Very nice property. Well furnished and nice to have extra towels, etc for amenities (pool, hot tubs). Great communication from property management company. Checked everyday to see if we needed anything. Highly recommend!!

Overall, great place to stay. Comfortable and quiet with great amenities and the community center with the hot tubs and pool is right across the parking lot so it's very convenient. Only drawback is the three stair climb to the unit but for us that was a minor thing.

We like the Mountainside condo for its central location in Frisco. It provided plenty of space for our group. The three flights up to the condo are the biggest challenge.

This condo was exactly as we expected. It is well-furnished and had everything we needed on our ski trip. The complex is large but quiet, and we loved exploring Main Street in Frisco. The only thing that wasn’t great (but that was out of the owner’s control) is that there are only four washers/dryers for the entire complex.

We had a great time. The property owners were great and there for us at every turn and provided what we needed. The property was great with the hot tubs and community house. Frisco is a great spot. Everything is easy. We had a great time and would go right back again.

Space for a lot of people. We only had 4 people so there was plenty of room. We went snowboarding at Keystone, Beaver Creek, and Vail. The condo was less than a hour away from all of these resorts. The hot tubs were great for relaxing the muscles after a long day of riding. The only issue I had was that the bed sheets were not too clean in the master bedroom. There were some particles and a lot of hair all over the sheets. I change the sheets with the ones that were in the closet. Other than that it was a great stay. I'm definitely coming back to the area next year.

This unit had many great features such as proximity to hiking trails and town, number of rooms and bathrooms. The clubhouse was close by and had many great amenities including a heated pool and several hot tubs. I found the kitchen and living space small for the number of people we had (6 adults and 1 toddler). Really, we couldn't all fit in there comfortably at the same time. Also, as noted in past reviews, the unit was a bit outdated and the stairs were taxing even for someone coming from 7000+ elevation. Just a few things to keep in mind if you're thinking of booking. The check-in process and management were really great and communicated well.

We were overall very pleased with the property. It was clean, linens and beds met our needs very well. Kitchen is galley and a little small, but efficient. We loved the view out the back deck and the cool, non-humid, mountain air!! The 3 flights of stairs were killers in the mountain air, but we got good exercise!!

10 minute walk or easy bike ride to Main street. There wasn't really room in the parking garage to secure our bikes as the racks are full of owners dusty loaners.. The stairs add up very quickly which would be a problem for some. The pool key was missing and the random remotes for the random TV's were spread throughout the place. We were able to use the main TV only. The grill propane was empty, but was refilled and cleaned within 24 hours notification. The main bike trail runs right behind the condo which is awesome for morning runs/rides/hikes... I would have no problem staying here again...

Great location with access to bike path and mountain view
The property was great... Close to the bike path, mountain view instead of town view, quiet, and the pool/hot tubs looked like they were recently remodeled. Our family didn't experience any issues. If you have an infant or small child, be aware the railing posts/stiles all around the property (balcony and walkways) are spaced very wide... not that children should be crawling in those areas though. Just something to be mindful of.

We spent a week at this great condo. It had everything we needed and we enjoy the stay. A few minor changes, like new bedding and shower curtain liners would make this condo even better than it already is.

Good weekend condo in Frisco
A good condo to stay at that was in relative close proximity for skiing at Breck. Very close to the Frisco cute downtown. Condo was perfect for 4 adults and 2 teen boys, very clean. The only negative was having to pick up keys (that didn’t work anyways) when there was a lockbox on door with working key.

Great Ski Base
With two bedrooms, and a loft with two twin beds, this unit worked great as a ski base for my family. Overall great condition and clean. A noted a few minor maintenance issues that hopefully will be addressed before the next guests (broken dishwasher drawer, and missing smoke detector).

Great location
Overall we are pleased with the stay. The location to downtown and the hiking trails is a plus. Communication with SMR was easy and fast. The check in and check out process was easy as well. My only negative was the cleanliness. Lost of dust, dirt and hair. We swept the kitchen when we got there, but still dust packed in the vent fans and dust and hair on the walls in the bathroom. Just needs a deep clean. Didn’t use the dishes or oven, but it was there if we needed it. Pool and hot tubs were great, the kids loved it. Laundry area was usually busy, but was handy to have. I would look here to possibly stay again.

Mountainside was again a great vacation home: spacious, comfy, conveniently located on Bike path and 8 nice blocks to town. The amenities w the home bathe and kitchen wise were complete- you can prep food if you like. We had 2 disappointments: if there was AC, we could not get it going- it was pretty warm into the night. The 2nd concern, we think merits a rebate of sorts: the pool and hot tubs were not functioning due to maintenance. We had specifically asked if we had access to these and the agent arranging our res said yes

Nice place, could use some tweaking, like adding knobs to the kitchen draws and cabinets. Also, I don’t understand if all the hotels up there can have their outside hot tubs open why are these hot tubs still closed? The hot tubs being closed was a big bummer. For the money this place is good.

Nestled at the edge of a charming mountain town
The house cleaning was somewhat less than expected, Especially with COVID 19 and my wife’s reluctance to stay in a public place. Food stuck in and along the stair railing, some kitchen surfaces you could feel old food / stains still on countertops, dirt buildup along corners, baseboards stained with old food/dirt need to be wiped down. Bathroom sink drains slow in both (well past time to clean the pea trap). I believe the general website said checkout 11:00am Once arrived the rental agreement said 10:00am checkout. Also would be accurate to state the hot tub, sauna, and pool are closed indefinitely. Accuracy in those regards would be helpful. All stuff I’m sure you’ve already heard before. All other things considered our time there was enjoyable and would consider renting from same company again. Albeit I hope a little cleaner next time!
