Chap on reception in the evening was absolutely brilliant - left key available for late arrival, organised ground floor room with easy access due to me being on crutches. Lovely young lady at breakfast - welcoming and helped with doors etc. Laundry was fresh and clean and air conditioning was effective. Good location just off the motorway for quick overnight stay. McDonalds and Buffalo Grill within 2 minutes walk.

Not sure where or when they took the photos of the hotel but there was no resemblance to the outdoor spaces advertised. Booked this hotel specifically because it had on onsite restaurant as not able to get about due to fractured ankle. When I booked I asked for reservation at restaurant. I then got a message to say that their restaurant was closed so I immediately requested to cancel booking. Was informed that no refund would be offered. Even after I explained the situation was told that no cancellation would be allowed. In the morning manager came in to restaurant shouting at staff and crashing around tables and chairs - completely unnecessary and unpleasant especially as staff were all very welcoming and helpful. Went to use disabled toilets which were full of storage items and unusable. Rooms were tired but laundry was fresh and clean. Rooms were not very soundproof and you can hear people arriving and leaving in hall, babies crying etc.

What a great place to stay. For us, it was a night stop-over before heading into the mountains. Rooms were perfect, clean and comfortable. The restaurant was just brilliant with the most amazing food. We had the best Tartiflette of the whole holiday here !! Great location and it was right next to a Intermarche so we could pick up a few things before heading off. The Team were so friendly and helpful. Will be definitely staying at The Originals again! Thank you so much

Location was perfect for what I needed - easy access to motorway! The staff were really friendly and helpful before my stay, as I was arriving late, so they talked me through how to get into my room after the reception was closed. Excellent value for money.

The breakfast is not really worth the €10 that you pay (optional).

A convenient stopover on our journey from Italy via the Mont Blanc Tunnel. The room was small but adequate for one night. There was no dinner available in the restaurant at the time and we were told of three other nearby places to eat: La Boussole, Le Pacific, and the Buffalo Grill. La Boussole was described as a French restaurant but it was a great disappointment particularly with regard to the absence of wine. If you find yourself in the same position, I would strongly suggest you try one of the other response, or get a picnic from the nearby supermarket and have it in your room!

The hotel and the rooms are charming with a lovely decor throughout! There's plenty of private parking around the hotel and the hotel is located very close to the motorway and only 6km to the centre of Geneva.

There was nothing not to like! Unfortunately due to Covid the hotel's restaurent was closed so we weren't able to try their menu, but fortunately, there's a Buffalo Grill literally across the street which serves excellent food for not too much.

The man checking us in was lovely. Really nice guy. Room was clean. Furniture was nice.

Unplanned stop over due to technicall issues with vehicle. We chose this place because we deserved a beer after our traumatic day and its based around a pub restaurant. Nearly cried when we arrived after 600km and found it closed up. At least we'd have tea/coffee in the room right? Nope. Nothing. Literally the water from the tap was all we had to drink and with no cups. Not even the little plastic ones usually found in the bathroom. I just expect better from a hotel thats based within a pub/restaurant. Even if that part is closed im sure theyre not short of cups, tea, coffee, sugar, biscuits... just the basics that you get in every hotel. The room was very clean, the beds nice enough. Air con worked well. WiFi was easy to use. TV was decent enough. The corridors smell awful though. Like a teenage boys bedroom smell. Im really quite laid back but I had to hold my breath and get out quickly. Its just once of those places thats open during covid but unlike many other hotels have made no effort to keep any standards for customers.
