We loved our stay here at the beautiful property..great easy access to fishing .. close by to many stores ..Pool a little to small for the whole subdivision but was still great when not to crowed..(walking distance) …rooms where great both have restrooms upstairs..the beautiful deck out back was perfect!! Kitchen had what was needed.. sofa bed in living room .. we will definitely return back ..easy communication with owner..

My family (my wife, 13yr old son, 9yr old son, and myself) have stayed in the padre area for the past 6 years and have stayed at Puenta Vista 3 of those years. This condo was by far the best we have found for our family. It is in a great location that is close to several different access points for the beach, multiple good restaurants, etc. The private pier with the fishing light was fantastic. The pool at Puenta Vista is the perfect size and well maintained. This condo has really nice furnishings, was equipped with absolutely everything we needed for our 9 day stay, and if anything was better in person than the pictures showed. The owner was very easy to deal with and seamed to really take pride in this condo. All in all it was an amazing vacation for our family made better by this fabulous condo. We will definitely be booking this exact condo in the years to come.

I've stayed in a lot of VRBO's over the years, but this is by far the absolute best. The place is immaculate, and has beautiful sunset views. I will definitely be back. BTW, the town is very easy to navigate and this place is centrally located to all the places you'll want to visit; Corpus Christi, Port Aransas, Mustang Island, and Padre Island.

Property was exceptionally clean, property management was very responsive, and there were more amenities provided for our stay than most places I've booked through VRBO, we had a great time!

This condo is clean and beautifully decorated with plenty of amenities inside. The neighborhood was quiet while we were there and the fishing was great. We loved having a grill available to us to be able to cook every night along with our own private exclusive fishing dock. We will absolutely be back in the future! Great Stay
Very pleasant and relaxing stay. Great view of the canal in a nice area and nice and clean condo. The pool is disgusting so if you are visiting to stay at a pool. this is not your best choice.

Perfect bay getaway!
We loved our stay! The views were spectacular, house was clean and location as perfect for us! Minutes from the beach and the perfect setting for a relaxing evening on the deck!

Perfect location for fishing!
My family and I had a blast at this property! Even when we weren’t at the beach the kids never got bored because they could go down to the dock and fish or just enjoy the Beautiful views. We also saw dolphins out in the bay!

So many nice extra touches
I have stayed in many VRBOs over many years so I appreciate it when a property owner goes the extra mile. Susie was very considerate in adding so many lovely extra touches. It was an incredibly pleasant place to stay. (Hard to list them all - tons of kitchen stuff, so many extra linens and beach towels and fishing tackle and beach chairs and a drying rack for clothes and extra toiletries in the bathroom... to name a few... ) Will just add to what others said about the stairs - if you cannot handle stairs, this is not the rental for you as it is multi level townhouse with many stairs. We loved the place. Many thanks!

We have stayed here 3 times over the years and we plan on staying again in the future. My mom used to live here and she loves to visit. This is a perfect location for going both to the city to meet our friends or the beach to relax. The unit is beautiful, clean, has a wonderful view, comfortable and the owners are very nice. When you spend five weeks at a vacation place, you appreciate the smaller touches like quality kitchenware, fishing gear, and towels so soft was almost tempted to put a couple in my suitcase. Would recommend this place to anyone.

Spectacular Sunset views from nice patio deck w/private dock.
This Condo has all the creature comforts you need and more. The boat dock has a green light (on a timer) to help attract the fish. Be sure you climb steps/stairs. Some to get into condo and it is a tri-level. And an series of steps to get down to the boat dock. The bedding and towels are top notch. All the kitchen accessories are provided.

We loved our stay and are now dreaming of buying a place just like that one.

Birthday Get-away
This was my first time, ever, renting a place online.... and I have to say I was extremely surprised. The condo was exactly as shown in the pictures listed, it was spotless and there was an abundance of kitchen items (that I didn't expect).....oil, spices, sweet n low and lots of kitchen gadgets.
I communicated directly with the condo owner, who was very nice & accommodating. She even allowed us to enter the property early.
I would definitely rent from Sylvia again !!!!

Wonderful place…Thought of everything
Great location with an awesome view neighborhood quiet. Condo was clean owner thought of everything: 2 coffee pots (1 keurig and 1 regular coffee maker), tea kettle, extra TP, beach towels, etc…). Absolutely everything needed supplied. Stay at lots of vrbos airb&b’s … actually at one now in FL. This one is my favorite yet. Private dock and outdoor space also great with 2 umbrellas provided. We chartered a captain during our stay and we were picked up at condos dock - very cool. Highly recommend this place and will definitely be staying again
