Food was decent and rooms great.

A little isolated although they have a bus for gondola. Main issue was closing the bar at 11.30 then putting everyone out into hall/lounge after turning lights off. Then being told we could not drink our own wine / beer even though we had used their facilities A LOT and they refused to sell us any. Felt like I was being treated like a child tbh. Definitely go back to Andorra but definitely in a central town hotel..

Always plenty of hot water. Very clean.

Food was lukewarm in a canteen atmosphere. Swimming pool incurred an extra charge and was very expensive - not good when you have children. Rooms too hot even with window open.

My room was very, very dry and my sinuses were suffering. I had no kettle in my room.

The room was very large and comfortable. Also very warm which was very nice. The breakfast had a lot of selection on the buffet. Super close to Soldeu and you can get a bus there and also from Andorra center.

We decided to use the spa and it was full of children. They were jumping in and out of the Jacuzzi. So it was impossible to relax. We had to pay 14Euros each and were in there for about 10 minuets.

location is close to the Tarter lifts

The parking was very tight and to get out of the parking there was to much ice and it was difficult to get out off. I saw a car that had to be parked beside because they couldn’t go out.

Lots of misinformation for example paid pool not specified,And the worst thing is that there are ski lifts 100 meters from the hotel, unfortunately the same lifts are private lifts of another hotel that are intended for children only, although the elevator from which is 800 meters away has one shuttle and the wait on the way back is long and unpleasant , Walking with all the equipment very difficult because it is a difficult ascent ,The disappointment from this Incorrect information was very important for me to be in a hotel close to the elevator was so bed that I am considering filing a claim and demanding my money back

Good location for the skiing, wi-fi in the room was better speed than expected, big bathroom, buffet meals was ok, but no pricelist for drinks

no coffee/tea, minibar facilities in the room, lack of information of available room services, no pricelists, the lack of staff at the reception, too much waiting, billing with services were not provided at the check-out

decor felt very dated and basic. even though I paid almost £200 a night I had to pay extra for pool &sauna. gym was very bad with virtually no equipment. just felt like a very dull functional place that reminded me my days travelling as a student but a lot more expensive.

Close to ski slopes

We had to change rooms because the top floor bedrooms dont get any hot water in the bathrooms so were moved to the ground floor were the water was hot.

Awful and absolutely helpless staff at the hotel!!! Room with double bad that was requested in advance was not provided on the check-in and promised later replacement of the room was never made. Reservations at SPA were not scheduled for requested time. Guy at the reception was helpless in any case and behaving impolite. Staff in the restaurant is doing what is comfortable to them, not to the clients. Not possible to get bottled water after midnight. Towels from the floor being put back on the handle instead of being replaced. Wrong billing with services that were not provided at the check-out. One of the poorest service experiences in travel life. NEVER AGAIN!!!

It was our third stay in this hotel over the last 5 years. The best thing about this hotel is a very efficient ski bus service throught the whole day. The second advantage of this hotel is a very nice and helpful personel. We always have many requests and there was no problem in meeting them here.

Vegetables missing at breakfast. Very dark in the room. To read a book we had to go the bathroom. Room itself needs refurbishing. It was too hot in the room. Although we like a lot of warmth this was an exaggeration. There was no price list for the drinks we ordered during dinner. Eventually we did not pay a lot but we were all the time worried what we will see on the bill.
