeatedly stay here because it is always very clean, updated and well accommodated. We had an issue with the kitchen light burning out and it was an L.E.D fixture so it wasn't a bulb replacement, the whole fixture needed to be replaced. I texted Sonia and Felix as an FYI so as to maybe have it repaired before the next renters as we could have coped with it and we had immediate communications and by the time we got back from the beach it was replaced. Very nice and responsive people!

Location, location, location!!!! excellent stay couldn’t ask for a better place between the million dollar view and communication with the host. I had an awesome vacation. 10 minutes from the airport no car necessary everything within walking distance. Thank you again hope to see you soon.

Had an amazing time in this unit. Amazing views, comfortable accommodations. Am willing to give this a five star recommendation to anyone who would consider renting this unit. If there is one drawback about my vacation, it’s the car rental situation. Rent your car from any package that you have do not rent a car on the island. Cost me $600 for three days to rent a car that I only used for two days and I could not get a refund from the company. Other than the car rental situation again This place is an amazing place to spend a week or more.

Excellent location, with a view north, which means you don’t get baked by the sun when you want to sit on the balcony, but when you want to get sun, you are only a few feet away from a wonderful beach, perhaps the best in Puerto Rico.

Overall it was a very pleasant experience.

The beach location, and a pool, were great. The unit was clean, the owners friendly and very responsive. The building staff were very friendly.
It was walking distance to restaurants, Walgreen/CVS, expressway, etc... and included an underground parking spot. There were a few spices in the cabinet and 1 roll of toilet/paper towels. There is a welcome book with suggestions for eating, activities, etc.
They provide a few seated beach chairs as well. You can rent a beach umbrella for $10 on the beach. And another $4 ea for reclining chairs.
Even better if:
The unit can accommodate 3 with the futon. Therefore there should be 3 sets of beach towels and pool towels. Also, I recommend spending another $30-50 and proving two sets of towels for each guest. After 2-3 days the towels were stale smelling (need to use better laundry detergent & Downey). Yes, there is a laundry room on the ground floor, but no one wants to take time from their day to wash towels.
Last, I like the small beach chairs, 3 reclining chairs would be even better!

We really enjoyed the week we stayed at this property. The location is great, right on the beach and within walking distance of restaurants. Great view from the balcony and fully equipped kitchen made for an enjoyable stay. Everything was very clean and check in/out was quick and easy. Thanks!

The location was great-just 10 min from the airport, but also located on a beautiful beach so we could relax in the sun or grab a bite to eat across the street. The room was furnished with beach towels & a little cooler that came in handy for our day trips to nearby beaches. Overall- this was a great home base for our adventures across the island. Property owners were very responsive and communicated everything we needed to know ahead of time. Highly recommend!

The condo was very clean, right on the beach with a pool also. The deck overlooking the beach was a nice way to enjoy the evening or early mornings. Great restaurants right on the beach within a short walk. Easy check in and easy to communicate with owner. We thoroughly enjoyed our stayed!

My husband and I very much enjoyed our stay in Isla Verde Beach. The condo was a central location and walking distance to many delicious restaurants. The condo was comfortable, and words cannot describe the view! Hearing the waves crash on the beach on the patio is so relaxing. Sonia was very helpful and easy to work with during the booking, upon arrival, and answered any questions we had. An amazing trip and look forward to coming back again for another visit very soon.

We enjoyed staying in this condo. The ocean view from the balcony was beautiful. There were many great restaurants in the area. We visited Old San Juan, the rain forest, and a couple other beaches. We hope to visit Puerto Rico again soon.

Lovely place to stay right on the beach! Swam in the morning at the pool and afternoon in the ocean! Friendly guys on the beach sets you up with chairs for the day and pretty sunsets at night from the balcony! Clean and stocked well with everything you need for a very nice relaxing stay. Peers were prompt with communication needed. Thank you Felix and Sonia! Never communicated with property manager but security was great and made you feel safe! Day trip to Old San Juan worth it! Very quaint.

OMG! This was the most amazing place. The view is breathtaking from the moment we opened the door and saw the turquoise water. Best location for food and any supplies you needed. The condo is exactly as the pictures portray. We will be coming back as we loved the culture and the people!

This is a great property. Amazing view, great beach which is very clean and not too busy for April. The pool is also a decent size and open until 10pm, where some of the hotels close earlier.
We didn't even need to turn the airconditioning on the whole time due to the lovely ocean breeze. If you leave all the windows open, it is so close you can be lulled to sleep by the waves. Cute apartment which is clean, safe and under 24 hour security.
The area is great, as you are right on the stip with a lot of restaurant options, some even 24 hours.
Sonia was amazing keeping in touch and providing answers to questions very quickly, and an amazing seamless check in process. She even left us some welcome drinks, very nice touches. They have even take then time to put a folder together with all the information you need on history, area, where to go, food menus etc.
There isn't a thing you really need to bring, becasue they have provided it all!
If we ever come back to PR, we would certainly book here again!

Incredible place! They have EVERYTHING you need, including beach chairs, coolers, and plenty of extra linens and towels.
You cannot beat the beachfront location—we spent so much time relaxing on our balcony overlooking the ocean. And you’re just steps from the beach, so making trips back and forth from the room is no problem. We went in April and the beach was never too crowded, so it was super peaceful and relaxing.
In addition to being on the beach, you’re just a 15 minute drive away from Old San Juan, which is a must-stop while in Puerto Rico.
Just make sure to fully read the check-in instructions prior to getting there. We had a little trouble understanding where to go to get our keys and the security guard didn’t speak a ton of English, so it was a little confusing.
Can’t say enough good things about our trip! We’ll be back!
