Great view, three pools, well equipped gym, nice staff. Villa was great for six, three bathrooms. The residence was calm and quiet but we were there in June, might not be the case in summer. Staff was reactive anytime we had an issue.

The villa was a little dirty. The snack bar was closed all week.

The staff were very friendly and spoke good English. The apartment was beautiful and very spacious, light and homely. Great facilities in the apartment to meet all needs. Great for families. Lovely pools and plenty of sun loungers.

Ordering food from your room is not delivered, you have to go and collect it yourself! Never heard of that before. Reception and the restaurant is at the top of a steep hill, so not ideal if you don't have a car to get there.

During our stay the apartment below was leg to a group of noisy men who were smoking drugs

the facilities are good but pools need cleaning more often,

the quality of the apartments, they need maintenance and I stayed for six weeks so should of been cleaned whilst I stayed they only changed the sheets and towels once a week no extra cleaning also the living room doors need to be more secure

very specious apartment; nice three pools, good equipment kitchen. niece and quiet place for holidays with not many people. always parking spaces available.

restaurants closed at 10pm, so if you came at 9:30 the staff were telling you there were ready to go home, so it is not taking orders. coffee machine on the pool bar get broken on the first day, and for the other 15 days of our stay was never fixed. constant issues with a safe box in the room. every single time the staff was helping, but it was just waste of time. patio furniture work and dirty. the apartment floor wasn't cleaned properly before we came. the lifeguard (spanish speaking only) never put any attention to kids eating ice creams in the pool, or their parents drinking alcohol there. not much shade or sun parasols near to the pool. just an info... the car is required in that location.

Where to start, i was disappointed with this place considering how much i spent. I chose a townhouse with a hot tub for relaxation as 3 of us staying have disabilities, however these are above ground hot tubs with no steps, so you have to climb up in to it which is dangerous as you slip, we were informed that health and safety they cannot be provided - first full day couldn't use it as it was freezing cold. Hot tub was dirty, needs a cover, had sand all in the bottom which also caused tide marks around the edges. My husband struggled in bed as it was so uncomfortable, when we looked it only suitable for the tip, it was terrible - he now needs to visit an osteopath due to pain. Stayed in number 9, needs overhaul and updating. We spoke with reception several times with our complaints and they were dealt with swiftly

The accommodation was so clean, comfortable and spacious. Couldn't fault it in anyway. On arrival the girl in reception was so welcoming and helpful. Was a lovely quite location especially for families and a good base to stay and travel to and from Benehavis, Marbella and Porto Banus as we hired a car having read other reviews before going. A car is a must as shops are a good distance away. Would totally recommend to others.

Restaurant was lovely, food was good and great service but unfortunately on our last night we waiting over an hour for food and my food arrived cold. A small thing some might say but as it was our last night we were looking forward to finishing off our holiday and we were left disappointed.
