We were here for our daughter's wedding and had a good size group and the house fit us all very well. The location is convenient to the venues in Silverton. The house is clean, comfortable and the hosts were accommodating. Another extra blanket or two would've been good, there is only one extra. I'm sure we could've asked but we didn't need one that bad. Overall experience was great.

This house had what we needed for our 3 day weekend. Comfortable AC. Simple instructions and easy to find things needed around the house. The location was great. Just a little out of downtown but close to shopping and the highway. We would stay again.

We came for the Ironman race. The Venue was close and convent. Always hard renting a place when u have never been there but we felt totally safe Very clean ! It was nice on checkout because like some places we didn’t have to clean the whole place and wash everything while trying to check out Well stocked , nice amenities Thank you!

This was a great location and property for our family to return to Salem fir a family vacation! I would highly recommend it!

House fit our needs well for 7 adults. We did have to buy additional toilet paper. The supply left for us was inadequate for our stay. Lovely home.

We enjoyed our ability to have a place where we could come home at end of day and relax with the extended family. Just so future guests know, its not stated in the info. about the house. You have to purchase your own propane for the Barbeque and pay extra if you use it, for cleaning. We didnt want to go out to find and fill propane. That was a disappointment. The house was clean and comfortable though.

Large house, fits alot of people, close to fairgrounds. FYI for next guest , fridge is smaller than pictured and will freeze food so plan on that and you are responsible for supplying paper products (ie.) paper towels, toilet paper. Listing and description of amenities needs updated, but overall good layout for big group.

This was a perfect retreat home for me and my coaching friends as we were preparing for Dance/Drill State Championships. Everything was immaculate and the beds were very comfortable! The communication with the owner was stellar - she answered questions quickly and was easy to work with. We would definitely come back to stay in this home.

Our large family fit perfectly in this beautiful, newer home. Our host Connie was very attentive and answered all questions in a timely manner. We had 2 big family events we were all visiting for, so our 5 day stay was hectic however the convenient location and comfortable home made it easy. The open kitchen and front room makes it possible for everyone to visit together in that nice open space with enough room and chairs! We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book this home again! We were attending a wedding at the Oregon Garden. This was a great place to stay as a family with easy access to the Oregon Garden.

Stayed a weekend for a wedding. House was very clean. Large place so everyone had their space. Location is very good, short drive to target and in and outs. Thanks for having us!

This is a large home with comfortable beds. We have one 17 year old so basically we were 8 adults and everyone was comfortable. Bedding and towels were good quality It was easy to prepare meals as the kitchen is well stocked. It was convenient to get to various places around Salem. Everyone agreed they would like to stay there again

We were excited to stay at this home. The home was clean and nice. Our issue was the first night we arrived, in each bedroom there was literally 1 blanket… no top sheet or comforter. I had no way of contacting the propery manager as she does not provide a phone number. So had to message her on VRBO and did not hear back until the next day at 11:30 am. She told me she had a couple top sheets in the entry hall closet and would drop off comforters for us. Well that night we got back to our room at 10:30 pm. and still no comforters. So when I messaged her (hoping she was still up) she said it was too late to drop off the comforters and wouldn’t allow her cleaners to drop them off in the house, cause we weren’t home earlier. Which was such a lame excuse cause how would she know when we would be gone and back without even asking us or telling us this reason. So once again, all four of us had to sleep with one thin blanket, when it was 52 degrees outside. I’ve never stayed at a hotel or home where they only provide 1 blanket per bed and nothing else. The owner’s lack of care of taking care of this our entire stay really turned us off. As a vacation property owner myself, we are always making sure there are extras blankets for our guest and accommodating them quickly if there is a need. They also have a contact phone number if an issue should arise or an emergency, anytime of the day or night.

We had a nice time visiting relatives in the Salem. The house was as described very comfortable and had everything that we needed. All the bedrooms were a good size and bathrooms were very nice. It has a nice open kitchen and living room and dining table. The backyard was nice for sitting and watching the hummingbirds. We would recommend to house. It is also close to shopping and restaurants. Beautiful comfortable home. Thank you

The location and neighborhood was great. The house was clean. We even were able to check in a little early. However, when we showed up the fridge was at 70 degrees there was a mini fridge so it was obvious the problem was noted. The mini fridge froze our food. When we mentioned our frustration about it to the owner she said it was timing and COVID. Overall, it is a great house. But the broken fridge was frustrating.

It's a nice house and served our needs well. It's fairly new and well designed with an en-suite master on the first floor and three bedrooms upstairs. It's in a safe area. Nice back yard with table, umbrella, a fire pit, grill, etc. But there were a number of small irritants. Like: * no top sheets. All beds had a bottom sheet but no top sheet, just a blanket * only three spoons, limited other silverware, only 5 bowls and 7 salad/dessert plates, and they didn't match * the bathroom lights were missing light bulbs (ie: only one of three fixtures over the sinks had a bulb) * the garage is locked so you can't use it. These were not significant issues and we would use this house again. Just be aware.

This place is perfect! The open-concept room made it comfortable for everyone. The rooms were a great size and the beds hit the spot! The neighborhood is quiet, and the neighbors are friendly. The kitchen had everything we needed. Connie was quick to answer any questions that we had and I never felt like I was bugging her. you will not be disappointed in your stay here

This is a large house in a quiet neighborhood. It's located on a cul de sac so there's no traffic. The yard is a lovely, sunny spot to have your morning coffee.

Definitely will stay here every time I come to Salem, really clean and homey they were a couple of times my girls did not want to do anything just stay in that’s how comfortable they were. Connie was very nice and helpful.

We showed up at 8pm for check-in (scheduled for a 4pm check-in), but the beds weren't made and the rest of the house was a little over halfway cleaned. The house keeper showed up about the same time we did, and was incredibly sweet and apologetic. The owner, halfway around the world, had called me multiple times to let me know the house keeper had a family emergency (my phone was on silent so I missed her calls until we got to the VRBO). The house keeper worked incredibly hard and efficiently to get the house finished as quickly as possible, and the owner apologized extensively and offered a discount. The house keeper even made a run to the store late in the evening and left a care package on the front step for when we woke up. This was a simple "human thing" that came up with the family emergency, we've all been there, and it was handled with elite professionalism. I tell this story so that if someone reading this decides to stay here you can feel confident knowing that if anything at all comes up that causes a hiccup you can rest assured that this owner and her house keeper will do everything possible to fix it.

House is stunning!! Connie is a great host, all the amenities we needed during travel were there. Clean, comfy and spacious. We did not want for anything. Kitchen fully equipped with all cooking necessity’s for making meals. Patio so nice with the landscaping and lights. We traveled with 2 teenage girls for a softball tournament and were so comfortable in Connies house we will definitely rent again.

We had 7 adults, a toddler and an infant stay at this house for a wedding that was held in nearby Silverton. Lots of room and very well stocked kitchen. Connie answered all our questions in a timely manner. Highly recommended.

Our large group, including two toddlers and a baby, thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely house! Every last detail was thought of, the kitchen well-stocked, and there are even lots of toys and books to keep the little ones entertained. Great outdoor space, too, although we spent most of our stay indoors. I highly recommend this property to anyone heading to the Salem area!

Nice place

The house is exactly as described, very clean and up to date! There is a nice back patio with a new Weber gas grill perfect for cooking dinner and enjoying a meal outside. The location of the house is only 20 minutes from Willamette Valley Vineyards topping off a fun weekend at a top notch winery.
