Minden rendben volt. A hotel teljes személyzeti csapata segítőkész volt! Külön köszönet Orsinak és Szidóniának! A végén egy tengerre néző szobát kaptunk a városra néző helyett, ahonnan csodás kilátásunk volt. Nem kaptunk semmiből sem kevesebbet mint vártunk!

Stuff started to take away sunbeds 2-3 days before clousure. Our vacation was from 28.10-01.11 but we felt like everyone waited for gests to leave sooner. Waterpark was also closed too early in last day.

Nice and modern rooms with a balcony. The resort was great, good food and drinks. 2 big pools with bars and a separate area with slides. The resort had direct access to the sea, beach wasn’t big but was right next to the resort, around 200m walk.

The pools were really cold (end of October), the sea was much warmer. I’d expect more fish and seefood selection during lunch and dinner.

The room allocation and check-in process took no more than 10 minutes. The staff was very professional and attentive to every detail. I must highlight the professionalism and integrity of the team. (I lost my wallet and received a phone call from reception informing me that an employee had found it in the dining room, and everything was returned in full.) When we arrived (September 15), the hotel was quite full. Most of the guests were from the UK, and there were also plenty of Israelis. :) The dining rooms were clean, and there was always something to eat. Of course, bacon for breakfast is common here, but we and the kids had plenty of choices, and there wasn't a moment when we felt hungry. The water park was excellent, and the kids were really excited. Even children up to 110 cm in height were allowed on the medium-sized slides (up to 120 cm). The upper level of the slides was closed, with the operators claiming they didn’t have approval to open it due to strong winds. That seemed like nonsense because, apart from one evening when the wind was genuinely strong, the weather was perfect. The housekeeping staff worked wonderfully, cleaning the rooms daily and being extremely kind. The entertainment team was present, but we didn’t find them particularly exciting. The tours and attractions offered by the hotel were excellent. We were recommended a jeep and boat tour, which turned out to be a full-day experience.

I recommend that on your first day of arrival, you reserve a spot at one of the restaurants the hotel offers; otherwise, there's a high chance they will be fully booked. Two of the slide facilities were not operational. According to the hotel management, this was due to the wind and the hotel's proximity to the sea.

המיקום של המלון קצת בעייתי רגלית מלבד הים עם ילדים אין כל כך מה לעשות יש לקחת מונית לכל מקום קיבלנו חדר ללא מרפסת. חברה שלי מעשנת ונאלצה כל הזמן לצאת החוצה בשביל לעשן. החדר היה קטן עבור ארבעה אנשים ולא הכי נוח לישון על ספה נפתחת. הברז היה תקול אמנם באו לתקן במהרה ברגע שהודענו אבל עדיין היה קשה לתפעול. המקלחת לא היתה הכי נקייה וקצת ריח של טחב. בכל בוקר שמנו שלט לבקשה לנקות את החדר וכל פעם שחזרנו בצהרים החדר עדיין לא נוקה. כל פעם נאלצנו לשהות בו או בזמן שמנקים אותו או שנאלצנו לפנות שתוכל לנקות.
