We are a group of 4 families who annually end summer with a trip to Havasu. This was out first time at this location and it was loves by all. Perfect location, set up and floorplan. It was nice to enjoy the pool the first night and later after a day on the lake.

The property was good for a large gathering of people. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, with lots space for lounging. The pool was great and made our stay so much better especially since the temps were over 100. It has a large kitchen for cooking and the pantry was great for added storage.
I would have like to see the back yard taken care of a bit more. Many lights were not working and the area around the outdoor seating looked like it hadn't been swept or vacuumed in quite some time. We arrived with the dishwasher not working (no notice) which created a ton of extra work to wash dishes for 12 people. The ceiling intake fans need to be cleaned, especially the one over the bed and upstairs couch. I would stay here again, but would like to see a bit more attention to detail on the cleaning.

We had an amazing time and the house was perfect for all of us. Our sons and friends loved the backyard access to the open area to mountain bike and at night we turned off all the lights and watched the stars…simply breathtaking. Also 2 minutes drive to the grocery was a huge bonus…thank you for sharing our home, we made great memories:)

The property was very nice. It had everything I needed and had plenty of space for a group. It was a short drive to the boat ramps, grocery store and gas station. There was lots of parking for cars and boats, and in a nice neighborhood. I’d love to stay again! Thank you!

Great family retreat
Overall, a perfect house for extended family to gather. Bedrooms provide privacy and each couple/family their own space; living room, downstairs room and outdoor spaces provide plenty of room for family time. Only inconvenience is the pool was not heated as it was too cold. Owners were great though and let us use pool at different property nearby. Just FYI if heated pool is a must in colder season.

Excellent property! Close to the action with lots of space
Great vacation property that is well kept and close to everything. The home has plenty of rooms/bathrooms for multiple families/guests. The pool is refreshing, the backyard is nicely laid out and the BBQ works well. Plenty of parking on driveway and street. The neighborhood is quiet and the home backs up to a mountain range with beautiful scenic landscape. House was fully stocked and was a great place to rest, relax and regroup before spending time on the lake.

Amazing property- doesn’t disappoint
We stayed here for my husband’s birthday with a small group of family and a couple friends. It was amazing! The house was clean, the kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed and the house was beautiful. The guests loved the feel and we had a great time. There was so much room for everyone to be in one place at once and not be piled on top of each other. I will definitely stay here again if I’m in the area!

Awesome home, perfect for a large group getaway!
Renting this home was great because the process was smooth & easy. Fast response to multiple questions & inquiries I had leading up to the weekend. Great location, close to the grocery store and the River. Highly recommend for large groups, spacious and a lot of seating inside & outside around the pool. I would definitely staying again in the future if the home is available.

We enjoyed staying here, the overall condition of the home is good. Parking for boats isnt that good, and the neighbor complains to the local police... Just an FYI, but wasnt a problem once we moved our boat around... Police were very nice...

Very good for large groups
pots and pans , baking supplies left much to be desired. There were no trash bags. Previous renters left trash can full and it smelled really bad. The layout and cleaniness made up for those minor details and I would rent this home again.

Great retreat with awesome views!
Very spacious and beautiful home with wonderful views with access to walking trails right out the back gate! Home had everything you needed big stocked kitchen, nice swimming pool with outdoor sitting area with TV. Jennifer was very accommodating and quick to respond with any questions we had. Would definitely consider renting this home again.
