From the moment we walked in the condo I knew I wanted to stay longer! The condo was not only beautiful but very spacious too. We had such a great time being able to wander downtown or to the local grocery store all within minutes of our location. I can't wait to come back again!

This was our 2nd time staying at Festhalle Condo and we LOVE it! It is super clean, well cared for, well stocked, and right at the edge of the shopping area. It's so close to restaurants and shops that we parked in the garage and then walked everywhere! I highly recommend this condo for a stay in Leavenworth!

Family from out of state wanted to visit Leavenworth as they have never been. What a treat for them as well for us. The condo was better than expected. Loved the location, could walk everywhere in town. Especially loved the Christmas tree as we stayed right after Christmas. The unit was stocked with everything and beds were comfortable, and quite at night. I would highly recommend this unit and will definitely stay here again. Thank you Ron for sharing your lovely place.

Beautiful condo within walking distance to town. Well appointed kitchen with all the amenities. Decorated for Christmas, which we loved! The only disappointment is my partner's aunt likes to retire to her room before bed to watch TV, however, it didn't work at all (no cable).

The condo was perfectly located by all the fun of downtown Leavenworth. It was comfortable, clean and well stocked with necessities. Working with the owner was easy. We had an enjoyable stay and so pleased with this rental.

This is the second time we have stay here (we were here for a bridge tournament at the other Festhalle across the street from this condo). Lovely property--great beds, great shower, and the kitchen is a dream to cook in. Strongly recommend this property to everyone.

This was our second stay at this super nice condo at one end of Front St in Leavenworth. Updated furnishings throughout, complete with everything you would want for a pleasant and comfy stay. Host was very responsive and amiable. Mid October is a great time to catch the fall colors.

This was so easy to find and getting in through the electronic lock was easy with directions. This home has everything you need for 4 folks to get away from it all and enjoy some nature and German fare. Very clean and neat. The two patios were off much benefit for we hung out there most of the first night. Needs were very comfortable and the bathrooms were big. Thanks for everything!!

We had a lovely stay at this condo. It's located in the heart of town, so you didn't need to drive anywhere while exploring the heart of Leavenworth.
The apartment was spacious, with more than enough room for us to relax and enjoy.
The beds were comfortable, we got great sleep during our visit.
We would come back again and bring our two children, as there is so much room to spread out and not feel crowded.

We absolutely love Ron’s condo! This was our fourth or fifth stay… easy to lose track when it’s an annual tradition!
The condo is clean with a well equipped kitchen and nicely decorated. It just has that home feel that you look for when you travel. Can’t wait to stay again next summer. :)

My family and I stayed in the Festhalle Condo for a long weekend while in Leavenworth to celebrate my son's wedding. We were delighted with the spaciousness, cleanliness, and convenient location of the condo, and it was well-appointed and had everything we needed. The arrival and departure instructions were clear, and Ron was responsive and helpful when we had questions. We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was amazing and having a garage was a huge bonus. The only down side was having to haul our luggage from the garage up the two flights of stairs. Having two balconies was great, the beds were comfortable, and it had a real homey feel. Great place and so close to town.

Love being so close to Festhalle it helps so much running back and forth. The only complaint we heard from all who came to visit was the parking and how expensive it is and how the hotels are getting out of control with rates. We hope something is done for some of them so more can attend.

Beautiful place in the downtown area of Leavenworth. The condo is within walking distance of the shops and restaurants. There is also a trail close-by to walk along the river. I would definitely recommend staying here. You will love it as we did!

We stayed in Leavenworth recently to do some hiking and go to the Joni Mitchell Brandi Carlisle concert at the Gorge. Beautiful countryside and the most perfect little town to call home base. This property is spotless and in a terrific location. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Went to a couple great local restaurants. Watershed, a short walk away and Mana, which was literally down the street. So fun eating at Mana and finding out that Brandi and her wife had just eaten there a week before. Thank you for offering such great accommodations for our visit to Leavenworth and the PNW!!! A definite return stay if we are back in the area!!!

Wow, what a condo. I knew it was nice by seeing the photographs but the in person stay blew us away. You should most definitely stay here. Very comfortable. Outstanding location with a spectacular view. We loved it.

This is the second year my wife and I have visited this rental because of its great location, great amenities, and wonderful overall experience. We would highly recommend staying here, and will likely do so again in the future! You can't beat the easy walk to the main strip, and easy proximity to breweries and restaurants, all while staying in a top notch rental.

We are return visitors to this lovely downtown Leavenworth condo and we love it! Will continue to rebook when we visit. Condo is very clean and comfortable, and downtown Leavenworth is a very short walk away. The private garage is a very nice feature. Very comfortable for a family of four - two adults and two kids under 8 yrs old.

First of all, this property was one of the best VRBOs we have ever stayed in. It was very close to the downtown shops and restaurants. It was clean, comfortable beds, beautiful mountain views, well-stocked kitchen. Ron was very responsive when we had an issue, immediately got back to us and helped us fix our issue. The private garage was a nice touch for parking. I would highly recommend!
