Good location for Hove and near leisure centre so I could use the pool. Best thing was being able to park at the hotel. Breakfast was nice what you would expect and staff were friendly.

The guest in the room adjacent TV could be heard and they had it on until the small hours.

Das Zimmer und das Badezimmer waren sehr geräumig. Das Boxspringbett war sehr gut und bequem. Das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich. Eier wurden nach persönlichem Wunsch frisch zubereitet. Das Reinigungspersonal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Hotel liegt circa 100 Meter vom Strand entfernt. Das Stadtzentrum von Brighton liegt circa 3 Kilometer entfernt und ist gut über die Promenade zu erreichen.

Es gibt aus unserer Sicht nichts negatives zu berichten.

The service is always good here and the location is excellent for Hove.

We had a very narrow room and could barely get passed the bed. We stay regularly and this was the worse room we had had. It was also on a corner on the top floor, and it was extremely windy so very noisy due to having windows on two sides. As the hotel was not busy, I think we should have been put in a better room for the conditions. We also did not enjoy breakfast. It cost £14.95 pp and the bacon was overcooked, the croissants undercooked, there was no peppermint tea or coffee options. Also, the teapots were very dirty. For this price we expect better.

We had a sea view room - I loved it! Hotel is very well located right at the beach line, 700 bus stop to city centre just in front of the hotel, coffee shops and supermarkets within walking distance, only 1.2 miles to i360… Rooms are spacious, well heated, clean, beds are comfortable! We had bath tube in our room (love it!) , tea/coffee amenities provided. Very friendly staff! Breakfast available at extra cost. Free parking. I will stay in this hotel again! It offers good quality for its price.

The room was lovely and perfect for my sister in law who has mobility issues. The breakfast was fantastic.

Parking. There were only 2 disabled spaces but the area around them was full with other vehicles. When coming back to the hotel in the evening there were no parking spaces at all and had to park in the street. Access to parking at the back is very narrow. I appreciate because of the location of the hotel there probably isn’t many changes that could be made.

Very basic … uncomfortable bed, lumpy with dips and uncomfortable mattress topper, bar - canteen style no comfort of chairs or nice sofa. Breakfast chaos both days resulting in 50 min wait from them taking your order.

Good large room, super comfy bed. Good bathroom. Very friendly staff. Right at the beach, and the busstop to get to the centre of Brighton is almost is front of the hotel. You can also walk the 1-2 mile along the beach. Onsite parking spots behind the hotel. Good breakfast

The room was really good by comparison to the executive suite we normally have at Jury's Inn. The parking was good as I am a disabled driver and i was able to park right outside the front of the hotel.

I didn't like the cost of the room as it was dearer than Jury's Inn but they didn't have a room for us. We were told on arrival that the breakfasts had been paid for and we were shown where to go in the morning. I didn't recall paying for the breakfast, but the receptionist assured me it was paid for. We went to0 the breakfast room started with a cereal and the server brought us coffee and we had a slice of toast each when she came and told us that we were not on the breakfast list and we would need to pay, we agreed and she said she would get it added to our bill. When we booked out the receptionist who looked new was being shadowed by a manager. I mentioned the little hiccup with the breakfast and he kindly reduced the breakfast by £10.00. A very fare gesture I thought. AAA+++

The hotel and the room were spotless and very comfortable. The disabled facilities were exceptional. Everything was dealt with in a smooth and efficient way.

Family room was very big, beds had lots of space between and didn’t feel on top of each other. Lovely view! Staff really friendly and helpful.
