I had initial problems with the hotel due to one of the staff being rude and unaccommodating, but that all changed when both Claudia and especially Olga, both being managers at the property, had taken my feedback and instantly looked after me during the remainder of my stay. Olga is a wonderful asset to your company. The room I stayed in was always well heated, clean and very spacious with a beautiful view. The only downside was the walk from block 5 to the ski resort. Value for money was good considering there was more expensive properties around for less the quality. Thank you for my stay.

location suits if you have a car

We got a larger apartment than what was booked. Super comfy Recent and in good condition

Once you reach the place to pick up keys, everything is very easy. It would be great to have an option to book more than one parking spot.

The indications for picking up keys were a little bit confusing due to the address did not correspond it with the right one. I extremly recomend to include a map indicating the place to pick up keys,

Difficult to find office, especially in the dark and extremely difficult to find building with apartment in the dark. Sign with the number of a block is so small, we already thought we won't find it. Noisy beds.

where to pick up the keys was a nightmare. Took over an hour to find the place after stopping several people on the street.

Very spacious rooms. Large bed with plenty of extra bedding if needed. Air conditioning for both heating and cooling very good. Supermarket nearby (10 minutes to walk down and 20 minutes to walk back). Lift to parking. Free parking. Quiet location.

Instructions and map for finding the hotel and parking entrance need to be improved. Minimal utensils in the kitchen.

The appartment is not well serviced. There was not even a soap to wash hands, shampoo or bath gel. Staff didnt even bother to bring it, I had to go to their office and pick it up. There were also no tea and coffee, no iron, no blanket. Also reception is 5 minutes driv away from appartment , so even that was not easy. Also, when we checked in first day, they forgot to give us parking keys, so we had to go back next day. Would not want to come back here.

Quiet location in Ransol, close to beautiful hiking and walking distance from the Manacor supermarket and restaurant. Modern and very clean. Washing machine and clothes airer provided.

If travelling without a car, the uphill walk may be a drag if carrying luggage. Could do with more kitchen equipment - like a bigger frying pan and a tea towel. Car park would be very tight if full.

Our room was upgraded for free and we were put in a lovely suite with a great view.

Key handover at a nearby hotel, garage ramp with high curbs - danger of scratching bumpers/chassis for lower cars

All clean and comfy bed. Good value for the money.

It has signs of use (prior guests not treating things as they should) on the walls, tv table and sofa (that was almost broken).

no parking/ no front desk i didn’t like procedure that you find out that is no front desk after you make the booking the local telecom company doesn’t support any other sim card from other countries and you have to go to a gas station or a restaurant to get wifi access the hotel owner should specify that is no front desk on booking when listing the property

Very functional. Good access to the garage. Well equipped. Great areas for a family of four.

Some of the windows didn’t bloc exterior sound that well. I found it a bit noisy.
