Très bel établissement, positionné au cœur de Séville, accessibilité à tout depuis l'hôtel pour ceux souhaitant parcourir à pieds la ville, avec "rooftop/bar" donnant sur les toits de la magnifique cathédrale, et restaurant d'un bon niveau en RDC avec terrasse sur rue. C'est une adresse où je pourrais revenir avec plaisir.

Pas de défaut à signaler. Plutôt que du positif. (Il faut savoir apprécier les gens, la vie, les choses, et le travail des équipes qui nous "servent" pendant que nous sommes en mode détente et arrêter de chercher à se plaindre tout le temps). Que les grincheux restent chez eux! Cet établissement est juste très bien.

The location is absolutely brilliant. In the heart of the town and all key places to visit are within a 5-10 minute walking distance. The main cathedral is opposite the hotel.The staff & service was also superb and the room sizes are much larger than you’d expect.

This is a minor observation - the rooftop bar is very popular and this means most rooms will hear music until midnight on the weekends and the clear up activities. My room was close to the entrance to the bar and so there was minimal privacy if the windows/ blinds were kept open. Given that this was very a short stay, it wasn’t too big a deal, but I would recommend you request a room a little away from the rooftop if you have young children or are staying longer (and plan to sleep before midnight).

The staf was very friendly

Very nicely decorated hotel with fantastic staff and a beautiful view of the cathedral. The bed was extremely comfortable as well as the bath - great location!

The spa is nice but only ok (no sauna), the room service cesear salad was again ok but not amazing and they then had difficulities getting my car so had to wait for 1 hour before I could leave which was frustrating.

No poolside service , even though there was a bar there…. should have staff manning that and providing snacks service during the day there.

fantastic central location with all the exploring, monuments and bars etc within walking distance. Aclot of friendly helpful staff and a great roof top bar.

No wardrobe space. Odd layout with sink in the main room rather than bathroom . A lot of noise from the street ( bring some ear plugs). No poolside bar attended and a long route to fetch your own drink.

Never had their expensive breakfast, but went to the numerous outside cafes. Air conditioner did not seem to work and the unisex toilets in public areas were a serious put down.

few negative points: - scanty breakfast… - noise in corridors, no sound isolation of the room doors and during the night 03:00 someone can move trolleys on concrete floors - very loud … - showering - temperature of the water changes by itself non stop from burning hot to ice cold and shower hose is not fixed in the bath so it’s quite a challenge.. I’ve rented 2 rooms and it was the same in both - no food in room service, only snacks… -some rooms got no windows (it is a window to the wall without any light) - it is definitely not a Five star hotel level which we used to, might be 3-4 star and the price should be less

Tiny room, only one foot between the end of the bed and the closet, so very difficult to move around. The walls are shiny black glass and lighting is bad, so overall effect is tomb like.

Central location, lovely rooms, super-comfortable bed. Our room had an outdoor terrace, which it was warm enough to enjoy. The rooftop bar was a nice way to round off an evening.

There was one evening (Saturday) when the noise from the bar upstairs reached our room and it was harder to get to sleep but not a huge problem and was fine on other nights of the week.

The staff were amazing very polite and knowledgeable

Staff on the rooftop bar extremely rude. Hotel room was fine. It's worth staying there for the location alone.
