The location, view and condo were absolutely wonderful. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else on my next trip, except here!

It was within a couple of blocks of anything you might want or need and the designated parking was very convenient and appreciated. I lost track of how much time I spent just watching the ferries load and unload out the window from the chairs in the living room. It was so relaxing. They provided everything you could possibly need for an enjoyable stay. Everytime I thought , I wish they had a specific item, I would find it in the condo. The only thing I found they didn’t have was a pizza cutter. I definitely would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The property was clean and fully equipped with everything we could have needed during our stay. Appreciate the ease of making the reservation and all of the follow-up with directions, instructions, etc. And we LOVED the view. Just amazing. And wonderfully relaxing. The only thing that I wish I'd have brought to someone's attention was the light outside the Hermosa Mexican Kitchen & Bar, which was right outside our bedroom window. It was shining VERY brightly each night (perhaps even overnight, not sure), and even with the window coverings, it was bothersome. I did not mention it because I thought it might have been a one-night thing (someone perhaps forgot to turn it off?), but it continued each night. And the restaurant and bar were not open at the time when the light was on. Perhaps this can be addressed if it is still happening, for the comfort of future guests.

The property is very nice and has all you need for your stay. The pictures show it just as it is. The view is great and can watch all the activity on the water. Location is good and can walk to the waterfront, all downtown restaurants and shopping. Would highly recommend and would stay here again.

The coffee shop directly under the condo gets real busy with ferry passengers starting at 6:30 and you can hear everything.

GREAT LOCATION. We walked everywhere in town. Lovely rooms. Great kitchen. Great view of the harbor. The stairs were the one negative. We are all over 70 with bad knees. The blow up bed would be better for kids or young people. But it worked, and we were expecting both. We had a kitchen sink leak and the owners responded quickly! Kudos to them.

This was a wonderful stay. The accommodations were spacious, quiet, well-appointed, perfectly clean, and could not have been in a more convenient location. It was the ideal place to end a 2-week tour of the Pacific Northwest.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The High Seas unit was wonderful. I was there with a friend and my daughters, and there was plenty of room for 4. It was ready early so we were able to check in before 4. The unit was exceptionally clean and spacious. The furnishings, towels, and bedding were tasteful, there were working blinds on all windows (not always the case in rentals), and we were able to open the windows and get a nice cross-breeze going. The bed, the couch, and the air mattress were all very comfortable. The view was amazing. The deck you see in the photos is a bar next door, but it adds to the vacation atmosphere and they shut down early at night, so minimal noise issues. You do hear some ferry noise but it is an amazingly quiet process! My only two complaints are minor, but I hope management will address them for future renters. First, the method of getting the shower to work is not intuitive at all. I don’t expect them to replumb the shower. However, they need better instructions. Right now there is a tiny brown sticker, under the bath faucet and almost impossible to read, that says “pull down for shower.” Pull what down? Each of us spent 10 minutes in there trying to figure it out. I won’t describe the actual process here but I will say a small laminated card with a better description, along with maybe a photo of the faucet with a hand or an arrow of some sort, would be super helpful. Second, the glassware was disappointing. There was a menagerie of different glasses and I had to go through several before I found two without lip marks on the rim. Perhaps the cleaning team needs to prewash the glasses before loading into the dishwasher.

The property was immaculate and very clean, we could not have been more comfortable. The location could not have been better. The coffee shop downstairs was more noisy than I would have preferred at 7 am every morning.

But management was very accommodating and found another unit for us and it was perfect! We loved being right in town, loved the view, and will definitely want to come again!

Nice place & very convenient access. As others have stated a bit noisy but its the price you pay to be centrally located. The manager was VERY friendly & communicative. Only negative I had was the air conditioning wasn't working but we were supplied fans very quickly

This apartment had everything we needed and the location was perfect!! No problems at all. The great view and walking to restaurants were awesome. Easy parking also.
