There was 12 of us over 60 so the elevator was very handy. The house was very nice and clean. The kitchen was well stocked with all kinds of pots and pans.Beds were comfortable. Each room has its own control for AC and heat and we loved that.Pool was super nice.Easy access to the beach from the pool area.Only down side is there are a lot of steps since the house is built on pillars but I would still stay here again. We loved it and had a wonderful times with good friends.

Our group was very impressed with the rental. It was clean and very well stocked. We loved the view and proximity to the Ocean. And appreciateda quiet neighborhood. It was very helpful to have access to the elevator. One person in our group needed that.One complaint my husband and I have is the mattress in the master bedroom on main floor. The mattress was very uncomfortable- there was a “topper “ on the mattress that had no support! We both had problems with that.

Getting to stay anywhere on the beach is awesome, and this house is great. The kitchen is 5 start and the layout of rooms is nice. This is situated behind 2 gulf front properties and has a view between them. Stayed during a cold October week, and the pool never warmed because it was shaded by nearby houses, and what we thought would be a jacuzzi is not heated. Overall great!

A suggestion would be for the description of the house to reflect there are 3 bedrooms with ensuites on the Main level and 2 Bedrooms with ensuites with an attached Bunkroom which shares a Bathroom. This worked perfectly for us! Enjoyed having food and entertainment within walking distance while enjoying privacy at the house. Can't say enough about the access to the beautiful beach!

Family Birthday Celebration

We rented this place for our dad's 70th birthday qnd couldn't have been more pleased. The closeness to the beach, the private pool, the quiet area but closeness to all things fun. It was all well worth the price paid. The only complaint was no TV in the kids bunk area but otherwise a perfect rental for us

You sign a lot of waivers with your rental contract but no one I know would sign a waiver giving up health and safety of their family. We had to eat in a lot because of our large family. So the question I would ask these owners what’s more important the $10,000 a week rental fee or the health and safety of my family. We did have fun. I thought I might consider staying here again but truly my impression of the owners was so negative , I’ll pass. I’m sure you will have fun if you stay here butthink about what happened to my family,

We've stayed at Ariola 204 for the past several years and absolutely love this place. We had a problem with the dishwasher and the AC but the property management had both fixed pronto! Our only "wish" for a more enjoyable stay would be new mattresses as in all rooms (even with the mattress toppers) the beds trench.

Large area around the pool with plenty of chairs and covered shade area. Kitchen is well stocked with anything you would need to cook with and plenty of dinning space inside and out. This was the nicest house my family has rented. All interior amenities were very updated with top of the line kitchen appliances. Location was ideal being close to places to eat and with very close walkout beach access to an almost private beach.
